Overall Rating:

First Impression: Not hard to find. Very attractive roadside appearance. Interior just as nice. Safety: No concerns. Access: North or south on DE-1. See the signs to DE-30? That's your clue to watch for a nicely sized, roadside sign. Turn west onto Brick Granary Road. Access road in good condition, good signage, Garmin GPS is accurate. Office: Nice store with snacks, food items, soft drinks, souvenirs, toys for the kids, and some RV equipment items. Credit cards accepted. Online reservations available. No price discounts. You have to pay-in-full before arrival to secure your spot. Facilities: Pool, no spa or fitness room. Laundry, restrooms not inspected. No propane sales. Various play areas for the children. No off-leash dog run. Campground: Not in a flood plain. No designated storm shelter. Decorative trees. Interior roads are wide dirt/gravel in good condition with gentle turns and no overhead obstacles. Big rig and long coach friendly. Tents can use RV sites. No yurts. Numerous cabins. Sites are all spacious, sufficiently level, grass/gravel, pull-through and back-in, nice grass between. Utility locations vary. Electric 20/30/50; no meters. Water bib is shared so every other site needs a very long water hose. Low water pressure with good taste. Sewer pipe is 4" threaded, about 2-4" above ground level. Some sewers designated for gray water only. No patios; usable picnic tables. Fire rings. Good satellite views. Free cable TV. Free Wi-Fi with excellent coverage but weak bandwidth. Verizon phone at 3 bars; 4G at 2 bars. No recycle bins. Noise: No railroad, aircraft, traffic, or interstate noise. Bug Report (early August): no insect issues. Runners: CG roads ok for running. Yoga: use the grass for your mat. Conclusion: Score 7-Good. IMO: overpriced. We camped at Delaware Beaches Jellystone in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

Right around Lincoln, DE, there is nothing. Nada. Zilch. BUT, drive south towards Lewes and Rehoboth Beach and you'll find national chain restaurants, typical fast-food eateries, banks, churches, Autozone, Lowe's, Home Depot, mini-golf, the beaches, and cars, traffic, traffic, and more cars. Instead, find the Park-n-Ride lots, leave your vehicle, and take the bus. Seriously recommended. Diesel at Wawa $2.719.

It has been 6 years since we stayed here and overall thing are about the same, great place for camping with the kids as lots of activities for them, trees growing but still do not offer much shade. Roads not as dusty and they do wet them down to help keep dust down for awhile. Cable still needs work as some channels do not come in very well Staff all super friendly and helpful so have to give them A+ there. Will return but mostly off season and with good discount offered. Stayed there to visit some friends in the area. Couldn't get a WiFi signal, but cell signal was good. Lots of kids on the weekend, but that was expected. Good camp store. Easy in easy out, but very difficult to cross to highway to go north. Staff was a friendly mix of teenagers and older adults. Guest fee was the highest I've seen so far $15 per person, although senior guests were free. We camped at Delaware Beaches Jellystone in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

we just stayed at this campsite for july 4th weekend - we were hesitant at first because the jellystone in gloucester va was so difficult to drive into - once we realized it would be no problem to get into this site, we agreed to meet friends there - I was suprised that they had only 1 comfort station but what was most shocking is that they are the only campsite I have been to in the last 4 years that does not prohibit pit bulls, especially with all the children around. A pitbull near was allowed to be off leash and came after me and my dog - while I saw the State Police show up, nothing was done. I really like the campground but will seriously consider returning and recommending others if they continue to allow pit bulls - I cannot and will not put the safety of my children and my pets in danger. This RV Park has a lot going for it. Very clean facilities, well maintained, and a great value for the dollar. Go, enjoy and know that this place is all that people say it is! We camped at Delaware Beaches Jellystone in a Motorhome.

We stayed here for 1 week and totally fell in love with the campground. The park was clean, staff was very friendly, and it is in a great location. Trash was picked up all day long, so the campsites were not cluttered with trash bags. The bathrooms were relatively spotless, taking into consideration the location next to the pool and being used all day long. The park is about 20 minutes from Lewes and Cape Henelopen, about 25-30 minutes from the Rehoboth Beach and boardwalk. There were plenty of campground activities all week long. The moonbounce was a great hit with my daughters who were also equally excited about the playground. The playground was shaded in the late afternoon and evening hours. Lack of shade is an issue and our awning was no help in the afternoon sun. However, we can change that by changing site location next time. The sites and roads were a bit dusty, but you were encouraged to water down your site to cut back the dust. Our camper did not need to be releveled, as the site pad is nicely packed now. We will definitely be returning! We camped at Delaware Beaches Jellystone in a Fifth Wheel.

Overall Rating:

It is a very clean campground. The Park staff was helpful but the camp store was sparsely stocked with very few food items. The pool was good but needed to be cleaned a little more often. This campground will get better when the small trees that were planted grow more to provide some shade. Sites were good size in both width and depth and many were available. Hook ups were not planned very well and were shared between sites. The cable TV channels selections were poor as there was no major networks (CBS, NBC, or ABC) on the 12 channels that were provided. On the up side, It was close to some beaches (15 Minute drive) and 20 minutes to Rehobeth beach. I would probably stay here again. We camped at Delaware Beaches Jellystone in a Travel Trailer.

Overall Rating:

Very clean organized park, that with some small improvements would be a 10 in my book. First the good. Campground is right off of Route 1 heading towards the beaches. Each site has own table and enough distance between sites. It is now a Jellystone park: the owners are very friendly and want to make sure you are comfortable. (Was told individuals from the Three Seasons premier area campground, helped develop this park.) The main issue faced was the utilities. Cable and water are so far away for some sites that unless you have extended wiring or hoses, it makes it very difficult to use. Also, getting into some of the pull through sites got me nervous. They are more like back ins because you would have to go through a small drainage ditch. However, I would go back in a heart beat. We camped at Delaware Beaches Jellystone in a Motorhome.

We just spent 3 nights at Cedar Creek and found it to be very new and clean with very large sites and pool. It came with complete and total hookups. It's only 10-30 minutes to beaches both on the bay and ocean. It is 20 minutes from the town of Lewes and very much worth a visit. The staff was very nice and helpful. We would highly recommend and we would surely return. We camped at Delaware Beaches Jellystone in a Motorhome.

We were looking for a one-night stopover on our way home and wanted to stay in Delaware so my wife could finish off the northeast portion of our travel map. We stopped at Cedar Creek based on previous reviews. It was a good stop. The park looks reasonably new so it will take some time for trees and shade to develop. The host was extremely nice and helpful. The sites were large and clean. The beaches are only 20 minutes away, and Dover AFB museum is also about 20 minutes from the campground. We are here now, and the Wi-Fi works great. I would stay here again if I return to Delaware. We camped at Delaware Beaches Jellystone in a Motorhome.

A nice place but it seemed more like apartment row houses. Every site is out in the open, no shade, like one large drive-in movie parking lot. We camped at Delaware Beaches Jellystone in a Motorhome.
