No showers or toilets! You get a clean space with utilities. Cable TV available from local cable provider if staying for a month. Half of sites are level concrete, rest are grass or gravel. Working utilities. Staff very friendly and helpful, but office (in next door car lot) closes as five (after hours - pick a spot). Work performed on utilities at many sites, some access holes not filled in, so mounds of dirt at utility hook ups. Quiet at night, but residents in back MHP leave for work early. It's OK if you just need a base to explore the area. - LoneWolf
Sep 2013 - $20.00
We pulled in here on our way home from Gulf Shores as it is about half way. No office at the campground, it is in a used car lot next door. Arrived at about 4:30 pm, and no one was at the office. Someone who lives in the MHP behind the campground said it was $20, and he would get the money to the owners the next day. After paying, with absoutly no paperwork, we then find out there are no bathrooms or showers! Not an issue with most RV's, but a tent camper is an issue. Guess what, no refunds! There was traffic through the park all night long, and we were the only ones that were not "permanent" residents. Moral of this story is if you have a self contained RV this might be an overnight stop but not with anything else. I'll drive 100 miles more next time to avoid this place. - bipeflier
Feb 2012 - $20.00
We travel a lot for business and found this park via the internet. The owners are extremely nice, pleasant and accommodating. Unfortunately this park has seen better days and needs updating. There is a run down MHP behind the campground that must be accessed through the campground so there is a lot of through traffic. They do not have bathrooms, showers, or laundry facilities. The garbage dumpster is a long distance away behind the MHP. The plus side is the sites are paved, with full hook-ups, and good water pressure even though the sites are narrow. Shopping is located within a couple miles and the casino in Lulu, MS is approximtely seven miles away. - kandid61

Jun 2018 - $17.00
This campground is a parking lot with RV hook ups connected with the Isle of Capri Casino. There is water, electric, sewer and free WIFI for $17. The space between the parking spots is the same width as the parking spot, maybe 12 feet. Nice space but there are no tables or fire rings, just an empty asphalt parking lot. This is not a vacation stay but for a night, it is secure, cheap and easy. The casino it's self, has seen better days. - Metro Johnson
Jun 2017 - $16.00
This is a casino parking lot with E/W/S hook ups. It provides a safe location to overnight or stay if you are gambling. We used it for one night and will use it again if passing through. I did not see any shower / laundry facility. - A hitch and hop
Oct 2016 - $30.00
We were there for a week with a festival going on. Nightly rate varied.
All hookups, just parking a lot but they leave you plenty of room. Well lit and security present. I felt safe at all hours. Casino has a great Friday night fried catfish buffet. - SlicksMom

Nov 2018 - $34.00
This is an excellent small park. The visitors center was exceptional with friendly and helpful staff. The small museum was educational. There was a variety of programs scheduled throughout the year. Because of our schedule we were unable to take advantage of any of these events. It is peaceful and very beautiful, but especially so this autumn when fall foliage was in full swing. We stayed at Beech Point Campground in site 10, a Class AAA site with water, 50 amp hook up and sewer. This was one of several pull through sites. This site was level concrete with a gravel sitting area. Just like most sites it had a metal fence around the back. The bathhouse was centrally located with four facilities. Each room had some heat, toilet and hot water for the shower. We had plenty of space for our 33ft toy hauler fifth wheel, two vehicles and our fishing boat. Almost all of the sites would have worked for us because whoever planned the layout made sure you were able to get your RV turned around where you had plenty of space to back in. The space between sites seemed just right, not too close. The rangers came through the park several times a day. We came to the park to get away and to do some fishing. There was a nice easy accessible concrete boat ramp which made it easy to launch and take out the boat. Our problem was our main boat motor was to large for the Bear Creek Lake, we had to use our trolling motor all week. We did understand the regulation. There were two courtesy docks provided that gave you lake access. We did catch several large catfish on jugs. One of which weigh over 20 pounds. There was not much to do in the area but we did come to fish and to get away. We plan to come back. - Debra D
Nov 2018 - $34.00
Newer State Park on Eastern Border of Arkansas. It is ~ 1.5 hours from Memphis. There are not many sites in the CG, but they are all beautiful - and FHU! We were in space 4, which was on a peninsula in a lake. Plenty of space between sites. Cell and Dish were fine. There is a nice hiking trail in the CG and another up at the Visitor Center (which was a 20 minute bike ride through forest and meadows). We were also able to ride our bikes for a couple hours on the "Great River Road" which passes through the CG. Visitor Center is well done and all staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. - Davishouse2

14 full hook-up RV sites. Some back-in, some pull thru. Sites are level concrete with a gravel sitting area. Some sites are a little close, but in general they are spaced fairly well. Site 14 (back-in site) is the nicest site in the campground. It's more private than the others and has access to it's own peninsula complete with bench seat for viewing the lake or fishing. This site, like some of the others, has a metal fence around the back of the site. Someone did a nice job of spacing the utilities out so they don't interfere with slide outs, however, the sewer connection is just "stubbed up" with no threads or bayonet connection - (why?). You'll have to use the resident rock to hold your sewer hose in. Water pressure was OK at 60psi. The campground is flat and bicycle friendly. There are nice hiking/biking trails in the park, and a small swimming beach is adjacent to the campground. There are 3 tent sites in the RV area (if you like improved bathrooms), but a better pick for tent campers would be one of the 8 tent sites in the Lone Pine campground down the road (in the same park). Those are much more rustic and private. Although access to the campground is not controlled, it seems secure and park rangers were seen several times during the day. Signage in the park is good, all except the small one that tells you to check in at the Visitor's Center before setting up, and the Visitor's Center is about 4 miles before you get to the campground. Most campers just get a note from the ranger to come back to the Visitor's Center. There appears to be an active schedule of nature programs by the park. - Bama Camper

Checking in is a challenge, the RV office no longer exists so you have to troop up to the hotel check in. My site was fine, back in but easy to navigate. The trash was piled up everywhere, not good. - RVDolly
Oct 2017 - $24.00
We've been coming to this RV park for many years. This year was quite different. The RV park office no longer operates. You must park your RV in back of the casino and register at the hotel desk. Trash pickup was a problem everyday ( we were there for 8 days). Everyday we had to call the hotel to get someone to pick it up. The park was far from full, but each site leaves their trash out, so all those trash bags baking in the sun for hours wasn't good. The fields surrounding the area were being plowed and the dust was so thick, it left all the vehicles in the area with a thick layer of the stuff, and we couldn't sit outside without being covered with dust because of the wind. This went on for the majority of our 8 day stay. I went to the pool/gym area everyday, and everyday I had to go to the hotel desk to get someone to unlock the area even though it was well past the opening time of 8am. The sewer dump on our site clogged. When we called to report it, we were told we had to move to another site to dump. We were able to dump enough to keep from having to move off the site. Pulling out on our last day, we went to the main sewer dump by the gate. To our dismay, this dump was clogged as well. We had already hooked up our vehicle, so we maneuvered our RV very close to an empty site, connected two sewer hoses and ran this to a working sewer dump. So very disappointed in what used to be one of my favorite RV parks! I must say, however the sites are spacious and level and very clean. The wi-fi, cable, and satellite reception was very good, as was the 50 amp and water. Check your sewer before setting up!!! Pull around the back of the casino to park while checking in, or if you arrive early or late in the evening. There's plenty of room back there. There's no grilling at your site, but there are plenty of paved gazebos with picnic tables and grills very near the sites. You will have full access to the indoor pool and gym, and the casino during your stay. Ask for pool access card when checking in. Will have to think about our trip next year... - Summrbrz
Sep 2017 - $25.00
It was a little difficult to figure out how to get into the RV park. It is behind the right side of the hotel. We parked at the RV park and then went in the hotel to register for parking even though we already had reservations. They told us we needed to pick out a spot and come back and pay. There were not many pull throughs and those were all taken even though the park was not busy. The park was clean the utilities worked fine and, depending on which site you choose, it was a pleasant stay. There is nothing else to do in the area and a bit out-of-the-way if you were just passing through. - blumarlin

Sep 2018 - $20.00
The physical aspects of the sites (long, level cement pads and adequate space between sites) continue to be the best thing about this park. Like most sites, ours was satellite friendly. We didn't bother with the cable TV. The lack of in park personnel and Wi-Fi are the big negatives. Not having personnel in the park also causes the poor quality trailer bathrooms to not get cleaned often enough. - Jerry S
Aug 2018 - $20.00
This RV Park is well maintained. There are full hook ups and the roads are paved as well as the sites, which are level. There is a grill and picnic table at each site. The grass is cut and the picnic tables are metal and in good shape. There is plenty of room to walk your pet if you have one. We have stayed here in the past and played at the Casino so our sites were compensated. - Bosshoss
May 2018 - $30.00
This Rv park is at the casino parking lot.. No one at the park.. If you have reservations you pick up phone attached to the bath house and call the front desk. They will tell you which site to park in. Sites are really level.. No shade of any kind.. No dog park but there is a large grassy area you can take them to. Showers and bathrooms need a good cleaning. Lots of dead bugs on the vents. - Yepwearedoingit

Jan 2017 - $20.00
The "camping" is all level, and the site we chose was back-in. All pull thru sites (approx.200) were full time permanent. I can live with folks working on cars, abandoned vehicles, RV's with fire damage/ windows out, city folk walking thru campsites throughout night (several openings to lot), trash everywhere, city pound which backs up to park w/overflow of dogs barking all hours. But in 30 yrs. of camping, this was first time ever I was awoken 2:00 a.m. by 3 cop cars to tell me neighbors reported my truck had been broken into. I love the music in town, but won't stay here again. Seriously unsafe. - mitig8er
Dec 2016 - $20.00
Came to Clarksdale to check out the history of the Delta Blues music. This is the closest campground to town and is a fairgrounds. You self register by envelope, we never saw an actual person. Most of the full hook-up sites were occupied by long term campers, so we took an electric only site after filling our tanks per a nearby water spigot. Site was paved and moderately level. There were some gravel pull through sites but they were not very long, the paved sites are back-in. The paved road with sites is a dead end so be aware. We did not feel unsafe as there are "street lights". With rain, there were many puddles so we were glad we took a paved site. It was fairly quiet, some highway noise and heard a train in the am. Restaurants not too far away and Kroger and Walmart nearby. - mohocamper
Apr 2016 - $20.00
If coming to Clarksdale for Blues Music this is about the only choice in town. A few long term residents but was not a problem. Pros: inexpensive for full hookup, mostly asphalt pads, clean and mowed (festival weekend), staff regularly drove through - and were helpful, close to downtown. Cons: gravel pull throughs can be very muddy when rain, sites on inside the drive are only 30 amp and no sewer (but still pay $20), and delayed maintenance in general - 2-3 sites have broken spigots or electric problems but no notice until you try to hookup, also ants prevalent. Also no sign that drive is a dead end. - BandD
