We stayed here overnight and had great spot. Pull thru spot had lots of space. We didn’t have to unhook our tow car. Great field behind park to exercise the dogs. Very quite park - Cynlruss
Aug 2018 - $30.00
This park is just south of town and easy to find. The space we were assigned was level and easy to access. The park was clean, the spaces were wide, it was adjacent to a mowed, open field. Everything worked as expected. We were just there for an overnight and it was great. No picnic tables or other conveniences, but that was fine for us. - ArkansasTraveler

This park is bare bones open field with full hook up sitesclustered in a semi circle, easy in and out but very little else the choices in the area are very limited and there is nothing wrong with it just a little high for what you get - Bruce and Janette

This park is mainly Mobile homes. But as they go, he turns those lots into RV lots. The park is clean and well maintained. All of the sites are large back ins with a large concrete patio. Each site has 2 parking spaces in front of your camper. TV - good over the air reception AT&T - good signal Verizon- good signal Great proximity to a lot of things. The only negative thing is that the city water pressure there is about 45psi. The manager/owner of the park is very kind, friendly and helpful. He is constantly updating the park. I would not hesitate to stay there again. - rynosback

Not too bad of a spot to just stay the night. Not that easy to get to. While late November might be the off season, the bathrooms were a disaster. The only saving grace was that it did have hot water. - AndrewPM

Before I give my review, it should be noted that there is a bridge with a weight limit of 13 tons that has to be crossed before reaching the park. There are no signs to warn you about the weight limit prior to reaching the bridge. So, some of the larger diesel pushers may not want to venture to this park. We stayed at this park for one night, but would have stayed longer if we were not on a schedule. I believe we were the only transients the night we stayed, but there were several sites that appeared to be occupied full-time. We didn't make use of any of the facilities, but I did notice there was a laundry room. There is no on-site manager, so you select your site and pay by putting money in an envelope and dropping it in a slotted box by the laundry room. The highway is close, but we didn't notice any traffic sounds since we had our air conditioners running. If you're just passing through and don't want to unhook your tow vehicle, there are four long pull-through sites with 50 amp service close to the entrance. There are other 50 amp sites as well. The park has both back-ins and pull-throughs. It's a no frills park, was quiet when we were here, but quite pleasant and definitely off the beaten path. Except for a few hundred yards of gravel road just before the entrance, the road leading to the park has been paved. - Guinness
Jun 2012 - $17.00
Nice place, has some treed spots, some pull throughs. Paved and level. Be sure to follow directions on web site as that way you will avoid a bridge with 8 foot clearance. Wi-Fi is our only complaint: slow to nonexistent, but it did improve on our last day. Had some problem with the rig, the owner recommended McGaughs in Springdale for repairs. They were very helpful and accommodating. Were here a week and would stay again. - runamuka

We are not THAT picky, but when we pulled in, if we were not having truck issues, we would have left. There are a couple of rows of RVs and a couple for mobile homes. We were able to navigate our 35 ft around looking for the office, but it was tight. Most of the RVs and mobile homes were old and unkempt. That didn't bother us as much as how much trash there was about the place from cans to mattresses. We parked in a section in the front of the park (30amp FHU). We had to stay a few days to get our truck fixed, by then we realized it was safe. The neighbors were quiet, but it is on a busy road. It is a good location for exploring Fayetteville and Bentonville; we ended up staying a month to see everything. I felt it was pricey for what you get, but there are not that many options in the area. - MichelleKry
Apr 2008 - $20.00
Price is Good Sam price. Older park with really only about 20 actual rental sites. The Wi-Fi came from a nearby open site. Was usable for 2 days we were there. We had friends in the area and there was really no other place available as it was too cold for Wal-Mart. - Florida Native

Way overpriced for the barest of amenities. $2 deposit required for a dirty bathroom without toilet paper: it's their policy NOT to provide it because some people stole rolls of it at some point. Toilet was housed with a water heater with a gas leak, dirt and leaves on the floor where they'd blown in under the 1/2 in space under the door. Managers usually unavailable, indifferent to condition of facility. One space for overnight visitors. I would strongly recommend NOT using this park even for an overnight. The single, dated review claiming clean bathrooms was probably posted by the owner. - anthemtour

Quiet, shady park. It is very close to everything & minutes from a beautiful Beaver Lake. Easy access off 71B. Great monthly prices!! - mkd

Beautiful park in a great setting. Nice sites and areas for activities. Great shaded sites, large yards, easy roads. No cell service and inconsistent WiFi are the biggest cons. Strange thing about certain Arkansas parks... No swimming! Big bummer but still enjoyed it. - Lookinforeden
Sep 2017 - $35.00
The facility was very clean and very ample for the vehicle and tow vehicle. There was a large concrete pad, water, sewer, and electric. The park however was in a black hole and about 15 miles from the interstate on a double lane road that was quite tight. No wifi and cell provided for some issues but the stay was cozy. - Sean_Michelle
Jul 2017 - $32.00
We stayed 3 nights and I was looking forward to Devil's Den based on a neighbor's previous stay. The visitors center parking lot is small so I would suggest dropping off a large camper before checking in. When we arrived at our site, it was fairly short and I could not park my truck with the camper. We enjoyed and hiked on a few of the trails but I was a bit set back by some general lack of up keep of the place. The laundry room A/C was broken, no sidewalk at the entire complex looked like it had ever been cleaned, screws were sticking up on walking bridges, the water upstream of the dam was shallow and stagnant, siding was rotting off some of the buildings, etc... The state is adding some new cabins and remodeling the store/cafe (closed since a 2015 fire) but the rest of the facility could really use some attention to make this a place I would visit again. - Iraqvet05

There is no signage on the highway for this park. The entry road while paved is narrow, winding and steep both up and down, but if no one is coming at you entry is easy for the biggest rig. This is a no frills park and is perfectly adequate for an night or two. The park is about 90% full time but their spaces are clean and the park is very quiet with little road noise. - Bobco
May 2015 - $24.00
Nice small park in a pastoral setting. Convenient to Fayetteville area. A good many sites used by permanents. However, upkeep is acceptable around campers. The 20 amp receptacle on our site did not work. Problem appeared to be ants nesting in the receptacle. We just did not use it. We would stay here again if in the area. - jwindham
Nov 2013 - $22.00
Bring your biggest big rig here, and they will have a pull-thru site for you. EZ access if coming in on Hwy 412. Located about 10 miles from town, but there are not many other camping options in and around Fayetteville. The price is right. There is no cable, and the Wi-Fi doesn't work. Very nice laundry room. Be sure to visit Crystal Bridges, (a multi million dollar art museum founded by the Waltons) which has free admission. - cherrytree

The is a clean park with all roads paved and concrete slabs to park your rig on. For those that Golf they have a nice course. - Woody280z
Oct 2018 - $50.00
My thoughts on this park are: Expensive, Parking lot & golfer's dream. We selected this park for it's full service. Other parks are available but most without sewer hook up. Half the clientele work full time in the region. It is very close to anything in NW Arkansas. Our 50amp service was not working but since the spaces are close we just plugged in to the vacant site next to us. They were immediately helpful in sending a maintenance person to fix the issue and when more work was going to be needed they just let us continue with the next spot's electric and did not rent it out, nor did we have to move. - WeGo2See
Apr 2018 - $50.00
Although the RV Park was an afterthought and the main emphasis is on the golf course, it's still not a bad place. It's in the country and pretty quite, even though you are on a two lane road, we didn't hear much traffic. Check in was a mess. That was the first clue that the golf course was a priority and the RV park was not. The are was clean, concrete pads, ours was level. Easy in and easy out with a 40 ft. 5th wheel. Due to the location and you need to stay in the Bentonville / Rogers area it's worth a stay. - SL592

We had reserved the campsite at the top of the second loop turnaround referenced by another camper as scary. Well, it was a bit more difficult to back uphill but once we made it, we leveled and were tucked under good shade with an excellent view. The lake had heron, Canada goose and various ducks so our dog enjoyed the "squirrel TV " view out the big window with the waterfowl adding to the experience. Nice park, good sites, and we would return again. - cherib

We live in a 45' motorhome. If you are big stay in the first loop the second has a scary sloped turnaround. I was SO happy i was not in it when my husband drove around the loop. - gypsyrunner
Jun 2017 - $10.00
Since my husband is handicapped, I had called to find out which site was near the restrooms. The information was not shown on the campsite map on their website. It took two calls, since I left a message on the first one which was not returned. With the second call, I was able to determine which site would be best for us. Upon arrival we had a reservation for site 32 but there was no tag showing it was reserved. I found a ranger and he told me to just take it and he would be down later with the paper, but he never showed. Other than those problems and the restrooms/showers not being as clean as desired, our three day visit was quite nice. I do wish that each site had water. - ryderruns

We stayed two nights in June of 2018. This park was completely rebuilt about 10 years ago so it is set up for large modern RVs and travel trailers but it only has about 30 RV/travel trailer sites. Every site is awesome! There is more than the standard amount of space between them and 2 or 3 are pull-throughs. We used site #27 and it was nearly level. The showers were clean and well maintained. There is a nice victor's center, pool, cabins and marina. The park has a few hiking trails that join the property and they are great. This park is first class. - CroweTravels
Jul 2018 - $34.00
Lake Fort Smith State Park was right on our track and had such high marks, we couldn't pass it up even though it would just be for one night. My only concern for our 35-foot motorhome was: were the roads going to be too difficult? The answer is, definitely not. Yes, there are a couple of roads which are narrow, but not too narrow, and the speed limits are low so we felt it was pretty easy to get there and navigate within the park, even in our Class A. The park is beautiful, the office people were friendly and helpful, the Visitors Center is quite nice (but not much in the way of necessities), and our site had great hookups and was very large. The site had a firepit with grill and a picnic table. Did I mention it was beautiful? There was no cell service and no WiFi where our site was, but there was some WiFi at the Visitors Center, just 50 yards away from our site. We did not use the restrooms. Overall, we greatly regretted only having time for one night, but loved it. We'll be back if we can! - RobtL
Apr 2018 - $26.00
We discovered this beautiful place on our drive across country. Unfortunately, we live too far to make it a routine spot, but if we did, we would. It is a perfect park for RVers: spacious spots, great hookups, nice fire rings and best of all, low lighting so you feel safe but can still see the amazing sky at night, immaculate and warm bath houses, cool walking paths and of course, the beautiful lake. Our spot was 2 levels which was nice but it might be hard if you have a problem with stairs. I believe there are others that are only one level. The Visitor's Center was very nice as well with it's neat small museum and gift shop. Very friendly staff as well. We stayed there in our motorhome but could see it would be good for tents and big rigs as well. - 2-4-d-rd
