We stay here frequently as we traverse the length of the state. It is a great facility. Initially the landscaping between sites was a ground cover that wasn't meant for traffic. It quickly became an eyesore. This trip, it was gone from our area. Actually kinda looked like wild plants had taken over, but it was cut & looked much better. Be advised that the hookups are too far back to leave the dinghy attached unless you have extra attachments with you. The sites were designed with towables in mind. We have found it much better to unhook our C-RV, set our 37' Class A up positioned conveniently to the hookups, then park the car in front of our rig. We camped at Flag City RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Nice but expensive (Passport America has gone up to $37 per nite); noisy next to freeway; good cable and wi-fi; good level concrete pad. We camped at Flag City RV Resort in a Motorhome.

One of our go to spots to overnight on our way south. Full hook ups. Great laundry facilities. Convenient to I-5 and just a few miles from Hwy 99. Friendly staff. Good shopping in the city of Lodi. We camped at Flag City RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Overall Rating:

This is a very nice park, and a good deal using P/A, not sure it would be such a great deal at full price. The site was level and hook ups were centrally located. Talking to a few of the neighbors they said it would get quite dusty, but we did not experience that while we were there. The cable worked fine at the site, as did wifi. It was an easy on/off the interstate. We camped at Flag City RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Very nice RV park but WAY overpriced for daily/weekly rates. Their $900+ as a 28 day rate is more reasonable. Concrete sites with FHUs, not too close together, clean facilities, pool, spa, dog run, laundry, office/campstore. Passport America nightly rate is $32.50. Easy access to I-5, groceries just a few miles away. Good for a night's stopover, not much as a destination park. We camped at Flag City RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Clean, well maintained, great staff. Easy access and exit. Close to 5 and 99 fwy. Gas and restaurants and shopping and entertainment. Big dog run (football field size), nice pool, meeting room. Sites are cement with grass, trees, picnic table. Hookups are easy and well maintained as are the grounds in general. Office staff informed and helpful. Roads are wide enough for big rigs but some turns are tight but manageable. Extended stay here to visit Lodi area or Delta would be fine. Plenty of pull-thru sites. Traffic noise is not an issue. Plenty of space for slide outs. We camped at Flag City RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

Certainly NOT a "resort". But an excellent transit stop. I-5 is right there (and you certainly can hear its ceaseless din), many gas stations and places to eat. Way overpriced at a shameful $65...unless you arrive after the office closes at 9pm, in which case its a more realistic $32. We camped at Flag City RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

Tips for other Campers:

Lodi is about 10 minutes east and has good food and shopping.

With a little more money spent, this park could be much better. The grass at the sites has all died leaving dirt. I would gravel in those areas. Also they have numerous solar panels but no solar heat for the pool therefore, pool was cold. Used Passport America two nights and Good Sam for another with an average price of $41. Another addition would be to upgrade the picnic tables. I would use this park again but not for more than two days. We camped at Flag City RV Resort in a Motorhome.

We were travelling on highway 5 between Southern Oregon and Bakersfield. We weren't sure we were going to find an acceptable RV park south of Sacramento. Saw the sign from the freeway and went to check it out. Very clean, easy pull thru's lots of gas stations, fast foods, Starbucks and coffee shops within walking distance. The park had a small convenience store with a good selection of local Lodi wines. The swimming pool was super clean and refreshing. Would definitely stay again. Stayed 2 nights recently. The term "Resort" might be pushing what this very clean Rv stop is; however I still give it 4 stars. Why? 1. It has level paved RV PADS! This alone ups the stars in my book. So many places are gravel uneven pads that can be a nightmare to level your rig. 2. It is very clean! They have crew going around doing various cleaning /maintenance early in the mornings and evenings and always seems to be cleaning up. Restrooms, pool area, park area all extremely clean. 3. It's easy access. Right off I-5 with gas stations nearby and Stockton & Lodi minutes away 4. Staff is friendly & helpful. Lastly I feel a need to address those who complain about California RV parks not having green grass. Please be reminded that we have been in a drought for 10 years. So many parks are downgraded due to lack of grass just doesn't seem right. The site was spacious and level. The area that used to be grass at one time is now rock. Looks like they are putting rock in what used to be grassy areas. If there was a grill or fire pit we didn't notice as we didn't spend much time there. We did use the pool & hot tub which were very clean. We camped at Flag City RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

Visit the CaliVirgin Olive oil just down the 5. Nice selection of olive oils and balsamics. Free tastings with purchase of oil. You can also purchase in the park shop.

Echo comments about the hookups, I needed to park my 5th wheel right at the back of the site and still needed two sewer hoses. The good news is that left lots of room to park my truck! Lots of dirt between sites, I'd hate to be here when it rains. Nice overnight stop, friendly folks and very helpful. Air TV is good, WiFi not so much... Nice hardscape for pads, no gravel makes a nice change... We camped at Flag City RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Nice access to the RV spaces, concrete pads, but nothing else. Dirt on each side of the concrete with very small trees. The sewer connection was too far away to hook up when you have a tow car attached to your RV. Good place to pull into at night while traveling along I-5, but I wouldn't recommend staying more than a night. We camped at Flag City RV Resort in a Motorhome.

The park "looks" great until you park your rig. The utilities are at the back of the site which means if you are a motorhome and want to stay hooked up to your tow car the utilities are a long way away. We did not attempt to hook up our sewer the rig next door used 3 hoses and barely reached it. The water and electric lines where maxed out, for them to be useable had to have the car slightly on street. Our site was dirty (could have been the hard blowing wind) the area between sites is just ugly dirt. The park has no charm and is not user friendly. Unfortunately there are not many choices in the area. We camped at Flag City RV Resort in a Motorhome.
