Newer park with perfectly flat well-groomed and watered grass sites. RV and towed are on bordered gravel. Situated along the St Marys river. Restaurant food delivery to your camper door. Best wifi I have seen in a park yet. Full-service cable tv hookup with HBO. Trees need to mature for shade though. We camped at Cranbrook / St. Eugene KOA in a Travel Trailer.

This KOA is amazing!! Nice large spaces, grass, fire pits, and a beautiful river runs behind the park. Very clean, friendly staff. And believe it or not, they have "room service"! Great places to walk the dogs. Hotel/casino next door. We were in the center of the park and were able to hook up to their WiFi. Our Verizon cell phones had no service. But AT&T works. If you have satellite, the sky is clear and it works great!! We stayed in our 40' motorhome. We camped at Cranbrook / St. Eugene KOA in a Motorhome.

Hands down the best RV Park that we've ever stayed in. Everything is new, clean and well maintained. The park is easy to get to and very easy to navigate around to your site. I can't say enough about the staff they were so helpful and friendly. If there was any complaint it would be that there Wifi was spotty. Any time were in the Cranbrook area we'll definitely stay here again. We camped at Cranbrook / St. Eugene KOA in a Fifth Wheel.

Definately the best KOA we have stayed in North America! Wide gravel roads easy to get in. 50AMP, water pressure great. Wifi not great, but 90% of parks in NA dont have great wifi! We took a pull through with our 40' motorhome and full size pickup, but their backins have actually more room! Easy to get to off the highway, they have a great golf course on site, hotel with good restaurant. Would stay here again. We camped at Cranbrook / St. Eugene KOA in a Motorhome.

Date of Stay: June, 2019 - $75.00
Overall Rating:

All prices are in Cdn $ and include tax. As others have said, this is a brand new KOA and still under some development with the spray park being the main work for this year and then I believe its own pool for next year. Check-in was simple with plenty of space to park a 40' 5er while we did so. I was escorted to my site which was located along the St Mary's River. We'd opted for a back-in, riverside site with FHU. This gave us 50 amp and cable tv with 40+ Chanel's as well as water and sewer. Being new, everything worked perfectly. Sites are long, wide and level but on the back-in sites be wary because the utilities are towards the back and depending where you rig connections may be, you might require extra hose or cable. I backed up so that my rear end was overhanging the grass and allowed me to reach the connection without the extensions. All sites and roads are grey rock chips that allow good drainage. Each site has a concrete patio, fire pit and heavy duty log bench seat and table. Staff work diligently to keep the place looking well manicured and when the saplings between sites mature in years to come they will offer some shade. At the end of June, even on a weekend, the CG was only about 20% occupied. Staff were very pleasant and the owner/manager went out of his way to assist. Discounts are available for golf and food at the adjacent casino resort. The bathrooms are all private rooms with toilet, shower, hand sink and hair dryers. Spotlessly clean and open 24/7 in the main office building. There is a games room/tv and laundry with four washers and dryers. $3 to wash $1 to dry (15 minutes). Wi-Fi is good and we had no problems connecting. The one less desirable site IMHO would be pull-thru # 57. Only because there is a large electrical transformer at about door level on the door side of the RV. Other than that, this is a fantastic RV park. Minor passing traffic and the occasional rumble of a train about a km away. We camped at Cranbrook / St. Eugene KOA in a Fifth Wheel.

Our 3rd visit. The first since the campground was fully completed. 1st class in every respect. This well designed campground has easy access in and out for any sized RV. Large and very large sites. Great staff. Good wifi. Dog run, very nice playground, plenty of room to walk the dogs. Great golf with cart available to get you to/from course. Excellent dining and casino is short walk from any part of campground. The to site food delivery is decadent. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Can personally confirm food is yummy We camped at Cranbrook / St. Eugene KOA in a Fifth Wheel.

I've done many reviews on this site but have NEVER given a score of 10 to any of them. Until today. Wow, this is a great campground. Brand new (in fact they are still building more sites), but it is right next to a beautiful hotel, complete with pool, spa, and fabulous restaurant. There is also a casino there. My husband had a wonderful massage at the spa. We did not use the restrooms but peeked in on them and they are like a hotel bathroom. Complete with blow dryer! Sites are very wide and level. The only negative I can think of is that the wifi wasn't very strong. No big deal. We would definitely stay here again! Best KOA we've ever stayed at and just about the best RV park we've ever stayed at. We camped at Cranbrook / St. Eugene KOA in a Fifth Wheel.

An overnight stop. This brand new KOA is connected to an Indian casino. Very convenient for an overnight as there is a close and quite good restaurant available, but it's out of the way to get there though, so as an overnight it added a few miles to the journey. Construction is still continuing. Sites are very large. Gravel driveways and roads. Grass areas for the "patio" are huge. Being new, the shower and bathroom facilities are quite nice and very clean. The laundry room is inadequate. Machines are small capacity and there are only 4. Satellite reception is excellent, roaming cellular is good, WiFi was iffy. The office staff was very nice, store wasn't well stocked. We camped at Cranbrook / St. Eugene KOA in a Motorhome.

The park just opened this year. It's actually still under construction. All the utilities, being new, worked great. The staff was very helpful, they even put on a Christmas is July dinner for the guests. The park is very spacious and easy to maneuver around in. No matter if you have a pull-through or back-in site you won't have any trouble getting your rig parked. If I were say any negative about this park it would be that they've laid it out so all of the sites are facing the morning shade and the evening sun. It was quite hot when we stayed here and there wasn't any shade to be found in the evening. We camped at Cranbrook / St. Eugene KOA in a Fifth Wheel.

Easy access, new entry road, campground under going expansion and upgrading. Presently 40+ sites available with full hook-ups and 50AMP. Sites are well defined with treated timbers, some back-in (driver side angle) and some pull-thru. Grass with fire-pits, picnic tables, sparkling clean unisex bathroom/showers, game room, tv room, BBQ pavilion and all adjacent to the St. Mary River. Staff was excellent, friendly and very helpful. Entire site is new compact crushed rock. Parking for tow vehicle adjacent to the RV, in the site. Cable TV is good. Should you need a break the Tribal Casino is just a short walk up the hill. When we pass through here again we will certainly stop. We camped at Cranbrook / St. Eugene KOA in a Fifth Wheel.

Had a great overnight stay at this new KOA. Wished we could have stayed longer. Staff was super friendly and helpful. We are in a 40 foot motor home with tow and chose a pull through due to being there just one night. If I come back thru this area, I'd stay here again and choose a back-in site on the river. Since this is a newly constructed KOA, everything was designed for newer RV's in mind. Sites have lots of grass space between them and can accommodate large big rigs. Only thing that could be improved is that the gravel driveway could be wider. We camped at Cranbrook / St. Eugene KOA in a Motorhome.
