May 2009 - $30.00
Nice location, quiet, and convenient to I-40. Many mobile homes are junkers, few rules, mostly unenforced. Many junker RV's. Rate is a guess, we stayed a month for $300.00. Owners pleasant. Would not go back unless we had no other choice. - Ingsky
Oct 2019 - $52.00
Close to interstate and train but nice for an overnight stay close to the interstate. We were having electrical issues so it was nice to have a restaurant on site and near to Denver and Colorado Springs should we need parts. Staff is friendly and WiFi worked great for us. - rl1962

Marginal, at best. Just 200 yards from interstate. Luckily, road is flat which refuses engine noise. Staff is quite pleasant and helpful. They were kind enough to let me know they were full and WiFi would not be usable. They were right. Can't even get on site much less make connection. Typical in many campgrounds but more so in our KOA experience. Site was adequate but everything worked though cable was spotty. Sites are pretty close together. Some sites barely have room to have any decent outside activity. The amenities are OK but poorly maintained. As example, our seven pound dog tried to climb the doggie park "hill" and it almost fell over. Like most KOA, they provide several activities that we had little interest in since we had not kids. Campground sure needs a serious effort in updating. Make sure you see how far it is from any Denver activities you have planned. The name should be East of Denver rather than Denver East. Just be aware you are out of town, not in outskirts. We stayed here because our original trip dates at a nice park had changed and this was only thing available. That is the only reason we would stay again - only thing available. - jubilee32
Jun 2019 - $47.00
Roads are somewhat tight, not much grass, and very close to neighbors and we couldn't sit outside or put out our awning. Hookups are well located and all worked well. The cable is fuzzy and limited and WiFi is not strong. Staff is courteous and very helpful. Typical for KOA's the signage to get to the park is great. Some noise in the park when you are outside but not if you are inside. - Mr. Camper
