Fees are high for what is offered. No cable TV, no OTA TV channels. WiFi is so unreliable that it is unusable. No potable water as there is a permanent boil water advisory in effect. Dirt roads and parking lots make for very dusty conditions. One night as we were changing for bed we were startled by a light immediately outside our RV only to discover the manager manually watering the grass with a hose at 10:30 PM, well after dark. The male continued on to each site in our section manually watering until well past 11:00 PM. Apparently this is their procedure as it re-occurred two nights later. We camped at Twin Lakes Golf & RV Park in a Motorhome.

Can't say enough about the staff here and the care they take with the RV park. Wonderfully helpful and personable hosts. Campground is basic 30 amp. The sites are close together and it is a little tight but you get help from the host. The showers are old but clean and the water is hot. There is a large grassy area for the kids to play on and a small laundry. We will return. We camped at Twin Lakes Golf & RV Park in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

There are no stores out this way (15 miles from Penticton) so get your groceries at the IGA in Okanagan Falls or at the Walmart or Superstore in Penticton. As mentioned above this is mainly a golf destination.

Overall Rating:

A little gem 15 min away from Penticton this park caters primarily to those who wish to golf at the Twin Lakes Golf course - a short walk away. The sites are a bit narrow with thick grass to separate neighbors. Electrical is limited to 30 amp. Communal campfire with supplied wood. Pull thrus and backin sites available. Very quiet at night. Facilities kept very clean and tidy. We camped at Twin Lakes Golf & RV Park in a Motorhome.

Date of Stay: August, 2014 - $35.00
Overall Rating:

We had a 15 amp power and water site so we could not operate our air conditioner even with an afternoon temperature of 38C. The park was quiet, clean, and friendly on this long weekend in August. The host did a great job of keeping everything organized even though the park was full. Our site was grass and long enough to park trailer and truck but was a bit narrow with our neighbour's slide and our awning meeting. Each of the pull-through sites have 30 amp power. We would stay here again. We camped at Twin Lakes Golf & RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Overall Rating:

This is a basic park, great if you're a golfer; sites are gravel and fairly level. Very quiet and beautiful location; best if you want to get away from it all and just golf. Negative for me was the communal campfire site right in front of our spot. Friendly managers; local deer family wandered through daily. We'd definitely come back again for a "play & stay". We camped at Twin Lakes Golf & RV Park in a Motorhome.

Agree with previous reviewer. I would have rated it higher if roads/sites were paved, sites were longer and wider, WiFi was better, and cable TV was in working order. Office staff was pleasant and helpful. We would stay here again if in the area. We camped at Twin Lakes Golf & RV Park in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

Nice quiet park, but the sites are quite tight...and because they're so short they allow people to park their trucks on the road. Makes it very tight to get in and out of your spot. Very nice camp hosts. Unlike the previous reviewer we found the Wi-Fi to be very slow and unreliable and we were parked near the office where the Wi-Fi originates. Good rates for golf if you stay in the RV park, and they have some really good specials. Stay on your birthday and you get a free round. We camped at Twin Lakes Golf & RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Nice quite park in the country at a golf course. Good access to the Penticton area (10 miles). Excellent Wi-Fi but cable was not working at the time we were there. Verizon cell not available at site but is at entrance to golf course (1 miles). Very clean restroom and laundry facilities. Would definitely stay there again. We camped at Twin Lakes Golf & RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.
