Excellent in every way. The weather was horrible but not the parks fault. This park is right on the Sacramento River and the water level was close to the park boundary. We stayed with a group of RV'ers and used their club house as a relief from the weather. We camped at Durango RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Can't say enough good things about this place. Definitely a great value. Concrete, spacious sites with grass between your neighbor. Very nice pet parks. Picnic tables at each site and maturing trees. Club house and pool area just what you'd expect from a resort. Some sites are facing the water feature with fountains. Staff picks up your garbage each morning at your site. We stayed 3 nights and will go back for a destination place. We camped at Durango RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Clean, beautifully landscaped park -- worth taking a walk around. They escort you to your site. (The person who was escorting us could not find our site.) Very nice staff. We camped at Durango RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

This is one of the best parks we have stayed in. I won't go over all the excellent comments from others. We always stay here on our way to AZ and back. Not only are the sites concrete, level and long, but they are nice and wide as well. Hookups are conveniently located which is a big plus. Highly recommended. Durango is our RV park of choice when traveling through Northern California. The staff is friendly and helpful. Yes, there is some freeway noise but overall it is a comfortable place to stay. We have and will continue to recommend the park to others. We camped at Durango RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

We stay at this park every year and love it. The staff is more than helpful, the park is clean and well maintained. Can not say enough good things about it. But in our opinion this is the way all parks should be run. We camped at Durango RV Resort in a Motorhome.

We love this park and stay here often when passing through the area. The park is very clean and classy. The sites are concrete, large and level with grass and picnic tables. There is a beautiful pool area with a hot tub. We camped at Durango RV Resort in a Motorhome.

We camped here in a 45' Motorhome. Clean, manicured landscaping, 1st Class all the way. Stopped here specifically to relax and enjoy the park. We chose a "fountain" site (facing east/setting sun behind us) and the water from the fountains is more relaxing than we could have ever imagined. Recommend fountain spot as the water helps mute the interstate highway noise, which we believe would be otherwise unpleasant. We camped at Durango RV Resort in a Motorhome.

We have stayed here once before and found it as last time; wonderful!

Concrete pads, most do not require leveling. Bathrooms are clean, showers are free, wifi is better than most and there's cable. All sites are full hookups. The staff have always been friendly and helpful. Dogs are welcome and have play area of their own.

We stayed at Durango RV Resort in our Class C RV. We camped at Durango RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Durango has always been my 'must stay' park when travelling through this area (twice each year). The facility is really top notch. The area has a homeless population and seems a bit rough. Unfortunately, my vehicle was broken into. It is assumed by someone from outside the park during my recent stay, (June 30-July 1). $850 worth of personal items were taken along with passport and other documents. The document bag was hung on the fence the next morning, I had already opted to stay elsewhere. I am very fond of this facility, however, more security is in order. I wasn't offered a refund. I think they can do better. You are on your own if you stay here. I doubt I will return. We camped at Durango RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

We have passed by this park many times before, but decided to stop and stay for a bit. We got a river view back in site. Highly recommend spending the couple of extra dollars for them. The park is super clean and well taken care of. Most of the sites are pull thru's that are at least 70 feet long. This resort has a great pool and one of the best club houses we have seen. The staff here are top notch and super friendly. The only draw back is the highway noise, but after a bit you don't really notice it. Inside your rig you can't hear it. Will highly recommend this park to others in the future and we will be back for sure. We camped at Durango RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Overall Rating:

This is BY FAR, the BEST RV park we've ever stayed at. We stayed there 4 months (nightly rate reflects our monthy rate) and loved every minute of it. The staff made us feel right at home, while also being very capable. The wi-fi was amazing (regularly got over 25 Mbps download speeds!) and the cable TV worked fine. The laundry facilities were top notch. We especially loved the grounds with the concrete walking paths, ponds with fountains, and a great recreation area with basketball court, bocce courts, tether ball, horseshoes, etc. If ever in that neck of the woods again, will most definitely stay at Durango. We camped at Durango RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

We found the river front lots to be sloped to the point it was impossible to level the coach without the wheels leaving the ground by 4"...the view of the river was nice if you didn't mind sharing the river with the noise and view of the freeway. Overall the park was clean and green with grass and trees. Due to the location being right on the freeway we felt it was overpriced. We camped at Durango RV Resort in a Motorhome.
