Well the power is good. Nice level spots with concrete pads. Water pressure is low. Nice grass on some spots. Really a nice place to stay except for the fact >>> if you are over 35' beware. Hard to get into the pull thru sites and are not long enough for my 43' rv. Had to unhook and back into a pull thru. Yes trains are present. Roads are narrow. I was told big rig friendly NO WAY. Will not stop here again. We camped at Sun & Fun RV Park in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

This was a nice spot for a few days. I "reserved" a site through email, but upon arrival my spot had not been reserved. Best to call, thankfully they had plenty of space and we were able to stay. It is a nice quiet park, there are trains that run throughout the day with their horns blowing, but it didn't bother us. The laundry was great, the restrooms were clean, the kids had fun in the pool although not always the cleanest. Our spot (#3) was level and provided some shade, most sites did not have shade. There are a few pull-thru sites with the rest being back in. The sites are fairly close together with full hookups and very good free wifi. Verizon and AT&T were also very good. We would stay here again. We camped at Sun & Fun RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Tips for other Campers:

Call to make a reservation. Laundry was very good here with an app for your phone to tell you when it was finished. Sequoia national park is only 1 -2 hours drive from here depending how far you go in. The world agriculture center has a nice museum.

Not a lot of shade in this park. We did have a pull thru that was a little awkward to get into. Other reviewers mentioned the train noise. Yes, there are trains, but if you use your AC and earplugs, it's not a problem We camped at Sun & Fun RV Park in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

The spa was broken and the pool rules are not in effect once the office closes. The permanent resident children jump in the pool with street clothes and play with the life rings in the pool. Freeway noise was low but truck and trains were loud. I can handle the trains but the trucks were too much. Utilities were very good and my space was too tight due to trees. Unable to open the awning and had to reposition many times to avoid two slide-out from hitting trees and utility poles. Staff was great, CG was fairly clean except for the many permanent resident's junk. My site was level and the interior roads are navigable. The pad was concrete. May return again. We camped at Sun & Fun RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Overall Rating:

We found this park thanks to Passport America and our first impression was great thanks to the very friendly and efficient property manager who checked us in. Not a big park and a lot of permanent folks but clean and tidy. Unfortunately our space was not wide enough for us to bring our 3 slides all the way out - there are only 3 pull-thrus and one was being repaired. The only criticism was the noise - we woke up to a cement truck pouring cement in the space being repaired at 5:15 a.m. - just before that the sound of a power saw. The first night we heard one train; no big deal since you are just a few feet from the tracks, but the second night 5 trains with whistles went by. And then there was the cattle truck full of mooing cows that parked on the other side of the wall - the last two items of course the park has no control over. It's pretty convenient to Sequoia & Kings Canyon - we would stay again We camped at Sun & Fun RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Found this small (59) site park quite nice for a day or two layover heading north on 99. Sites were large enough, fully paved with lawn in between. Nicely clean and the guy in the office was very cordial. Pool was closed as there was a leak in the spa. Spent a few hours in downtown Tulare going through thrift stores. Some really good ones. There is a train track running about 1/4 mile from the park but I didn't find it particularly annoying. Nice RV gas station just outside the park. We camped at Sun & Fun RV Park in a Motorhome.

Narrow roads & tight sites. Were made for much smaller rigs. Share 1 50amp plug with next site. Went to use hot tub. Nasty dirty & jets didn't work. Went to use washer & dryer. Scrum on agitator & around lid of washer. Walked away. Train horn in middle of night. We camped at Sun & Fun RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

OK for a quick stop using Passport America. Easy off the Highway 99. Verizon worked fine. Decent amount of over the air tv channels. Issues: 50 amp receptacle was upside down, so we had to use the 30 amp side with an adapter, Wifi did not work and cable had some issues, with ABC, CBS and NBC not coming in at all. We wanted to go to the highly rated mexican restaurant across the street, but it was closed on a Sat early evening?? :-( And as others have mentioned there is highway and train noise, so we used earplugs to sleep. We camped at Sun & Fun RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Campsite is ok; barbeque and quite big. The showers and restrooms are very clean and spacy. But the noise due to the highway and the railway are enourmous. It wasn't a comfy night! We camped at Sun & Fun RV Park in a Motorhome.

Gas station across the road, but very high price. Run 2 miles into town for gas. Two highly recommended Mexican restaurants right outside the gate.

Mostly residential park. Quiet, some road noise but the main issue was sites. Although level and concrete, they were so close together that when all slides were out couldn't walk between rigs. We were lucky that the other overnights guest left before we did or it would have been extremely difficult to get out of site. Ok for one or two nights but not long term. Very nice park. Only stay one night while traveling north toward home. Very clean and well maintained. The young lady at the desk allowed me to walk over to the site she assigned us to see if our rig would fit and it did not. We were about ready to pull out when she came running out to tell us that there had been a cancellation so we stayed. Got a good pull thru at the far end of the park. Trees were a nice change for us after 3 months in the desert. The restrooms and showers were very clean and the pool refreshing. Cable had a great list of stations. The freeway noise was present but not abusive. We camped at Sun & Fun RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

All sites are back-ins, and are shallow. All are concrete pads. WiFi is available throughout the park, but only works well near the office. At our site, we would get kicked out every 30 to 60 seconds. Cable picture is snowy. The dog park is small (8' x 15'). They are cash or check only, no CC machine. Small, cramped sites, with many park models. Pool was not heated, and did not look clean. Hot tub was out of order. Bathroom floor has a puddle of water, still there the next morning. WIFI did not work well at all, even though we were told it would work. Chosen from the Passport America book. Rate given was higher than I'd found listed and we were told it recently went up. I would not stay here again. We camped at Sun & Fun RV Park in a Travel Trailer.
