Very nice place. People are extremely friendly. Pool was closed for the season, which was unfortunate, because the weather was beautiful and warm. 45ft plus toad. They've been doing a lot of upgrades to the park, very nice landscaping, etc. Satellite worked very well. Wifi was iffy, but worked very well in their clubhouse. There are some long-term residents, but most sites are tidy. We were in the section that is open and sunny, rest of park is in the oak trees. We camped at Premier RV Resorts of Redding in a Motorhome.

This is a very nice RV Park on the north side of Redding CA with easy access to I-5. The park is immaculate. We stayed in one of their new Super Sites specifically made for big rigs. They have large level concrete pads and very pleasant surroundings. The staff is friendly and helpful. We camped at Premier RV Resorts of Redding in a Motorhome.

Our stay here was nice and everything worked as it should. The park is well kept and has a good location for the area. However there is always room for improvement. My first objection is the price. What makes a place premium or a resort. I would confirm that this park is neither of these. A small pool does not make a resort! The newer section has several work campers that leave at 5-ish am. One of which has six kids and a dog. Felt like we were next to a daycare! The trees were planted too close to the site and we could not open our awnings. Lots of green grass in front of our space, however it is overwatered and constantly wet. The patio is barely enough to accommodate the table. They told me right after they took my money that there was no cable tv. They also gave me a code for the wi-fi that does not exist. Overall not a bad experience but in no way worth the price. We are full timers and growing tired of parks that over advertise and under deliver. We are now staying in a park that has a pool, hot tub, pickle ball court, shuffle board, corn hole, large workout room, activity room, working cable, WiFi, and clean large sites for way less money. We camped at Premier RV Resorts of Redding in a Fifth Wheel.

I found this park to be disappointing. They call themselves a premium park and charge a premium price, it's far from it. Directions via GPS may or may not be accurate and there's no mention of that on their website and they don't mention it when you call. It is mentioned deep in the letter they send in the confirmation email for those that spend the time reading it. They advertise cable TV, it doesn't work and when it did it had maybe 8 channels. The WIFI is awful. When and if you can get on it's very intermittent. You get two access codes and if you beg and plead you may get a third. Only one code per device and the code cannot be use on another. When you login you are warned that your usage is being monitored. Site on the upper level are close together with tight turns. We camped at Premier RV Resorts of Redding in a Fifth Wheel.

We chose one of their Super Sites and really enjoyed our stay. They were super sites, lots of room, nice patio and table, easy to get into and depart. We would stay here anytime we are passing through the area. We camped at Premier RV Resorts of Redding in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

This is a very nice park. Close to multiple recreation areas. The park is well managed and is easy to get into and out of. Just a couple of notes to travelers. I stayed in a Deluxe Site on the north end of the park. I was told that I would have two shade trees to shield my RV from the afternoon sun. But I was given a site that had no trees at all. Frankly, the trees that are there don't provide much relief from the sun. Generally, the sites in the new area to the north don't have much shade. However, in this area, the Super Sites are a bit better as the RV is oriented in such a way that it provides shade for the patio area. The deluxe sites are nice during cooler temperatures and if you have children but are completely open to the afternoon sun. In the summer when temperature sore over 100 degrees, these sites are unbearable. Even those with trees don't really have shade during the hottest times of the day. The patios are small and just barely accommodated my shade canopy. Management doesn't allow you to put any equipment on the grass so it gets pretty cramped on the small patio. The patios really need to be larger. I would not stay in this part of the park again until it becomes more mature and definitely not in the heat of summer. My mistake! During the summer, parking in the more mature area is best where the trees are quite large. We had stayed in this area before and really enjoyed it. One more note, on the way out of the park, the entrance to the park sits at a sharp angle to Boulder which serves a populated area beyond the entrance. There is a blind curve on this road. Most drivers coming down the road take the curve slowly, but we almost had a fast-moving truck hit us as we exited the park. Be aware! We camped at Premier RV Resorts of Redding in a Fifth Wheel.

Stayed here one night while passing through - our first visit to this park. It Staff are friendly and efficient. Tenicia (sp?) was awesome - both on the phone and upon arrival. Park is clean and well-kept. We had a pull-through with enough space that we didn't need to unhook. Utilities were well-positioned and worked well. Wifi worked on arrival, however, as is often the case, after dinner when everyone starts streaming Netflix, it became unusable. We will stay here again when in the area and will likely check out the other Premier Resorts (Oregon). We camped at Premier RV Resorts of Redding in a Fifth Wheel.

Overall Rating:

Easy to park our class a motor coach on long flat paved sites. Nice landscaping and picnic tables. They had trouble with their cable but our antenna picked up over 60 channels. They also limit wi-fi to 2 devices. There is place on our site for 1 extra vehicle. Pet area does not have grass. Horse shoe pit and volleyball court are rather sad but there is a nice playground area and swimming pool with nice sitting room area. I just wish there was a hot tub. Nice store and laundry facilities. No fire pits as there is sensitivity to fires , this is California. I gave 4 stars for value due to cable problem, wi-fi device limit and lack of hot tub. With that said, we were only here for 3 nights and we felt that This is a very nice RV park and we would come here again. We camped at Premier RV Resorts of Redding in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

This park is within walking distance to a water park. There is also a very nice car wash but not for large RV. There is a lot of shopping within close drive such as Walmart and Costco.

I have be using this park twice a year for years, always parking in the #100 site and above. It has always been clean and well kept. Each site has a small lawn, for the first time in need of mowing. For pricing the words "Super Premium" and "Premium" are used. Perhaps appropriate in relation to their other sites, but relation to RV parks in general, their top sites are simply nice full hook up sites. In my opinion there is nothing premium about them. Considering current price points, this park is over priced. We camped at Premier RV Resorts of Redding in a Motorhome.

Just a quick over night stop for us. We got a "super site" mainly for room because of our 42ft rig plus tow vehicle. Had enough room for all in the pull through site, plus our slide outs. Didn't put out the awenings, but it appeared they would fit. We had some sort of electrical problem during the night and lost shore power. It was really hot and all sites on line were full with lots of AC running Not sure if it was the us or an issue with the line. We camped at Premier RV Resorts of Redding in a Motorhome.

Just an overnite stop but we were escorted to our promised pull thru, it was ready, clean and shady. We had been traveling all day and were so tired. They gave us the pamphlet to a local pizza spot that delivers to the RV Park. We were happy campers for sure. The pizza was good too! We would stay here again. Stayed here for a week in my truck camper. Nice level sites with trees. Lots of sap from the trees on my rig but worth the trade off for shade. Very friendly people. Only complaint was water pressure in the shower was low but a really nice older campground over all. They also have a frequent guest program, stay 7 nights get next one free. Be sure to ask for GS membership rate. Easy access to I-5. We camped at Premier RV Resorts of Redding in a Truck Camper.
