This is a fenced area near the river just off I 30. The gate closes at 5:00 PM. The pads are level and cement but it is fine gravel and sand around them. There is a grassy area to sit and watch the river or to walk your dog. We stopped for an overnight stay and was on the road early the next day. We camped at Downtown Riverside RV Park in a Motorhome.

I was a little nervous pulling in because I like trees and there are none. Only concrete. People at check in were very helpful about the area. We were only there one night so we didn't disconnect the car. Nothing we could do in the afternoon but sit inside because it was so hot. There is a foot bridge on either side of the park that takes you across the river to the downtown area. At 7 on Sun morning it was nice to walk the loop a round. 1.93 miles from 1 bridge and back. Passes right by the Clinton library and by the market place with shops and restaurants, all along the river. I Want to come back when the weather cools off so I can explore more. It is in a very good location. We were in the center row but could see the river. Enjoyed watching the boats. We camped at Downtown Riverside RV Park in a Motorhome.

We are so happy you enjoyed the park. Next time you can ride the trolly that will take you in downtown North Little Rock and Little Rock. The drivers narrate the trip and point out many places to visit. Come back when it’s cooler and explore.

The park is well maintained and quite accessible to the downtown areas of Little Rock and North Little Rock. The Park sits right on the Arkansas River across the the Clinton Presidential Library and a couple of blocks from Dickie Stevens Minor League Baseball Park. We had a back-in site which was gravel but they also have concrete pull-through sites. 50 amp service with full hook-ups. We camped at Downtown Riverside RV Park in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Many reviewers have written about the things to do here, but, if you are looking for something different check out Trey Johnson. Trey plays Blues in many of the local bars. If you are hungry and like jerk, check out The Taste of Jamaica. Their jerk chicken is the best we have had since living in the Caribbean.

We wanted a space with full hookups convenient to interstate and downtown and this was it. Safe and secure with gated entry on the bank of the Arkansas River. Five minutes from the riverfront area of Little Rock and Clinton Library. I would definitely stay here again if in the area. We camped at Downtown Riverside RV Park in a Motorhome.

This is a very nice campground - unusual for a city. It is gated, has easy-to-navigate asphalt roads with concrete pads and gravel between sites. Our site had a very nice view of the bridges and the AR River. While the pad was wide enough, it was barely long enough for our 44' motorhome with motorcycle lift. We were next to a large pavillion that was being used for storage since it was early in the season. The check-in was not elegant but was very friendly and efficient. While there are a few trees, we had no satellite issues. We will likely stay here again if we are in the area. We camped at Downtown Riverside RV Park in a Motorhome.

Park is actually in North Little Rock - just across the river from Little Rock. The sites nearer the river are concrete and absolutely level. We were there when the park wasn't full and were assigned a double site. The park gate is closed after 5 p.m. until morning. I actually saw an employee sweeping sites. The park is very easy to get to from I-30. We camped at Downtown Riverside RV Park in a Motorhome.

We totally scored with our site at this small park right on the banks of the wide Arkansas River and literally across the bridge from downtown Little Rock. Park is gated with a small bathhouse and laundry facility but otherwise no other amenities. Riverside sites are back in and site 14 allowed our living area a great view overlooking the river and Clinton Pedestrian Bridge. Fun watching the large barges navigating the bridges and great view of the downtown skyline. Downside to end site was dog walkers literally walking under our awnings. Sites are all level concrete with FHU but the riverside sites are front to front with shared utility pods which is awkward, but appears designed to alternate Class A pulling forward adjacent to a backed in trailer. We saw all sorts of different configurations with some folks front doors opening into each other. The center sites are exceptionally long, but are designed as double usage; again we saw different uses of this with big rigs and toy trailers occupying both sites to others backed up to each other. Lots of things to do in the Little Rock area. We camped at Downtown Riverside RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Excellent location for seeing the sights of Little Rock. Park sets right on the Arkansas River at the North end of the Presidential Foot Bridge that will take you right to the Clinton Library, Downtown and the beautiful walking trails along the river. The reservation and check in process were very smooth and the office staff were very friendly and helpful. Sites are very close together (Why the 9 & not a 10) but the electrical service is clean, good water and great Verizon service. There is no cable, but you get plenty of over the air channels. Getting into and out of the sites can be very tight, depending on how others have parked their tow vehicles and toads. Road through the park is a large circle and we had no trouble navigating any corners. We camped at Downtown Riverside RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Foot bridge to cross the River is right at the back end of the park .... pleasant walk to Presidential Library, Shopping & Restaurants. Note: If you have a motor home with toad, be considerate and use the large open space at the entry to hook up .... park road is a loop and if you do it in the road you stop all traffic. ( Saw this occur one morning)

This is a great RV park for an overnight stop or if you are in the Little Rock area for a few days. Easy to find and reach if you are traveling East or West on I-40 or I-30. The park is not fancy, basically a large parking lot, but big rig friendly pull throughs and the entire park overlooks the river and downtown Little Rock. There are plenty of green common areas along the riverside to sit or picnic if you want some open air spaces. The park sits right next to the Clinton Presidential Bridge which is really a greenway that connects one side of the river to the other, and allows you to access over 10 miles of biking and walking trails, plus access to Clinton presidential library if that is your thing. Park is gated at night which adds a bit to the security. Very clean and seems to be well managed. You literally are overlooking downtown Little Rock, so if you stay for a few days lots of places to go and see there. If you have bikes the greenway access next to the park gives you miles and miles of walking or biking. We camped at Downtown Riverside RV Park in a Motorhome.

The park is basically a parking lot with hookups. Not a tree to be found. However, it's on the river which is a great view of the city especially at night. Access was easy from I-30. Check in was smooth with ample space to park. Our site was in the middle of the park. It was long and level. The utilities were concentrated which created a rats nest with water hose, power cord, cable and sewer. Not a big deal but I haven't seen them 6-8 inches apart before. The restrooms are mobile structures. In fact, the park is on the waterside of a flood wall. The restroom was exceptionally clean. There is laundry on site but it's pay at the office which closed at 5pm. The best reason for staying here was location. You can walk to the Clinton Presidential Library via a foot bridge adjacent to the park. Little Rock has a river trail and there are a few brewpubs within walking distance in North Little Rock. They also have a dog area and a large pavilion for groups. The park is fenced and gated, you need the code after 6pm. We camped at Downtown Riverside RV Park in a Motorhome.

A very nice city campground right on the banks of the Arkansas River - high enough that we had no issues with water levels although they did briefly close later in the spring. Asphalt access roads with concrete pads for the sites. Swing wide to get through the levee and it may be difficult for two rigs to pass at this point, otherwise no big rig access issues. Mix of backins, pull thrus, and pullins that were mostly level. Power and water ok. Sewer connections are paired (at least in the front row) with no threads on the connection. If the other connection is unused, step on the cover before dumping as there may be backflow. 30A users need to have a pigtail as there are no 30A outlets - the office does sell them at 25% below the big box camping stores. No problems with satellite access. Verizon was 5 bars at 10.4 Mbps; T-Mobile was 4 bars at 14.7 Mpbs; campground wifi had poor signal with 309 Kbps. Note bags of ice "cubes" are really ice "blocks" - thawed and refrozen into big chunks. Excellent road bike riding opportunities (many miles of the Arkansas River Trail). Only soda can recycle on site. We will stay here again. We camped at Downtown Riverside RV Park in a Motorhome.

Park is right next to the Arkansas River with beautiful views. It is really mostly a parking lot but great access to North Little Rock as well as Little Rock. Pedestrian Bridge to the Clinton Library just outside the gate. Satellite hooked up and we had a strong Verizon signal. People running the park were just awesome. Spaces alternate pull in/back in along the water so you will hook up in the same area as your neighbor but with individual posts. Spot 9 is a pull-in. Will most definitely stay again. Stayed here 2 nights. Got a back-in site on the river. Sites are long. Backing in to the site would have been very difficult if a toad had been in the driveway across from me. Thankfully, those people were not home at the time. The loop road is a bit narrow for backing a big 5er, but driving around it is easy. City street getting to the park are rough, but once inside, the roads are smooth. Lady in the office was less than friendly, almost as if I was bothering her. Maybe it is just her brand of customer service. Quiet park, despite being close to the interstate. Sitting on a bench and watching the river activity is relaxing.
