Mar 2018 - $25.00
Beautiful location!! Having visited the hustle and bustle across the lake, we were very glad that we stayed here. Sites were very close and shallow. Our 36' and toad barely fit. Hookups are inconveniently located at the back of the site which makes it even shallower. Staff was VERY friendly on the phone, just OK at check-in. They were out to lunch at published check-in time so we had to wait until they returned. First night was great, then they put a group with a TON of kids right behind us so it was VERY noisy from that point forward. - Julie and Ray
Jul 2014 - $32.00
We always come here more than once during the summer to go boating. Staff is always friendly and accommodating. The bathrooms could use some upgrading but overall a great experience. Decently priced and nice campground. - vanity_moreno
Apr 2014 - $27.00
The staff is great, the park is clean, the views are awesome, the casino is fun!
The casino, store, and hardware store are a short walk away (1/4 mile tops).
Fuel is expensive so fill up before visit.
Some washer/dryers do not work, dirt bikes do donuts making clouds of dust, make noise, dogs barking as usual because of poor owners.
Bring long (20 foot) sewer hose, potable water hose and make sure your electric shore tie cable is at least 20 feet long.
Did I mention the scenic view? :-) - Traveling Dan
Jul 2019 - $40.00
State campground was in fantastic shape and exceeded our expectations. Lots of space, easy to pull in site, plenty water pressure, everything worked great. The lakefront sites had easy access. The lake on the other hand, it was our least favorite lake in a long time. Gnats landed on everything covering and swarming the boat. Water was really hard, and gross. Campground was great though. - DeBoer Family
May 2019 - $35.00
Site 37 was a long, paved pull-thru site with 50 amp electric and water hook-up, no sewer. Beautiful setting right on the lake. Roads are a bit tight, but manageable. No wi-fi. Would have rated this a 10 if they had sewer and wi-fi. Open for satellite, but some shade trees. In addition to nightly fee, there is a $5 reservation fee. - krb
Feb 2019 - $40.00
No full hookups, only water and electric. Some really nice sites that backup to the water. Busy park, need to plan ahead for reservations. Lake Havasu (home of London Bridge) is a busy city, lot of activities each weekend. - JJ & CC
Dec 2018 - $55.00
Most resources were in need of repair, and site was the most difficult to level that we'd ever seen. No Cable or WiFi was offered and the price was the highest we've paid yet. Trash receptacles were located outside the park and no trash pickup was offered. The gym had only one piece of workout equipment and water hook up leaked. Sites were cramped and no grill, fire pit or picnic tables were available. The pool was heated and the hot tub was nice, but this was not a good experience or a good value for us. - RV Master Blaster
Jul 2017 - $60.00
The resort is as nice and more reasonably priced than another high end resort in the immediate area. Staff very helpful and friendly. They found us an upgraded site and only charged regular price We found the restrooms & Showers brand new and squeaky clean. Beautiful pool and spa with shade. 24 hour security on premise. Only negative thing was in our particular site, hookups were farther than normal and we had to add an extension for both sewer and water. It appeared that this is a renovated site that probably had a mobile home on it in the past New cement pad but not quite level rest of site is gravel with paved streets Wifi at the clubhouse but good G4 in the area. No cable but the say over the air reception is good. A very nice place to stay but 120 degrees hot during the summer. - Old Detective
Apr 2017 - $60.00
Park is on the water but for $60 our site wasn't. Tight sites and tight for big rigs. No internet except at rec center or office. Took us at least 15 minutes to get through gate after checking in. Gentleman had a very difficult time putting a sticker on our car and coach. - Meme508
Apr 2019 - $37.00
This park has been well kept for many years as we have been staying with them since the mid 90's. The park seems to change very little from year to year, through several owners. Spaces are very tight with some requiring that you unhook and allow the employee to park your RV with a forklift. Many sites do not have room for you to park a larger tow truck so it must be parked in the vehicle parking a distance away. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We will stay here again. - RV Camper1
May 2018 - $40.00
The best part of it was it's right in the center of activity near London Bridge, and it was super amazingly quiet at night. It's an old park with a lot of very old long timer Parker's. Our site was adequate, utilities fine, just old and needs to be updated. I do want to say they are working on landscaping and cleaning up areas like that. For big rigs it's going to have to widen its Lots. Not exactly sure of nightly rate or our Lot number. It was not expensive. - MiLindaNGary
Apr 2018 - $24.00
Park is clean and the deluxe sites are good. Close to London Bridge and walking along the channel. - dalenoel
Mar 2019 - $45.00
Read your reviews people before you stay here! The park, 600+, is in dire need of alot of TLC. You would think, with this amount of spots filled that they would put some $ into upkeep of this resort. The only thing good about this place is the location. Our sewer backed up twice in the short 4 days we were there:( Spots are very small--neighbors awning was against our trailer--not level spots--sewer hook up was marked with some type of cloth with rocks around it. Bathrooms are in need of repair & cleaning. Picnic table falling apart--cement patio cracked. - GMusson
May 2018 - $60.00
We were passing through town and decided to stay overnight. They were able to give us a site for one night and it was fabulous. We were right on the lake in a pull through site. We have a dog and, on the part of the beach we were, dogs were allowed in the water as long as they were leashed. So even our dog loved it. - endofrope
Apr 2018 - $35.00
Fun and really neat lake city. Great RV park we stayed here a couple weeks. Stayed up on top of the hill for a few days and then stayed down right by the lake for the rest of it. Beach access right in front of us with a lot of stuff going on. Swim up bar down the street. Probably will come back to here at sometime. - Tim Thiemann
May 2019 - $115.00
Staff is friendly and helpful. Site was level, clean and utilities were all perfect. Our site faced the lake and was extra large. I think it was probably one of the best sites in the park. The resort has a boat ramp, pickle ball courts, a large pool and multiple restroom/shower/laundry facilities. All were spotless and well maintained. We would definitely come back. - tomp4801
Sep 2018 - $65.00
We visited with a Class C, 25 foot RV. Our site was level, concrete, and had a large concrete area for outside the front door. The restrooms and showers are as nice as I've seen in an RV park. We spent time in the pool, which was warm and very clean. Everyone was well behaved and friendly. This site is about 10 minutes by car to the London Bridge with restaurants and boat rentals. There is a nice bike trail around the island which will also get you to the London Bridge. The staff is helpful, easy to work with, and friendly. I plan on visiting this RV resort again. Highly recommend. - BRK
Jun 2018 - $90.00
Arrived on the 27 of June - was told it's a 5 star resort here in Lake Havasu. Poor internet, gravel sites. Not my idea of a 5 star resort. Have to go to office for internet. Sorry, I would not stay here again. Crowded with long term campers. Not happy here, so we are moving on. - Stevenb1
Feb 2014 - $60.00
As others have said, if you are a golfer this is a great resort. We had the pleasure of staying at the Refuge for the month of February. The facilities are first class and the staff are the best! The owners could not have been more accommodating. Between the Refuge and the Lake Havasu City activities there was something going on every day. The only complaint I have is that we left at the end of February and we should have extended our stay for another month. We hope we have the opportunity to return and see again the many friends we met. - jpcunha
Jan 2014 - $80.00
First Class! We no longer golf so did not use course. Our rate included a golf cart parked at our site and a $25.00 per day credit at the Club House (dining or Pro Shop). Grounds are beautiful with both views of the golf course and Lake Havasu. Going to return again for a week in May and rent a boat for day trips on the Lake and Colorado River. The owner is the founder of Coach-Net.com - jbskone
Nov 2013 - $60.00
This is heaven for a golfing RVer. Nice golf, supplied free golf cart, unlimited golf for free. They said we would pay when we signed up but the owners and employees said that they do not charge any RV residents. The course was once an Arnold Palmer designed course but bankruptcy stopped the use of his name. Dogs are allowed off leash in your RV site and grass all around to walk them. Sites are packed gravel (not too bad) but it gets dirty and dusty at times because there is no cement. Would stay here again but 28 days next time. Golf and an RV lot for 28 days for $1,800 is as good as it gets. - vern bauch
Feb 2018 - $10.00
Not a resort but clean and everything worked. Sites are tight...almost like camping at a fairground event. 30 amp only but we're here in the off season so that's okay. Wouldn't recommend for extended stay unless you like being really packed in a tight site. People are friendly and park is safe and clean. - z32k12
Apr 2016 - $10.00
Major drawback is very low water pressure and all sites are only 30 amp. With 90+ temp you have to manage elec use. Sites are ok, mostly level. You have to adjust how you park if you have roof mounted sat dish as trees can interfere with signal. Only one bath house. Men's has 2 toilets, 1 urinal, 2 showers and 2 sinks but always very clean. Pool is nice and over half is 7' to 5' deep. Park is not kid friendly. Nearly all picnic tables are rotted and in dire need of replacement. The one at our site was unuseable with nails stickimg up. Only 2 miles to new shopping center with a Walmart, Pennys, Dillards, Sears and other shops but many vacant units. Home Depot and Lowes very close. Staff friendly. For $10 a night it was ok for the 10 day stay. Would stay again gor overnight of short term. - venice
Mar 2016 - $1.00
Our overall rating is based on being members of CRA. We stayed as CRA members for 2 weeks during the snowbird months. Overall enjoyed our stay. Not close to the actual lake, however, easy to get into town to do so. Facility is well maintained and they have lots of activities for everyone to participate in. The park is split into kind of two halves. On the east side of London Bridge road, there were more seasonal sites. On the west side of London Bridge road, it was definitely CRA or C2C members, lots of moving in and out. Pool and club houses were nice and clean. Small dog runs. Staff was friendly and helpful. They accept visitor mail. No security gates, but well monitored. Rules were kept. Laundry room is open to public as well. Only 30 amp service available. Wi-fi is available, strong signal, but basically no speed, except at 3 a.m. If you have Verizon or ATT cell phones, you'll get good reception. Easy going atmosphere. - JS Dobson
Jun 2019 - $45.00
We stayed at Havasu Falls for 2 nights to rest as the last stop on a 78-day trip. The Park is very clean and easy to navigate/access. Unfortunately, we stayed on days where the thermometer topped 105d. The spaces are level concrete slabs interspersed with small grape-size rocks. there is zero shade. We travel with dogs, but there were no facilities, of any kind, to accommodate our pets needs. I am not familiar with any other parks in the area, but if in the area again, we will search for a park that is more pet friendly. The cable reception was spotty, but there were "air" TV stations available with good reception; because there are no mature trees, satellite reception was very good. WiFi access was, in our experience, above . - Will D
May 2019 - $40.00
Large park handy to much of the area's attractions. Little to no shade with asphalt drives and pads so will be pretty unbearable in heat of the summer but very pleasant during the cooler seasons. - Beau2010
Mar 2019 - $40.00
Very nice, clean RV resort on the north end of Havasu City. Clean, very well maintained. Couple of dog parks and an area adjacent to the area that can be used to walk dogs as well (not fenced). Pool, which we did not use. Restrooms and showers were clean. Concrete pads, very level and paved roads. Sites relatively close but certainly adequate, about what you would expect in this part of the country which gets lots of snowbirds. I do recommend this park and will stay there again. - Bow Crosby
Jan 2018 - $45.00
Park was clean and well maintained. Not too far from London Bridge. Stayed 1 night as there isn't much in the area other than the bridge. - Rkserv
Jan 2017 - $35.00
We stayed here for three months and got a monthly rate. $430 plus electric. people were friendly courteous and took good care of us. Manager and assistant manager were very helpful for our stay. - Dano849
Jun 2016 - $37.00
I stayed here for one night but it was enough to notice the cleanness, organization and great value for what it has to offer.
The only thing that I didn't like much it was parking on gravel. But pool, showers, bathroom, play room, full hookups, internet for 37 bucks? This is a great value specially coming from California. I also didn't have to pay extra for my 2 dogs. Most of the RV parks charge extra.
I recommend and I will stay here again when it is not too hot :-) - itinerant butterfly
