It is now known as Willow RV Park and is under new ownership. The park is right off the main highway and is a great place to stay for a short time. There are full time personnel there but they don’t equal the amount of space there is to park. There are three pull thru spots and the rest are back in with FHU. - crazyboy135

Stayed here one nite on the way south to charge the batteries and fill the water tanks after being in storage; handy to the interstate and good value for the money. No staff, register and pay on the honor system. Single road needs gravel in the potholes. Pull through and back in sites are fairly level. - Cancamper
May 2018 - $13.00
Definitely not the worst RV park we have stayed in during our 15 years of full time camping but we would not here again. No staff. No directions. One lone building for a single toilet and shower (but clean). Nearly all other occupants were workers in the area. Easily accessible from freeway and thus tempting but we would encourage other campers to find another RV park if possible. - Halina

This is a small RV parking lot right in town. No bathhouse or restrooms. Owner is not on site. Call for owner to meet you at the lot. It was good for a quick overnight stay. - GrandmaLee

This park doesn't have all the bells and whistles, but it's a terrific little park. We called to inquire about a spot only 5 minutes beforehand. The lady who is the host met us when we pulled in. She was extremely nice and very helpful. We were having camper problems and she was very accommodating and another man, possibly the owner, came over and tried to help. Wonderful people. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again! - LauraPolk

We stayed here overnight while traveling south. Although we arrived at 9:30PM, the owner was very accommodating. He left his cozy living room (it was a blustery cold night), led us to our spot and made sure we were OK before leaving. The park was clean and seemed to be well maintained. - JBDD
Jun 2012 - $27.00
Wow. Won't be back. $27 for gravel, direct sunlight, and full hook-up. No Laundry. No restrooms. No trees. No wi-fi. No cable. No dog park. Lots of sand spurs in the grass, so dog owners beware. - sandimal

Grassy views, trees. Our site was right next to the bathroom door. Bigger than most sites. We were parked on concrete. More like camping in a parking lot. There are other sites at this park which are more "camp-like". Good clean power, sewer connection was way too far back in the site. We had to back our RV completely back to the edge of the drop off to dump our tanks. Sites were extremely close together. We were able to park our tow vehicle in the parking spaces across from the RV sites. Next time we will park "head-in" to enjoy the view of the grassy fields instead of the view of parked cars & street. Nice lakes with fishing docks (we didn't fish). No wi-fi :( 4G Verizon was great. Bathrooms were hot with no A/C or ventilation. Entrance is located near golf course, not through the base as some GPS units will direct you. Low branches on road into park through rural residential area. Convenient for family visit. Very quiet and safe. Park "head-in" if you can and have long enough hoses/power cords for the view. Bring your fishing poles! Find the entrance road near the golf course for easy navigation. - LizzyWA
Jul 2017 - $24.00
Very small RV park. It's an older park, so don't expect updated amenities. We have a 43' fifth wheel with 4 slides and it was a great little site for us, except that we couldn't put out our awnings when we had a neighbor one day. The bathhouse is older, but very well maintained. Laundry room had two washers/two dryers. They worked well, and THEY ARE FREE! The lake is really pretty, and they had paddle boats and kayaks available to rent for a really low fee. The owners were super nice. For GPS, use 6344 Kerrville-Rosemark Road to take you straight in; otherwise you'll end up on the other side of the lake at the railroad tracks. You'll be close to the airport, which is a plus or a minus depending on your outlook. - DaBlairs
