Jul 2018 - $18.00
As with most of the provincial parks, Kinaskan is absolutely beautiful. It is very peaceful and relaxing. It is a wonderful place to rest from a day of driving on the Cassiar. - mpruet
Jul 2017 - $20.00
This is another beautiful lakeside BC provincial park. The entry road and road throughout the campground are in very good condition, and there is a turnaround loop at the end of the road. Water is from a hand pump, but it was not clear in colour, so we did not use it. There is no dump station. There is a wharf, a boat launch, and a small day use area. We were lucky enough to get a lakeside site and very much enjoyed our stay. Advance reservation is not possible. A campground staff comes by around 6pm to collect the $20 camping fee. Many sites will accommodate even the largest rigs. My only complaint about this campground is the layout of the sites. Entry into sites can be difficult, unless you have excellent backing-in skills. There have dug ditches on both sides of the road as well as on either side of most sites. Even with double sites, they have terraced these and placed large boulders between the sites, so any advantage of added width for manoeuvring is lost. - driftdiver1

This is an excellent provincial park. There are plenty of large sites available. My spot was large enough for my 37 foot rig and tow car with plenty of space left over. I was in a spot next to the lake. The interior roads are paved. These guys know how to put together a really nice campground. Of course, being a provincial park, there are no hook-ups, but the scenery is fantastic.
I would stay here again. - mpruet
Sep 2018 - $31.00
Entering the CG is very steep 1/2 mile down hill to the office and into the camp ground, dirt-gravel road. This is a real gem. We had a drive thru site with power and water, dump station on the way out. There is a nature trail to a nearby lake and there is no road noise. Each site has a picnic table, is gravel parking and grass surround, plenty of room for RV and tow vehicle or toad. There are no breakers on the power points. The owners are very pleasant folks and make the stay enjoyable. - SilverBear
Aug 2018 - $32.00
Nicest scenery ever at an RV park. Limited Wi-Fi, no cell service - dlfishing
Aug 2018 - $30.00
Well kept park with an outstanding view. There's a nice hiking trail to one of the lakes for another view, but the mountains by the park are pretty spectacular. The owners are very dedicated and have the park in top condition. Power was a bit low at times, and there are no sewer hookups, so we washed clothes and dumped prior to a complete setup. And like all parks on the Cassiar Highway - NO connectivity. Be sure to make all your reservations before you get on this road. - cherib
Jul 2007 - $21.00
Located approx. 190 miles north of Stewart/Hyder on Cassiar Hwy. (Rt.37) Rustic, could use some cleanup. Some beautiful lakeside sites. Crystal clear water. Pet llamas walking through the sites are a different touch. Wi-fi doesn't reach all sites. - nkwist
Sep 2017 - $25.00
Very few parks to choose from on hwy37. Delighted to find this one. I am rating it higher than it probably deserves because the owner is delightful and the restaurant is a must see. He has a collection of mounted animals that is outstanding! Owner is also the cook and the food was very good. Water and 30amps at site. We are in a 40 foot motor hone with tow. There are a number of pull throughs so you do not have to unhook. Interoir roads a little tight for our motorhome and tow,but managable. Nice setting and quiet. Grounds need attention. Would stay here again! - navyflir
Jun 2016 - $22.00
This park is in a beautiful setting. Tatogga Lake is on the edge of the park and pretty mountains are nearby. There is lots of green grass and sites are plenty big enough. Unfortunately, the place needs some care. Junk boards and discarded chairs were seen around the sites. The restrooms and showers needed cleaning.
On the upside the lodge building is very nice and the restaurant there serves great food! Not sure if we would stay here again. - Another brick in the wall
Jul 2013 - $35.00
Well, the "resort" offers water and electricity, but that's about it. Oh yeah, it's quiet, because hardly anyone goes there. Bathrooms and showers needed cleaning, as does the entire park. Dump station was an open pit with boards over it. It could be a nice place if someone put some time, energy, and money into it. I would definitely not stay there again. - Boonville Jim
