Very nice facility. Nothing fancy but well maintained. The grounds workers are out working every day and it shows. Clean restrooms and showers. The staff are friendly and take a sincere interest in how things are going for you. The wifi was terrific for the first several days and then slowed. Two bars on Verizon most of the time. This "ranch" is out in the countryside with views of the rolling hills and vineyards but just a ten minute drive to Paso Robles downtown which is nice with shops and good restaurants around a large town green. Nice walking path around the park for dog walking. There is also a very tiny, fenced dog exercise area that was hardly worth the effort to build. It is about the size of three large dog crates. We camped at Paso Robles RV Ranch in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

There are more acres of vineyards here than Napa but the area is not as "touristy." Come here for a more laid back experience. 45 minute drive to Hearst castle, San Simeon (giant elephant seals on the beach), quaint village of Cambria. If you like to take your dog to dog parks, there is Sherwood Park, a very nice and large dog park about a 15 minute drive away.

Stopped for a couple of days, found it to be a very nice little RV park. Right off the 101. Sites are gravel, but level. Would recommend board under jacks. FHU good voltage and water pressure. Sewer opening was recessed into cement, had to put a couple of boards on top of the hose to hold down. Dog off leash area dirt and very small. Pull through sites are N/S configuration, and are a bit close. Back in's are slanted and seem easy enough. There are a few full time residents here, but no problem. Very good wifi at this park. Verizon and T-Mobile signals good. Laundry small but neat and cheap. Nice grass areas for each campsite. Park owner very nice and helpful. No escort to site, but it is a very small park. Roads are wide with easy turns. Most sites are sat friendly. Our site was long enough to keep the toad hooked up. As said before, a left turn out of the park is challenging, just take your time as there is a merge lane to swing into on left turns. Would stay here again. We camped at Paso Robles RV Ranch in a Motorhome.

The best kept secret in Paso. The newly remodeled restrooms are great. And everyone was so friendly and clean. Some of the nicest people you will meet. They have nice lots which have plenty of room. I highly recommend this Park. We camped at Paso Robles RV Ranch in a Motorhome.

New management recently. Making sites that were too small into larger pull-throughs. Level, clean, good spacing. Good pool. Like this layout a lot. Second time we stayed here. Wish all campgrounds were this nice. We camped at Paso Robles RV Ranch in a Motorhome.

Agree with previous reviews regarding full timers keeping it very tidy and clean. HAD TO TAKE DOG TO VET AND MANY CAMPERS CHECKED ON HER STATUS. Restrooms were spaciuos and clean. Site was large with lot of grass. Lot of room was walking the dogs. Near wineries and town. Highly recommend. We camped at Paso Robles RV Ranch in a Motorhome.

The common areas were very clean, including the swimming pool. There were several permanent residents, and their sites were very well maintained and added to the pleasant ambiance of the park. There were lots of shade trees and wi-fi was strong. The host who checked us in and was very efficient, friendly and accommodating. We will stay there again if in the area. We opted for this park, as reviews were excellent, even though expensive. The printed park rules are rigid and include restrictions on noise and disturbances; however, continually barking dogs and campers loudly talking on cell phones were the norm. We will be glad to stay only one night. Close quarters, many long term RV-ers, probably nice for them. Clean, gravel, level pad, long enough for rig + tow vehicle, pull through. But not at all restful. We camped at Paso Robles RV Ranch in a Motorhome.

Easy access from 101 north or south. Monthly patrons are situated around perimeter of park and transients are in level, nicely graveled, wide pull-thrus. All utilities are conveniently located with good power and water pressure as well as the six channel cable TV. Was here during California's storm of the decade and was high and dry because of hill top location! Staff are extremely helpful and friendly! We camped at Paso Robles RV Ranch in a Motorhome.

Rate reflects weekly cost with GS discount. This is a great park, very well maintained and managed. It is spotless inside and out. The pool is large enough to really swim in. The sites are a little narrow, and are all fresh gravel. Utilities appear almost new. Strong WiFi. We plan to return. Paso is a great town to walk around in or go wine tasting. Park is close to the highway but not noisy. Has some grassy sites, a small fenced dog area and a swimming pool. They are working on upgrading the restrooms and showers. Laundry was clean. Staff helpful. I would stay there again. We camped at Paso Robles RV Ranch in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

I wish I had read the last review before coming. We try to avoid parks where most sites are occupied by full time residents. It tends to make parks junky and run down which this definitely is. Our site was dirt, (road is paved) old hookups and lots of junk around. Won't bother to stay here again. For a traveling RVer this isn't the type of place we want to stay. The Trailer Life rating is way too high. We camped at Paso Robles RV Ranch in a Motorhome.
