Came into campground at 630pm. Their phone reached a person to come sign us in but he didn't know much about doing so but made it work. A little taken back with their price but after you see all the Prevosts in there you know why. Wouldn't stay again. We camped at Tiger Run RV Resort in a Motorhome.

The park is gated. The interior roads are wide enough, but the turns are tight. The trees need to be trimmed up. I asked about the water pressure only being 35 psi I was told I was lucky, most only had 30. The sites are concrete and level and the interior roads are asphalt. The park is about 3 miles north of Breckenridge. IMHO, this is a resort in name only. But, choices are very limited in the area and they take advantage of that fact. We won’t be returning. We camped at Tiger Run RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Very nice well maintained park with multiple types of RV sites and cabins Nice indoor pool, hot tubs, game room fitness room showers and laundry Easy access in and out, security card to get into park. Fly fishing, hiking and mountain biking all available from park itself. Easy bike ride on paved bike trail to either Breckenridge or to Frisco! Would defiantly return! All sites are individually owned & rented out. Some, like the one we stayed in was just an RV pad. There are also sites that are just cabins as well as sites that have both. It is a beautiful well maintained park. There was a patch of grass by our site, I think most sites have grass although the owners of the site next to us had concreted their grassy area. There is a dog park with grass as well. The resort has an indoor pool & hot tub, a fitness center, game room & business center. In addition to that there is equipment available at the office for tennis, volleyball, pickleball, & basketball. They have a laundry facility, too. There is cable & Wi Fi & our site was satellite friendly. The resort is gated. You are given a key card to access it. I would definitely ask for an escort to your site. The resort is laid out like a subdivision & we got lost when we tried to find our site the first time we left the park. We camped at Tiger Run RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Difficult to book, they have you over a barrel and will change your booking, move you from site to site or out of the park if owner wants to come in...experienced this in 2018...a bit better in 2019. Very nice indoor pool and hot tub but rules are not adhered to with children in spa tubs. Premium blue river sites are loud with hwy noise but spacious with nice amenities...overall great park if you do not engage the staff. Resort is truly lovely and close to Breckenridge and Frisco We camped at Tiger Run RV Resort in a Motorhome.

We love Tiger Run! A bit pricey, but lots of amenities that make it worth while. Overall, the park is immaculately kept. They have wide roads, which helps with big rigs, and good mix of cabins and RV sites (pull through and back-in). Indoor swimming pool, gym, arcade room, tennis courts, playground, pavilion for events, beautiful bathrooms, large laundry room with plenty of machines, and open spaces all add to the convenience. My only complaint outside of cost is that the dog run really could be bigger. We have a two 60+ lb. dogs and there isn’t really adequate space for them to run, but walking around the beautiful grounds more than makes up for it. We camped at Tiger Run RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

Tips for other Campers:

You can take the city bus from right out in front of the park to either Breckenridge or Frisco, which saves $$ on paid parking in town. The gondola to Peak 8 Fun Center is free. Between the city bus and free gondola, it makes the $$ spent on the rides up top a little easier to swallow. Recommend bringing your bikes as there are great biking trails, which you take you either into town or out to Dillon Reservoir. Lots of hiking options for families as well!

We've stayed here before so we were excited to come back again. We were in a back in site this time and it felt very private and quiet. We love the indoor pool and the hot tubs. We love walking around the property with our dog. We love all of the people we meet at Tiger Run each year. It is an easy trip up to Breckenridge or down to Frisco for shopping. The internet wasn't as fast this year - at times it didn't work at all. That was frustrating. We camped at Tiger Run RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

Tiger run is a lovely place but the popularity and lack of competition makes it hard to digest the increasing cost. We rent from an owner for a monthly rate and stay for six months (December thru April this year). The cost is out of control and there is no other place to go. Verizon gets ok service and consistent. The cable and wifi are good. The place get crowded on the weekends and holidays. Pool and hot tubs are good except on those crowded days. The slopes are three miles down the road and there is good bus service outside the park. We camped at Tiger Run RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Overall Rating:

We were there over a month so had a monthly rate. That rate does not include electricity which cost us $126 for our stay, plus we got a propane tank that was re-filled once while on site. This is a wonderful RV park, which is seems to be slowly turning into cabins. The sites are owned by someone, then rented out while the staff maintains the site and manages the cabin/site rentals. There are some wonderful sites to rent with great views. We were in 321 which was a good location with views of the range towards our rear. The park itself is well-managed with snow plowing, a lovely rec center that has an indoor pool, two spas, a workout room, plus rooms for activities. It was also a nice area, just to walk and get some steps as you pass these adorable cabins and rigs with the mountains on all sides. You are expected to shovel your own space and they suggest skirting your rig. We didn't skirt but did pile up snow to "warm" the rig. There is a company that is always on site for rig maintainence, 4 Seasons Mobile RV Repair, that are super guys and know their stuff if you need repairs. Location is great as it is about 3 miles from Breckenridge, straight down highway to Main Street. There is a bus shuttle that gets close, then you walk up the hill. So really convenient to Breck as well as Keystone (20 m drive) and Frisco where the Walmart, Whole Foods, and a great bookstore, Next Page are located. It is pricey compared to other spots, but good value if you want to be in this area. Could likely have put car sideways behind rig, but since not hanging out outside, we parked next to rig. Pretty sure there was a firepit, but it was covered in snow. We hope to come back in the summer. We camped at Tiger Run RV Resort in a Motorhome.

So many great things to do in Breckenridge. Love Next Page bookstore in Frisco, highly suggest going to Breckenridge Distillery and Restaurant - great drinks, good food, fun folks. Carboy Winery is also good. Restaurants in Breck are all good. Happy Hour at Aurum is a great deal. High Country Snowmobiles were fun.

Overall Rating:

High quality premier park. Lots amenities, all first class. The park is largely "chalets" which are really built-in park models with extensive additions but they are all done well so it doesn't distract from the park. When we made reservations, I asked for a site with a view and was told it would cost $5 more per night. We agreed and the view was OK but mostly a tree and the site behind us. And I never understood the cost per night. One night was $115 because it was the last day of a premium period, leaves turning (which was gorgeous), but then another night at $95 and another at $75. I had heard about issues with electrical fluctuations but we did not experience that and water pressure was stable our entire stay. The park is amazing. Indoor pool, woodwork in the shower/restroom building was excellently finished, and beautiful landscaping. Interior roads wide and smooth. Costly but so is everything thing else in the area. We camped at Tiger Run RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Camping in October is risky because of weather. It was snowing when we left and I-70 headed east had patches of ice. We traveled west with no problems, but we learned there was an inch or two of snow the following day.

Stayed 3 nights. When booking six months ago, did not realize the area I chose (site 212 along creek) was one of only two RV sites in that section...everything else was a chalet which did not make it feel like an RV park. Next time I will try to get in the middle of the park where the only RV sites are left. Beautiful area! Paved roads and slab. Issues with water during our whole stay (shut on and off so obviously working on some issue). They have put in a new fenced dog park so that is a HUGE plus so we could throw the ball and exercise the pups. No trash pick up in such a big park is a shame. There is a GREAT hike trail between site 160 and 161. Front desk was very friendly and let us check in 2 hours early. Indoor pool and spa looked beautiful. Great satellite reception. Will return if in area. We camped at Tiger Run RV Resort in a Motorhome.

I wanted to like this park. All of my friends rave about it. It ticks all the boxes. Big sites. Big, mostly level concrete pads. Mature trees. Clean and tidy. Amenities galore. But maybe it was the proximity to the highway and the persistent highway noise. Or maybe it was that my site was at one end of the park, and the only dumpster was at the far end of a very large park, and it was a long, long walk just to dump trash. Or maybe it was the dogs tied up outside practically every rig, yapping as we walked past on the way to dump the trash. Or the low water pressure. Or the wasps that attacked my dinner. Or the mice that were brave enough to pop out during the daytime. Or maybe it was the nosy neighbor, Lucy and Desi, Long, Long Trailer vibe I got. Or the party, complete with live music, at a neighboring site, that went on for hours on a work night, that was apparently going on with the blessing of the park management. I suspect the rating would be a lot better if I hadn't had to listen to the party all evening. We were only there one night. One night was enough. We camped at Tiger Run RV Resort in a Motorhome.

One of the most beautiful parks where we have stayed at. Assortment of pull thru and and back-in's with adequate separation between sites. Lots of trees with hiking trails from the property. Rec center with large lap pool, 2 hot tubs, gym, and game room. Access to great CO paved bike trails across the street. Located midway between Breckenridge and Frisco, two wonderful little towns. We have traveled all around the US, and this is our favorite RV Resort. We camped at Tiger Run RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Ride the free gondola from center of Breckenridge. Great fun park for kids at top of gondola. Best cookies at cookie shop on Main Street Breck. Breakfast or lunch Butterhorn Cafe in Frisco. Take bicycle shuttle up Vail Pass and ride down from any bike shop in Breckenridge or Frisco. We stayed here 7 years ago. Still a great facility, but a change is the number of park models (Chateau's as they are called). As you enter the park, all you can see in the first several rows are park models - from very plain and simple to custom built that fill every square inch of space. Some RV's are squeezed in between the park models but most RV's are in the center, and back section along the Blue River. As an owner park, the sites vary in terms of landscaping and features. Most have a picnic table and that is it. The office is there simply to make reservations and check you in. For $105 a night, they could have a person escort you to your site. There is no trash pickup (again at this price?) and there is one dumpster for the whole park. A couple of days it was so full people were leaving their trash next to it. One day it was totally gone. They also have one recycling dumpster but people were leaving chairs, lumber, refrigerators, BBQ's, etc. Both are right next to their maintenance shed with workers who seemed to have little interest in keeping the area clean. A large number of the lots For Sale/For Rent signs on the sites - cheap plastic signs that really detract from the overall beauty. There are also a number of sites crammed with trailers, trucks, Jeep's, golf carts, ATV's. There is a very small over flow area to park trailers - it has about 6 spaces. The park really could use a place to park these - off site. You pay a big premium to have spaces along the Blue River. For some reason the walking path was closed - as in they put big boulders and signs to keep you off. Makes it difficult to see that beautiful river that you paid extra to see. We would come back - if only because we love Breckenridge. But it has lost some of the allure as an RV facility. Like it can't make up its mind what type of facility it wants to become. It is still one of the nicest parks we have visited. We camped at Tiger Run RV Resort in a Motorhome.
