After traveling many hours we needed a place to stop. Saw this place on our map so called to see if they had availability. Man who answered was very nice. So we agreed to stay. Oh boy the pros and cons are alot. Yes this place is easy off I70, yes they have pull through sites, yes they have full service sites. Sites are gravel, full of weeds. It was hard to let dog put to walk, so many sticker weeds. I really wish we had just bit the bullet and kept driving. - Lizk

Wind blown, weedy, dirt, gravel lot. Owner was nice, just misrepresents the place. Has a nice place 4 blocks away for full timers, but travelers get stuck in pastureland. $38 way too much, but owner says he's able to keep prices so low by not having all the amenities. - Geezerd

Needed a place to stay in 5th wheel overnight that was not too far from Denver Airport. The price of 38 was about 10 bucks or so to high for what you get. A dirt and weed site, if it rains I would bet this would be a mud hole. Hot Spot Jet Pack: AT&T good, Sprint and Verizon very poor Pros: Site level, long and fairly wide, Power and Water good, easy access to interstate and hardly any road noise, owner very friendly Cons: Sewer connection too far off ground, trash and cigarette butts on ground, too pricey for what you get, very windy. If you wish to use this RV park, get there early as it fills up most nights. - Scuba Rock

This is a very convenient overnight spot. Not necessarily a place you would come to stay multiple nights. The reason I am giving it a poor rating is because site 14 must have been on top of a mosquito nest. There was literally an infestation on mosquitoes. We got there at around 7:30 and the amount of mosquitoes I've never seen in my life and I've lived in the south. - n0tn0rmal

Easy access to Hwy 70, far from Denver or anywhere else. Far from shopping, restaurants, events. No place of interest. Sites are okay in size and hookups are convenient. Pool and playground is small. Not all are full hookups. Office is closed most of the time. Only good for overnight stays. Good luck on getting out, tight turns and pot holes. - P-Albert

This was an overnight stay. It is fine for an overnight stay. The sites are gravel. The park is small. The staff is friendly. - Poodlemom136

At first site, I thought it was a RV storage yard. It really is a parking lot with hook ups. Stayed one night on our way to Colorado Springs. It appears to be fairly new and had great hookups. The owner was very friendly and met us at the campground to locate our site. She even offered to help hookup the utilities. OK for an overnight stay and a better rate than most places in the area. - VicOK

Do not understand a 9.3 average rating. This is a convenient park off I-80 and more economical than KOA. It is an overnight park. No frills. It is new so the utilities are first rate. Currently a home base for windmill construction workers. Call for reservation! When arriving you will have to call for owner who may or may not be on site. As a travel stop or a couple of nights we would use it again. - gumper

As previous reviewer stated no restrooms or showers which does not bother us as we always use our rv since we are self contained. Staff wass very nice on the phone and met us when we arrived. Directed us to our space, showing us the hook ups. Site is crushed granite for overnighters. - Sherib
