This is basically five pull-through spots in front of a permanent mobile home park. But the good news is that it is right off the I-210 freeway so it is a perfect over night stop off if driving between Palm Desert and Northern California. I called ahead and the lady asked me to put $20 cash in the mail slot of her door if I came late. When I left early in the morning, two other rigs had pulled in. You can not even put out slides as the spaces are that tight. I was able to pick up some Wi-Fi from a neighbor and quite a few TV stations came in via antenna because of being so close to Los Angeles. It was a bit noisy and absolutely no ambiance, but for a very reasonable stop-off with electric, we found it very convenient. - WinnebagoTraveler

Stayed here many times with the previous concessionaire. In January '18 paid $48 for the site, now it is $72 and no WiFi. "A" loop is full of full-timers and their junk. Many of these sites have multiple vehicles and are usually parked blocking the road. The interior roads are paved and decent, but the county road leading to the campground (not a resort as they call it) is poorly paved. The utilities were decent, didn't use their cable only our DISH. Heard owls, saw a skunk and coyotes which were interesting. "A" loop has a wonderful view of the airport and mountains, but many LEO/Fire copters use this airport in the early morning hours. Our site was paved with crumbling asphalt and level. There was a rotting picnic table that was useless. Showers numbered two stalls and the entrance door was propped open so don't leave the shower stalls naked or you'll provide a show! There is a person at the entrance who acts as a security guard? Just tell him any site number and you are in! - SD75mac

We visit family in the area each year and stay in East Shore and it has gotten out of control. It really isn't a rv park any longer. Someone mentioned " However, they have let so many full time residents into the park, most who have piles of junk around their rv, that it has seriously made this park no longer a place to stay". I estimate it has now reached a 80% full time renters not campers. Although many residents are tidy and have campers that are maintained, many are eyesores and not road worthy. The week we pulled in the park was going through a ownership change. The entire office was closed with no paper work and it was kind of chaotic for campers and residents alike. IMO it can only get better as it use to be a great park close to LA. Obstacles on the road were local residents with too many vehicles parked along their site. - 45Ricochet
