This park has only back-in sites and is extremely tight to maneuver in. You are only a narrow strip of turf (in some spaces) away from your neighbor. I have driven bus before getting our coach and it still took me three turns to get into our small assigned space due to the narrow spaces and smallish interior streets. Towed vehicles must wedge into the same space or pay an extra fee to park in another space (not necessarily nearby). Our neighbors were not courteous of the park quiet hours, with unattended kids well after 10 p.m. and adults shouting at one another at 6:30 a.m. and earlier. There is no security or park attendant after office hours. The park is very convenient to Disneyland, but the convenience comes at a price (not just in dollars). - AlanDR

Small park, close to Disneyland. - East Grove

After reading the reviews we were pleasantly surprised to find Anaheim Harbor even better than we expected. The park was clean and quiet, the restrooms and showers were very nice. The shuttle to Disneyland stops just a few feet from the park but didn't run late enough for us to catch a ride back so we walked and it really wasn't too far even for two seniors. Be sure and let the bus driver know if you are 65 or over and the fare is really cheap. The staff and management were more than helpful and very friendly and we will definitely be back. - wingingit03

Another one bites the dust. Web site says closing for renovations February 2, 2014. Arrived last night and employees are all fired as of that date. Property has been sold to Disney for an employee parking lot. Enjoying our last stay at this great park. Nice pool and hot tub. Has a game room; the kids like the vending machines. Only a few RVs still here. Disney nightly Fireworks are awesome, framed by palm trees. - Pumpman2
Oct 2013 - $45.00
First, we would definitely return to this park again, but there were some surprises. First, our campsite was not level, not a big problem by any means, but was surprised we had to pull out the levelers. The biggest disappointment was the Wi-Fi that was non-existent in the RV. If you need to have Wi-Fi inside your RV then this may not be the place for you. In today's world there is absolutely no reason not to have working Wi-Fi, if you advertise it. But the hot tub was great after a day walking in Disney. - shayob
Oct 2013 - $56.00
Great location for Disneyland; about a half mile walk or pick up the $5/day shuttle. Not a great place to just hang out around your campsite. Sites are pretty close together. "Resort" is just a large concrete parking lot with strips of grass between sites. There are two small fenced areas for dogs, not enough room to exercise a large dog. Pretty quiet and safe considering its located at the intersection of two major streets (Ball & Harbor). Nice pool area. - Lizzy P

Be very aware when you are booking this park. The price you are quoted does not include everything on their website! Tax is outrageous, the bus service is not free - $6 per person person day, they charge for total number of guests over the age of 3. The restrooms were always out of toilet paper, the showers were always full of hair, the grounds were kept clean but bathrooms were gross and we did not see the cleaning staff. We were unable to get the cable TV they blamed it on our RV (never had a problem before). The parking for your tow vehicle is on your patio right next to your camper. Pool and hot tub were nice and the front desk workers seemed nice. The area is not the best location. Close to Disneyland. Paying for location only - cement parking lot with power, water and sewer. We had a very large possum living in the tree over hanging our camper and when we reported it, we were told they could not do anything; the guest before us had reported it and they were aware. We were told the city must come relocate the animal. It leads me to question why put another RV in that site if you knew there was a problem? - Camper0414
Jun 2019 - $95.00
Office is behind you when you pull into their parking area. We missed it and had to go around again. Staff was great. We had a premium pull through which was nice but the trees dropped yellow sticky flowers all over our rig and tow vehicle. - HenryMech
Jun 2019 - $100.00
Our first visit to this RV Park was in November of 2016. We were quite impressed at this little jewel in the concrete jungle of the Los Angeles basin. They had recently finished putting in a new Restroom/Laundry Room facility. Each of the 4 non-gender specific restrooms with showers showed they were handicapped equipped. Each of them were big enough for someone bound in a wheelchair to move around and use the facilities. They also had shower chairs in each of them. This was great, but there were also a couple of draw backs which have not been improved upon in 3 1/2 years. The shower heads are fixed and do not have a removable shower head wand for someone seated on the shower chair or in a wheelchair to use. To add to this problem, the water drainage in each of these 4 restroom/shower rooms varies as the decline for the water to run down is practically non-existent. There is nothing to prevent the water from the shower stall from running out across the entire floor of the restroom/shower room you are in. So, if you were at risk of slipping on the tile floor in the shower stall you are now also at risk of slipping somewhere on the entire bathroom floor that is flooded and slippery. It is very obvious management is not making a good effort to maintain these showers. Toilets were plugged, paper towel dispensers were empty or not functioning properly. Because of the water on the floor from the poor shower drainage the entire bathroom floors were dirty from dirt and leaves being drug into them by shoes and the breeze. The fans in each of the restroom were black. There were other areas of black mold in the shower rooms like the legs of the shower chairs for the disabled, the windows, ceiling skylights and mirrors. The pool is nice and the sites are maintained very well. - LivADrm

Oct 2019 - $85.00
We stayed there for three nights visiting relatives. The RV park was very close to Disneyland and we had a deluxe pull through that was very nice that was also very tight. The staff was very friendly and the park is real noisy in the morning due to garbage trucks. Our site was very level and we had decent WIFI. Due to the congested traffic in LA I doubt we will return to this RV Park unless we get California license plates on our Motorhome and tow vehicle. - Janesilje
Oct 2019 - $65.00
Very nice RV park on the border of Orange and Anaheim and easy to get to from I-5. Nicely landscaped with utilities appropriately placed and a very friendly staff. Concrete site pad bordered by grass & trees. Beautiful pool, putting green and shuffleboard. Park has many citrus trees from which guests are encouraged to pick what they want. Did not use park WiFi but Sprint & Verizon signals both strong. Within 2-3 blocks from Honda Center where the Anaheim Ducks Hockey Team plays, within a mile of where the Angels play, within 4-5 miles of Disneyland, 15 minutes from Nixon's Library, but 1-2 hours from Downtown LA, Hollywood, Beverly Hills, etc. depending on traffic. - GrandpaDan
Jun 2019 - $80.00
The CG is located very close to Disney which is great if you're going there. We were there to go to the two ballparks, two presidential libraries and two museums. This is a very good location for anything you want to do south of Los Angeles, however to get anywhere else is a traffic nightmare. The sites in this park are quite close and in all sites you will end up in the trees. Our 40 ft. just fit on the site and our toad was parked next to it leaving just enough room for the table and chairs provided. The utilities are very good. Make sure your reservation will cover your entire stay because while we were there they were booked until October. Your coach must also be 10 years or less. - Rd yacht

Since we were arriving on a Saturday the office told us that there would be information for us clipped to the office door which included a map of available sites to use. The sites were very narrow (we were actually hanging over the next site with our slides deployed) and it was a challenge to get on the site. Very quiet park and the permanent residents that we saw kept their double wide mobile homes very neat with attractive landscaping. We stayed here since the other options was full for the week end, and the cost wasn't out of sight! It is close to lots of restaurants and attractions. - Rick & Karen
Sep 2014 - $59.00
Stay elsewhere. This is a neglected RV park that is part of a mobile home park with virtually no management. Basically, it's is a free-for-all with no manager on site for more than a couple hours a week. People came and went regularly without even paying. The dumpsters were usually overflowing with couches and mattresses from the trailer park. The bathrooms are inexcusably bad. The shower head is mounted at chest level and the rest of the bathroom is just decaying. They were never cleaned in the time we stayed and smelled terrible. No locks on the doors. Prepare to use your RV shower exclusively. Many sites are pretty uneven so if you do stay here, bring a lot of leveling blocks. Beware of the cockroaches living in the sewers. They have a pool but seeing they never cleaned the bathrooms, it's hard to believe they did much to maintain the pool. The trailer park residents don't have any qualm about cutting through the RV sites as shortcuts. Overall this is the worst park we've stayed at in our cross country travels. It's sad because it has potential, but management just doesn't seem to care about the place. - wantahertzdonut

The maintenance on the campground is excellent. Everyone is friendly. The pool is well taken care of. Showers and bathrooms are cleaned and disinfected everyday. There are plenty of tall trees for shade on the lots. Plenty of picnic tables to sit on. Wi-Fi provided by the owner through Boingo Wireless. You can see the fireworks from Disneyland everynight: 9:30pm. If you like a camping atmosphere, this is the place. There's no crime in the park. The place is very secure. The park has been here since Disneyland opened 50 years ago. I have enjoyed it greatly! - k.wettlaufer
Oct 2005 - $40.00
The man who runs the park was one of the worst people that I have ever delt with. Not a friendly man. Told me there are no other parks in the area which was a total lie. The sites are very small. All back in sites. Cats running around. Ants are a major problem in the park. There are a lot of trees in the park that shed a lot of shade but also a lot of seeds and leaves. The only nice thing about the park is Disneyland was with in waling distance. - Mrs Anne
Sep 2005 - $47.00
This is a private RV park to definitely stay away from. The listing in Trailer Life Directory states it has 35 full hookups (30/50 amps) sites. We made our registration for a space with 30 amp. Upon arrival the daily rate did not include a 13% tax. They tried to put us in a 15 amp plug-in telling us to use an adapter. We have a 30 amp coach. After a few words they moved us to another space that had a 30 amp plug. The park is run-down and does not have an aesthetically pleasing appearance. The park rules are outrageous and state that you are not allowed to walk your pet around the park, ride bikes, check oil levels, or even open your car hood. The spaces are small and you have to park your vehicle away from your RV where it cannot be seen. The park manager is not a friendly person. We will never come here again nor recommend this park to anyone. - Darla15468

For the area a very good value .Close to Disneyland close to Knottsberry Farm easy access on freeway 22. Probably the only drawback that this park has is you do have some freeway noise you do have some secondary street noise, but it seems to quiet down at night. Power could be an issue come summertime or when weather gets hot it seem like the voltage was low and the amperage was low for 30 amp it may be a struggle if everybody has their air-conditioning on not sure just something I noticed . This lodge has a lot going on every night something is happening . They have an excellent Park area behind the lodge that is for members only that you can walk your pet in just remember to pick up any Pet deposits . Overall I felt very safe in the area there is a campground host here which is very helpful the dump station is very accessible. We would definitely stay here again . My only suggestion is parking try to park in the sites 4 through 18 you will be a little bit buffered from the street noise and you won't feel like you're sleeping in traffic , lol. They do have a coin operated washer and dryer set up the park is set up very good for RV'ers. My biggest suggestion would be call ahead let them know you're coming so you can make sure you have a spot when you get here.We camped here in a motorhome. - monaco cruiser

Rate is for monthly stay. Most people are here for work. Mostly monthly tenants. Kept up really well. Office staff are great. VERY tight spaces. Most spaces you will have to get your neighbor to move there cars/trucks to get it. - Spantz
Nov 2013 - $30.00
This is a glorified parking lot next to a mobile home park with 46 marked spots, two of which are occupied by the office and a small mobile home, so there are only 44 sites available for RVs. Due to a recent ownership change, this park is not allowing any RVs older than 2000. The only thing this park has going for it is that it is the only park in the area. If you want to use the mobile home park's pool facilities, it costs $50 (non refundable). The management recently trimmed the trees located around the edge of the park back to bare branches, so there is no more shade in the park. I paid the monthly rate. The dog area is a small strip of grass in the back, and maneuvering a big rig in the park is possible, but difficult. No tents or anything like them (e.g., easy-up) allowed. The only reason I would go back here is because I need to be in the area for a family emergency. - Hunterman

Great, clean park. Management was exceptional. Sites are close together, and there is really no area for pets, but it's a safe, nice park. Usually a waiting list. - rollngstonz

Feb 2010 - $20.00
This is basically five pull-through spots in front of a permanent mobile home park. But the good news is that it is right off the I-210 freeway so it is a perfect over night stop off if driving between Palm Desert and Northern California. I called ahead and the lady asked me to put $20 cash in the mail slot of her door if I came late. When I left early in the morning, two other rigs had pulled in. You can not even put out slides as the spaces are that tight. I was able to pick up some Wi-Fi from a neighbor and quite a few TV stations came in via antenna because of being so close to Los Angeles. It was a bit noisy and absolutely no ambiance, but for a very reasonable stop-off with electric, we found it very convenient. - WinnebagoTraveler

This park is not recommended for anyone with a trailer. The reason is the park entrance is by a NARROW, ONE LANE washboard road, and if you meet someone coming the other way, you cannot pass. If you do decide to camp here, the campground is on a hill, and the sites are not level, but are on asphalt. There is a charcoal grill and a picnic table, and water is at a central spigot. The rangers are very friendly, and the campground is quiet. - res08hao
Sep 2005 - $12.00
While Chino Hills State Park has existed for a couple of decades, or more, the new small campground was just opened in May of 2005. Maximum length for RV's is 28 feet. All spots are back in. In a few years the trees they have planted will provide nice shade. The 24 spots are all paved and pretty level, and are terraced up the side of a hill, so everyone gets a view! The restrooms and showers are brand new and immaculate! Lot's of hiking, mountain biking trails. The park is about 12,000 acres with lots of Oak trees. When you enter the park you will drive about 3 miles on a narrow dirt road until you reach the center of the park where everything is paved. Very helpful Rangers on duty and easy to find. Very quiet. This little campground is one of the best kept secrets in the area. You will feel like you are 200 miles from anywhere, when in fact you are less than 4 miles from civilization! You can hear the coyotes at night. Get's the ocean breezes from Orange County. - chockwald
