Great overnight stop....the owner is a great guy, friendly and helpful......as others have said it's convenient, just a block or so off I40...FHU, but that's it, no restrooms or showers or cable....services worked great, good ATT cell signal, got about 8 ota channels, their WiFi was slow but it did exist.....sites are level, there is some shade....we had a problem trying to find their campground It's hidden behind the hotel, but we found it.....like I said it a very convenient place for a over night stop and that's why you are paying the price you do....could be somewhat noisy if your windows are open cause it is close to I40....would stay here again if passing thru and that's all that matters.... We camped at Delta Ridge RV Park, Inc. in a Motorhome.

Park is 1 block off I40 exit 141a. Park road corners tight. Sites long enough for our trailer and truck. Very clean RV park but no amenities. We camped at Delta Ridge RV Park, Inc. in a Fifth Wheel.

Contrary to the previous review, we received 39 OTA T.V. stations. WI-FI was also very good. This is a clean, quiet no frills over night RV park. We had a FHU, pull thru sight long enough for our MH and toad. There's a grocery store and cafe within walking distance. Easy on/off of Rt. 40. Owner was extremely nice. When I inquired if they had out going mail service he responded "sure" I drive right past the post office on my way out each night. He even texted us after he dropped off our mail. What great service! This was our second stay at the park since it opened. We camped at Delta Ridge RV Park, Inc. in a Motorhome.

This is a well-kept no frills park that is very convenient to many businesses in the town of Forrest City including restaurants and grocery stores. Sites are long, pull through, and mainly level. We were unable to pick up any OTA tv with our squat little antenna however. Good for an overnight. We camped at Delta Ridge RV Park, Inc. in a Travel Trailer.

Text when you arrive for assistance. Right off highway so great for one night stay. No bathrooms, sewer or cable but CG was clean. Very close to supermarket so easy to stock up. Follow text directions when you call for reservation. Exit 241A off I-40 from Memphis. Take right at first light and right after Sawmill Cafe to CG access road. Take 840 around Nashville and avoid metro area and adds only a few miles to the trip. We camped at Delta Ridge RV Park, Inc. in a Motorhome.

Large pull through. Lots of space. Very nice park. Full hookups. But... There is no-one on site so you have to phone them to come check you in. It is right next to the highway so there is road noise. IMPORTANT: It can be hard to find. From I-40 turn right at the first traffic light, between the Exxon and the McDonalds. Then the next right into the park. There are small blue signs but they are easy to miss. Google may lie to you. We camped at Delta Ridge RV Park, Inc. in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

This is a modest campground that we used for a simple overnight stay while on the road. I noticed a lot of trades vehicles encamped here; I assumed for skilled workers being mobilized far from home. The real gem here was the owner (operator?). My wife had been making advanced calls while we were on the road looking for a place to stop for the night. The owner's response was: "Hang on, I'm going to text you a set of directions from the highway" included in that text was a map of the campground and instructions that we could select one from a particular range. That was - and remains - one of the most helpful responses we've ever received. While we were there, there was a torrential rainstorm going on and the owner offered to drive down to pick up our $30 so we wouldn't have to venture out into the weather. He was a very friendly and helpful guy - and what the camp lacks in bells and whistles, in my mind, is made up for by the solicitous owner. This isn't any kind of elaborate campground - you're not going to bring the kids and hang out for a week I don't think. But for an easy, no BS, overnight stop, with a cheerful and helpful owner after a long day on the road you can't go wrong. A few other reviewers have mentioned the hair-raising exit and I must agree. It is abrupt - be forewarned. We camped at Delta Ridge RV Park, Inc. in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

Stayed overnight here in 40' MH and toad on a full hookup, pull-through site. There are several rundown businesses in the neighborhood that made the location appear to not be the safest place to walk around after dark. The interstate exit ramp is very short with a very tight corner (e.g. 20 mph) and is shared with an entrance ramp so getting off the interstate can be a bit white knuckle when traffic is heavy. The campground is very close to the interstate. If you are a light sleeper, this isn't a good location. The campground entrance road is off a grocery store parking lot and is rough. The owner isn't on-site and seems to just show up a couple of times per day to collect. The price was ok for a full hook-up pull through site. The site was long enough for our MH and toad without disconnecting. Sites are close together, but for an overnight stop, the park is acceptable. All interior roads and RV sites are gravel and are in need of adding some additional gravel. There are a few long term RV's in the campground that aren't in the best of shape. I would not stay here again unless nothing else was available. We camped at Delta Ridge RV Park, Inc. in a Motorhome.

Even though this park is a bare bones one (no restrooms, showers or laundry), it is perfect for an overnight. Very close to the interstate which is what attracted us to it. Very satellite friendly. Sites are configured so the back end of the coach faces away from the freeway so if your bedroom is in the back it helps somewhat with the noise. It is pretty much self serve after you call to reserve a site. The little office has registration paperwork outside with an envelope for your payment. Very friendly owner who came to check on us early evening. Would definitely use again. We camped at Delta Ridge RV Park, Inc. in a Motorhome.

This was an overnight stay. The sites are easy in and out and plenty long. There NO amenities - no picnic table, no fire ring but the hookups are fine. For the price, it is fine. As noted, the location is unusual and easy to miss but the owner's directions were clear and accurate. I'm not at all sure we would have found the park without them however. It's next to a shopping center and places to eat so it works. We camped at Delta Ridge RV Park, Inc. in a Motorhome.
