Overall Rating:

Stayed 2 nts in pull-thru spot; 38 ft MH with tow. Have stayed several times before. Best cable channel list (63 channels) ANYWHERE!. Security gates. Picnic table and grass at site. Nice pool/spa/Clubhouse. Good WiFi.
Friendly staff. Interior landscaping needs attention - weeds growing in
most spaces. Noise from I-5 is not relaxing to sit outside, but slept fine. We camped at Durango RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Red Bluff is a nice, relaxing litte town. Much less traffic than in Redding, 30 miles north. April is good month to visit before it gets too hot.
Grocery store, strip mall, Denny's and Sharon's restaurants just outside park. Don't miss Luigi's restaurant. Great food, large portions, very reasonably priced. Outlet mall in Anderson, a few miles north. Endless shopping in Redding. Rolling Hills Casino about 14 miles south on I-5.

This RV park borders the river and there isn't a bad site. We prefer the back in spots for longer stays and the facility is immaculate and spacious with beautiful landscaping. For those of us with show dogs, there is a veterinary clinic right across the street and very friendly staff. The RV park has a doggy wash and plenty of places to walk dogs. They do allow a small x-pen. We camped at Durango RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

We had a lovely site overlooking the river. The site was fairly wide and long enough for our 45' motor home and toad with a nice grassy area by the river. The park was very clean and the staff was helpful and friendly. There was traffic noise from I-5, but we knew there would be after checking the location on Google maps, so for the reviews that complain about that-it should not have been a surprise, considering the location. So it would be an excellent overnight stop for anyone traveling on I-5. We would definitely return. We camped at Durango RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Next to freeway, nice size pool, pull-through long enough for RV and tow car. It seemed this park is a transient RV park, used for overnight, every night new neighbors. We camped at Durango RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Beautiful grounds, very easy access, security, big rig friendly. We are in a 42' RV with a 24' trailer. Pull thru paved, level and 90' long! A wonderful stop if you're traveling the I-5 corridor. We camped at Durango RV Resort in a Motorhome.

The park is right off the 5. Good location and close to everything. The park is extremely well kept up. Great staff. Nice amenities. We got a river view spot which was very nice. The fountain view spots are also nice. My only complaint is the noise from Interstate 5. Other than that, a great park. I would definitely stay here again. We camped at Durango RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

Luigi's was great for pizza and they delivered. Peking Restaurant was only fair for Chinese food. There is a run down shopping center next door with just a rinky-dink grocery store but has a Shari's (good pie). Gas stations, restaurants and Main Street are all close.

our rate was a week rate. Staff at this park are very nice. Park is clean and have very nice amenities. Streets are paved and pad and patio are concrete. Grass was green even though it was very hot and CA is having a drought. Garbage picked up at site. Pool could use some cleaning as there was dirt at the bottom and on the steps. Small shopping center with market only 1 block away. We enjoyed our stay. We camped at Durango RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Charged for a water feature site but can only see the water feature if outside in front of RV. If you really want a water feature I suggest you ask for 88 on up.

Overall Rating:

Very nice fairly new park. Flat level sites, well-spaced with lawn and small trees between. Lots of sites back to pond/fountains to help what can be very hot conditions in summer. Would be a great place for large groups. Although right next to Hwy 5, not too noisy. Access from hwy is a little odd, either through the shopping center or a residential area. Both are fine for big rigs. Great place to overnight for long haul up Hwy 5 or to stay for a few nights to see the area. It is gated so you need to show up on time or call ahead to make arrangements to be met at the gate. We camped at Durango RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

Walk to Shari's for breakfast, excellent prime rib on Fridays; also groceries and pizza. Local pizza/pasta place delivers to site. Path to river is a little sketchy once you leave the RV grounds. RV park is between freeway and train tracks (of course!), so pick which is less annoying to you!

This is a high end resort RV park with closed gates after hours Beautiful sites and hiking trails.

Concrete pads can accommodate up to 105' rigs. Escort to your site and new pedestals water and power with ground level sewer connections.

Cost is street price, but we stayed for nada because of our other membership. We camped at Durango RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Beautiful resort with golf close by, friendly and accommodating staff. Free coffee every morning, exercise room, massage room. What's not to like. Evening gas fired fire pit for social gatherings.

Pool and spa round out the experience all clean and well maintained.

Have stayed here several times. Nice newer park, made for big rigs (essentially a very nice parking lot). Nice big swimming pool and club house. The "fountains" have turned into ponds, fully of frogs and algae - maybe not a bad thing? This time we stayed in a Riverfront site - more costly but a nice view of the river and no road noise. We use this as a stop-over on our way to/from Oregon. We would stay here again. We camped at Durango RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Every vacation we find a hidden gem. This park was the gem. We splurged after a long day and called on short notice. Got a fountain pull in site. A little pricey but very nice. Park is beautiful and we'll kept.

Staff very nice and helpful except one disgruntled grounds keeper who felt he needed to vent to me...weird.

We plan to return here often. We camped at Durango RV Resort in a Motorhome.

We have stayed here many times over the years. The park has always been spotless, not so this trip. First of all we had no WiFi signal. The main club house is clean as usual inside but the exterior is COVERED in cob webs and the Adirondack chairs leave splinters, ouch! The newer sun sails are a nice addition. The ponds are covered in green algae and are unsightly. The weeds throughout the park are the worst we've ever see at any park, some are 3 and 4 feet tall and the workers just ride around in their golf carts all day, not pulling a weed. What is happening here? If it's not cleaned up soon we will not return and that's sad. We are hoping the owners see our honest review and take the necessary actions to turn this back into a 5 star resort! We camped at Durango RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

There a lot of RV parks in surrounding area but this one is the star!! Large level pull thru sites. Best cable tv I have in any RV park - with lots of channels - loved CSN Bay Area so we could watch the Giants. WiFi was very fast. The facilities are large and spotless. You will not be disappointed here! We camped at Durango RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.
