Nice location, quiet, and convenient to I-40. Many mobile homes are junkers, few rules, mostly unenforced. Many junker RV's. Rate is a guess, we stayed a month for $300.00. Owners pleasant. Would not go back unless we had no other choice. - Ingsky

This is a KOA close to the airport. We needed a place to go from Santa Fe and on our way out to Breckenridge. We stayed here for a night and drove to the airport Mt Elbert (I think) parking area. We took our RV and truck and left it at this off site parking area to go on holiday. The park was a great over night stop to do this airport run, but that is the only reason we were there. The place was clean and reasonable and nothing exciting. All the utilities worked and the pull thru site was sufficient for what we needed. The traffic noise was pretty heavy but we did not care. This was a convenience only stop and that worked. Great spot close to the airport and away from I-70 Denver traffic. Easy on/off the highway but lots of road noise. Nothing special but we needed to be just outside Denver and close to the airport. - FrancisandRenee

What can I say - its a KOA meaning its pricey but its a good location for staging to Denver or points beyond. Ok manueverability for big rigs. Older facility but they're keeping it up best they can and its clean. Site is a place to park overnight. Utilities all worked. Wifi was average. Verizon OK. The BBQ place is a nice convenient touch. Staff is quite personable. In short, pretty average RV park with somewhat above average prices. - fulltimer121

This is an older campground and their app said big rig friendly but we were skeptical when we pulled in because the road looked really narrow. The first turn was slow and moderately tight but they guided us into a perfect site for our 45' & tow. We were also able to pull straight to the exit the next morning. Their on-site BBQ place was tasty and reasonably priced. This would not be a place I'd choose to stay more than a night or two. The sites are tight and there's sewer drains right next to your neighbor's picnic table. Ours was a quick stop off I-70 with good entrance and exit. - monamonaco
