Ducks are being fed by the long termers and there is DUCK Crap everywhere. Very unsanitary and flies everywhere. OK if you don't want to come out of your camper. Won't go back! - Brad T
May 2017 - $60.00
Park is run down and dirty. Too many flies to enjoy yourself and they say they stock the lake but they don't really. Your being ripped off if you pay to fish there. Lake is dirty and has trash floating in it. Nothing for the kids to do. - Nun ya
Feb 2016 - $35.00
Small little fishing lake. I enjoyed this park. Had a good time. The park was easy to navigate. The spaces with hookups were easy to use. The over appearance was good. It's what you would expect from a small fishing lake. Everything I used worked fine. - frosty316

Park is really set up for long term, but there is a short time area. Good price for So Cal, with a good location from the beaches, LA and San Diego. Paid $700 with elec for first month, then $550 plus $150 elec deposit for second month. Elec was 259.00 the second month. They keep your deposit saying they will mail it to you. The town around you is full of homeless, but they caused no problems in the park. Pool was heated. Laundry was small, so get there early. Cable and WiFi were great. I would not call Lake Elsinore a lake, just a very nasty body of water. - Donny and Donna
Jul 2018 - $36.00
Nice enough place to stay, but not during the summer unless you are planning lake activities (HOT!) with no trees. Very friendly people. Nice pool and okay wifi. Good Cell service. Level backin full hook up 30/50 amp gravel sites. Can wak down to lake. Mostly permanents but nicely kept. One area for overnighters in corner with no fires or tables. Grass areas for pets. - teepee51
Jun 2018 - $40.00
Gravel and dirt lot. Summer time = Heat!!! Power fluctuates dangerous for AC compressors. 90% permanent dwellers, Nice Pool. - 1Sight-seer
Nov 2017 - $35.00
We arrived on Thanksgiving to find the park completely packed w/ non camper guests hanging out w/ campers and taking up all of the parking for campers (parking signs state for campers only). Sites are first come first serve which is a terrible idea to begin w/. The site we were in was very unlevel, so the back of my trailer was 6 feet in the air in order to achieve level. Park was over the top loud w/ partiers yelling until well after 12am both Thurs and Friday night. Black widow spiders on electrical panel and picnic tables. Staff very angry and rude. Will never camp here again. - Gshock92
Sep 2014 - $35.00
This campground is small but sweet. The lake access sites are great for smaller rigs. The level sites for big rigs are on the top of the campground. The views of the lake are terrific here. If you have a kayaks bring it. We had a good time with my sister’s kayak. The staff keep the campground clean. I saw fishing boats, water skiing boats & kayaks on the lake. The birding was good. We had a nice time with our friends camping at Canyon Lake. If we're invited back I would love to camp here again. - Seize the Day RV Adventures
Apr 2018 - $35.00
This is a trailer park, not an RV park. Almost all permanent residents. Old, not real nice looking, no wifi but descent cellular connection. Good location but I wouldn't use the place again. - Ken Sawczyn
Apr 2016 - $25.00
I found this RV Park pleasant to visit for several weeks. It's somewhat dated, but in decent repair. It could use some tender loving care though. If it were updated I would have given it an 8 or 9. It appears the park is 90% filled with full time residents who are pleasant, quiet during the day and evenings. Sites are mostly average for RV parks, but my Ram 2500 parked on the site with my 32 foot fifth wheel would have been a little tight. There was additional parking very close by though and I chose to use it. RV Park borders the lake. The staff was very pleasant. - RetiredVagabond
Apr 2016 - $35.00
I stayed here for 3 nights in early April. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Mostly month to month renters, but the park was clean and orderly. Pretty quiet too. Ample grass and shade. I might consider staying a month or two next winter. - Jeff J
Apr 2019 - $60.00
No real complaints, except they only take MC or VISA. Those cards I really don't use, so I had to dig deep to find one. Yes it is next to the freeway with noise but didn't bother me. Don't try to enter this CG during rush hours, traffic trying to get to the 91 FWY is horrendous! Westbound morning traffic is packed, eastbound evening is worst than W/B morning. Didn't use the pool, wife did use the showers. She said it was less than decent. Very dusty area, my site was somewhat level and the utilities were good. Didn't use cable, OTA channels were abundant but we used satellite. That was tricky because of all the nice shade trees. Staff was nice, didn't have much interaction with them. Would stay again if needed. - SD75mac
Apr 2019 - $44.00
This is a pretty park however there is no cable nor any wi-fi for the price. If you have family in the area they have to pay $10 per car to come visit you each day. Traffic in CA is terrible, have no plan to come back here. the man in the office is crappy, the lady is not. - gmasharp

Canyon RV Park - Anaheim Hills, California. We spent a week here on our trip through California, after not being able to book at parks on the beach, as we originally intended. This is a very nice large RV park, with a lot of long term residents, that apparently stay here over the winter months. The park is clean, well maintained, and the staff is friendly and very accommodating. The site we had was plenty large for the 41 foot motor home and tow. Almost all the sites are backing gravel sites. The Santa Ana river runs behind most of the sites, but with all the road noise from HWY 91, you would never know it, if you don't walk down to the river. The road noise is pretty loud all day and night, but you kinda get used to it after a couple of days. The sites are full hook up, with 50 and 30 amp. I would not hesitate to stay again, if ever back this way. - Newjade
Apr 2017 - $48.00
Sites are extremely small and tight together. Some are very hard for larger rv rigs. Leash requirements are not enforced which is difficult for us who have pets on leash. People run or walk through others camps. Most likely will not come back here. - SullivanD
Nov 2016 - $38.00
The service was excellent. The site we were originally assigned was very tight so we asked for a different site, they were very accommodating and gave us a very nice larger site.
This is a nice place to stay overnight but there is nothing to do unless you have a boat or water toys. Traffic from the highway was a bit loud. We rode our bicycles around but nothing really appealing to see. would not recommend this park for off season family fun camping unless you want to go shopping at Costco or the outlet mall. - chaparral
Sep 2016 - $37.00
This is a rather strange place. I am not familiar with the area but ended up here when the places closest to San Diego that I was interested in were all booked. It is a very reasonably priced. It is virtually empty, except the for the full timers. On the holiday weekend the place filled completely.
The sites are not level. It seems that cable is available for an extra cost. The internet is just horrible. For many days it was not even available. They had to wait for the provider to show up after the weekend. The download rate is 1.61 mps. Upload is .46. Just awful. And I was just feet from the office.
After the holiday weekend it took several days for the garbage to be all collected as it was too much for the dumpsters. Instead of having extra pickups, they just keep filling the dumpster on regular pickups.
Overall I can't really recommend this place. But if you need a place to stay I would not dissuade you from coming. I felt safe and it is convenient to Costco, Walmart and other stores. - SonoraBob
