Apr 2018 - $29.00
Got to the park on Sunday and the office was closed. They didn't leave any info for me as to where to park. Called the toll free reservations line and the person helped me figure out where to set up the camper. We had a site near the highway and it was a little noisy. There were a lot of fire ants on the site, had to watch for them, didn't put the outdoor rug down due to that. Pool was very clean, but we didn't have a chance to use it. The rate included a $8/night resort fee. - steveNdonna
Apr 2018 - $1.00
Needed to have toppers replaced by"Stone Vos" located nearby. Campground was recommended by them. I would guess that there are only 6-7 sites for transients. Rest are seasonal/permanent sites. Sandy location. The RV next door (45' w/motorcycle on back) had to be towed out to the street. Friendly folks. - Long Island Mac
Apr 2017 - $40.00
Advertise 55+ but, families with babies lived there. NOT dog friendly, dog's must be leashed at all times no tie outs. If you go inside for a drink, they have to go with you. Marked dog walks are full of fire ants, they won't do any pest control. I know ants are all over FL. Once we had to give the dog Benadryl because the bite was so bad. Others left because management wouldn't cut the grass. We met permanent residents who didn't have a good word for the manager, cares more about money than people. Free wifi only works in clubhouse. You have to pay electric, cable, and wifi in your rv. When it rained, we had to take off shoes & roll up slacks to get from car to rv through the sand flooded drive. - 883piglet

Feb 2019 - $1.00
This is an Encore park, so zero cost for our TT plan. Glad of that as we would be unhappy if the was costing us. Roads all blacktop, but some tight turns. Site numbers start at one and stop a 591. While driving around, I am guessing that there are 30 (??) sites for RV's. Those are all back-ins, and in one area. We are (not in that area) in between a single wide mobile home and the bathrooms & dumpster. Have not visited the bathrooms, but there are folks cleaning every day. I am surprised that many of the permanent residents use the bath house. Just about every mobile home has a carport. Took me 30 minutes to back into my site (with the help of worker and two residents). Very tight to put a 40' into designated site. I carry a second fresh water hose, as the 25' did not make it to the water spicket, shared with another mobile-home. The good news is that the over/air was good (ABC,NBC,CBS). Tampa towers not far. Long term residents can have Spectrum cable hooked up. Walmart, Lowes, Home Depot, beer and liquor stores close. Plenty of restaurants on the main Hwy (Route 19). Route 19 has heavy traffic in the morning and afternoon. Nice pool and club house. Here during an 8 day heat wave, as daily temps above 80, up to 85 and humid. Plenty of 50 amp, as A/C's ran all day. Met many friendly neighbors. Parked car on side of MH, just enough room. - Long Island Mac
Nov 2018 - $28.00
Friendly personnel, paved sites with a bit of grass and trees, close to others but private, paved roads, laundry sites close by, pool and billiards, group activities available. Close to nice beaches. Grocery store one block away. Greek restaurants! - Bwest

Nice and clean. Friendly and courteous staff! The site we had was adequate, grassy area with a concrete slab and picnic table. It had rained the previous days so the ground was soft and muddy. Roads are narrow and a little tight for a motorhome. Quiet in the evening. - Art_Sheila
Mar 2019 - $52.00
Was OK for a few nights. Most of the place is long term residents. Pool area was nice, looked relatively new. Parking pad was grass with a small concrete pad to setup table & chairs. Stipulated that you not park on the pad as the RV weight would break the pad and you'd be responsible for the repairs. This had happened to the spot where we parked, but the pad had NOT been repaired. - ThorHurricane
Jan 2019 - $1.00
Parked in mud. Had to put boards under wheels to get out. Another class A had same problem. I was 6 inches in with parking. Again boards under wheels to get out. Load of gravel would help immensely. Part of trails collection thousand trails. Lot of permanent residents. - Tampajohn

Dec 2018 - $42.00
The sites are so close together, you can almost reach out and touch your neighbor. The highway noise is loud all through the night. The pool is pretty, but I wouldn't swim in it. It has to have snakes in it. As it has the Weeki Wachee river running into it. - Debi P
Mar 2017 - $24.00
Stayed at Holiday Springs for a month. Rate of $24 per day was our monthly rate including metered electric (and we used a lot of electricity running the AC 24/7). The pull-thrus are convenient and were far enough away from Hwy 19 that noise wasn't a problem. Pull-thru site 123 was too narrow to use our awning because of the neighboring park model's orange trees but it was shady most of the day so wasn't a problem.
The park has a lovely small lake with a trail around it and through the woods to the swimming area as well as a small dock with a swing. (No fishing or swimming allowed.) This creates a much nicer atmosphere than the usual park model/RV mix. There are lots of activities for residents which RVers are welcome to attend. When the wifi was working it was very good, but there were a lot or problems with it during half our stay which the very nice manager was working to resolve. We would love to return for the whole winter. - all4pets
Jan 2017 - $27.00
I was miserable here. I suppose it's personal preference, but I honestly don't know how people live here year round, as this is a trailer park/RV park combo. Crowded, Motorcycles everywhere, Noise from street, Not a moments peace & quiet! Also ...floods. - MrsAllen

Four years ago when I moved to Winter Paradise I felt the name appropriate. My grandson felt safe to ride and longboard. We sat outside every day and friends stopped by. Seven months under new management and this park has gone downhill. Pool has not been heated this whole season, entire park has been penalized for a few drunks so most activities canceled, children are told to stay away from playground because of drug dealers, properties are taking months to process, and communication is nearly non-existent. Look around before you decide to stay here. This is coming from a resident living this. - Susan A AREL
Nov 2018 - $13.00
To be fair I was gonna give the place a 4 for value but I kept it low. Winter Paradise is a pretty good value for it's price and amenities. I'm seasonal there and I sort of have to ask what do you want for the pricing. Seems to be on a bit of an upswing in condition but again understaffing seems to be at the core of a lot of their issues. Sure you don't get the country club accommodations but your not paying for them either. Pool, billiards, laundry even excercise equipment are all available and seem to be under used. Yea there seems to be some bad apples but doesn't spoil whole bunch. - Gary Kovacs
Mar 2011 - $25.00
We've camped in some pretty rough areas in some less than perfect RV parks but Winter Paradise was no paradise. We had selected Hudson because we wanted to visit nearby Weeki Wachee State Park. There weren't that many RV parks in the area so we decided to stay despite our reservations. First off, the park is located behind a strip club. We had trouble finding our sewer hookup because it was buried. A man from the park had to come help us locate it. Many of the sites are for full timers. While many try to keep their places up and create a nice home for themselves, far too many don't. We had the misfortune of being camped next to one of the worst offenders in the park. While her's wasn't the only site with a dead car in the drive with obvious long term flat tires, it certainly had the most trash piled outside the door. We actually saw her open her door and drop a sack of trash outside. Apparently the dumpster was just too much trouble. We kept smelling a really bad odor. We finally realized that in her pile of trash was a whole raw chicken that had been tossed outside still in the wrapper. After a couple of days or so in the Florida sun, it smelled awful. We left a couple of days early, it was so bad. The office staff is friendly and try to be helpful but until they get a handle on the park and the trashed homes, this just isn't a place many of us will find appealing. I'm sorry but dead cars and trash aren't acceptable RV park decor. - Travelfish

We stayed at Three Lakes For the winter, Dec 1, 2017-March 30, 2018. Sites were level and spacious. We have a 42' Fifth Wheel with 5 slides and did not feel cramped. Interior roads are a little narrow but safe. There were many outdoor activities to do (Pickleball, cornhole, shuffleboard and horseshoes). Plenty of card games, a little too much bingo and DJ dances 2-3 times per month. - Lucy and Ethel5w
Apr 2016 - $22.00
Gated park, quiet, staff really nice, full timers very nice, Wi-Fi good, but never got a TV channel to pick up. Power good but really far away. We had to use our power extension and even then we had to back our rig almost to the end of the pad. Not all sites were this way but a number of them were. They need to extend the pads to correct this. Over all enjoyed our stay here and would stay again. Weeki Wachee and Tarpon Springs are close and a must see. - Kenny Walker
Apr 2016 - $22.00
Nice well maintained park. Paved roads and concrete pads wide enough that you have a nice size patio to sit on. Water pressure was good. Did not use the pool but it looked very clean. Staff was very friendly. Big rig accessible but roads are narrow making parking a large rig challenging depending on what site you get. Passport America discount good for 6 nights. No cable but you can get about a dozen OTA channels. Wi-Fi worked great for us. - jprisbe

Had to find a local RV Park in short notice (Saturday) because we returned home from a road trip and our home AC was out. Called no less than 8 parks in the area. Gulf Breeze RV Park was the only facility that a human being answered the phone. All others had unhelpful answering services or recorded messages that could not make reservations. We were pleased to talk to someone by phone who accommodated our needs right away! What a pleasure to hear a friendly human voice that genuinely cared about us and about business for her Park. The facility is neat, well kept and easy to navigate with a 40ft rig. We're were treated like family! Permanent residents were friendly & helpful! It was a lovely 2-day stay. We are in the customer service business. This park has a clear advantage on any others around...the owner cares about her customers whether just transient guests or long term residents and answers the phone. Thanks for your hospitality!!! - TMT2
Jan 2014 - $14.00
Older park but well kept. We are staying for 4 months. Heated swimming pool. We're in a 36' motorhome some areas would be too tight for 40' or larger. About 2/3 sites are park models. Staff and everyone we've meet friendly. Entryway a little steep and scraped our tow dolly pulling in. - Hob

Feb 2018 - $42.00
Mix of full- and part-time residents. Great location. Clean bath, shower, laundry. Laundry room was huge. Plenty of activities. Full timers crowd the rest of us. Sites are very tight and you need to be careful not to sink into the sand. Electrical system is overloaded with one or both legs dropping as low as 102 volts. We arrived and did not have 50 amp. Maintenance tech argued with me that it was correct. I requested an electrician and management did send one. He agreed and fixed by changing circuit breaker. You do not want a site along Little Road as it there is a good bit of traffic noise. There was not enough room to park my truck and be fully off the road. But, thankfully, roads were very wide. No nearby alternative parking for tow vehicle. We ran out of time but wanted to go to Homosassa Springs also. In short, the RV park is in a great location to get out of the RV park. - Moe and Flo are on the go
Oct 2017 - $35.00
Rate reflects weekly plus $4/per day resort fee. "Resort" is not what I would call this park; more like mobile home park as most of the units are permanent. Sites were small and very close to each other. Some units are being replaced with a tiny homes. Ladies showers were clean but just barely functioning; i.e., water knobs barely turned on let alone off, water pressure was OK, very small and old. No cable TV and some OTA stations. Weeds growing from the gravel were filled with burrs that seemed to just jump on you. The pool is the only thing I liked here. Will not return. - RVingMe
Jan 2014 - $30.00
No help to maintain park. Pool, laundry room, and restrooms not being cleaned. Garbage can near pet walk rusted out for last four months. Requested replacement but never replaced. No signs of owners doing anything to maintain or improve the park. Appears they are only concerned about bottom line and not their customers. - DanC

This park was very strange. Pulled in for one night, but only stayed during daylight hours. Although we had a large dog (usually not allowed), she is very quite and well behaved. Many barking dogs all day long with strange people wandering around. Also sites were dirty and not maintained. Also spotted some homeless people outside entrance of park during the day and then sleeping there that evening. Didn't feel safe and left at dark to find another place. It may have many nice people in park, but we were at the front entrance of park and didn't feel comfortable or safe enough to stay. - Webbs from NY
