44 RV Parks near Bartow, Florida
Jan 2013 - $24.00
Park is mostly full time occupied old trailers and park models. Even though we had reservations for our 32 foot motorhome, the sites they showed us were next to the trash and would never fit our rig. In fact we couldn't even drive on the street that lead to the office. This is not an RV Park it is more a trailer park. - LMur

We were welcomed by all the people that not only worked here but other campers. Very nice and clean, love the oak trees. Nice place to stay and relax, and the fishing was great as well - tennup60

Apr 2018 - $75.00
We enjoyed our two day stay in the Regal Point section of the campground. It is an older park but appears to be well run. The golf course was in good shape and our site was easy to maneuver the 43 ft bus into. People were friendly. Would expect this place to be busy in season. Renting by owners is the way to go. - Susan M
Mar 2014 - $30.00
Rate reflects a one-month stay. We stayed in the Regal Pointe section which is the more recent development. Lovely resort, with paved roads and large sites, executive golf course, nice pool and clubhouse, and very well maintained. Our site backed onto the ninth green. Very nice, but for some reason however, the RV pads were built with a significant slope, and getting level meant having my front wheels off the ground. Many permanent residents, but very most people were friendly and welcoming. Organized activities galore with breakfasts, cards, Wii, Wii, crafts, dances, etc. WiFi was good, but only available in the clubhouse. Located close to I-4 and Hwy 27, and traffic is horrendous. Getting in and out of the resort was a challenge. Overall, a great place to stay. - Voyageurs

We stayed for 1 week visiting friends. We did not get a confirmation and had to rely on our friends to keep us informed. We were bounced around 3 times before we arrived. We were told that they only guarantee that an acceptable site will be provided, not a particular site. The site we were given was not acceptable, in that 2 days after we arrived, the electric company knocked on our door and stated that the electricity was going to be shut off because of non-payment. When we explained that we were renting from the owners for a week, they said we had 1 hour to settle the issue. We called park management and we assume that they were able to contact the owners since we did not have the power shut off. But...what if they couldn't contact the owners...or worse, what if we hadn't been home and had returned at night to find the power off and couldn't resolve the issue until the next day? In fairness, the site owners bought out the owner of the park last month and things have been in upheaval since...but I think that the park should not rent out owners' sites without knowing if all of their utilities are paid...especially at the outrageous prices that are being charged. We paid $403 for one week (including tax) and this did not include cable. We will not return to this park and will instead stay at the KOA down the road. - rena

We have a 2017 travel trailer that had NO problems prior to hooking up to their electrical outlet. Immediately after hooking up, our camper's electrical system did not work properly...very dim lights, no A/C, no microwave, no refrigerator. Staff was rude when we called for help, but the groundskeeper did come within 1/2 hour. Groundskeeper was also rude when he arrived. We eventually found that the wires in the box were fried and had fed electricity to our camper through the ground wires...this is what caused the problems. We moved sites, but the problems still existed. My husband knows a good deal about electrical issues and bought a volt meter reader and found that it had burnt the camper's converter and circuit boards for the microwave and fridge/freezer. My husband spent more than a day getting all this figured out, buying, and replacing the ruined parts. When we finally talked to the owner, he was very rude as well. The owner refused to pay for the new parts we were forced to buy because of their faulty system! In all, we were requesting less than $500. Sites were very close together and no shade; no coin machine at the laundry area and laundry room very hot/humid; campfires not permitted; no picnic table. There was a wedding/party at the pool area one night while we were there swimming. They were very loud, drunk, and using very vulgar language. There was ThemeWorld staff present who did nothing about this, too! No connector was supplied to connect our sewer hose to their drain. We've never been to a campsite where one wasn't supplied. - The Camping Family
Jan 2016 - $27.00
Rate is for W/E/S, 30-amp, pull-thru.
Blacktop sites a bit uneven and very close to your neighbor. Parking for your toad or tow vehicle is at a premium as some sites are short.
However, office staff great, trying to accommodate your needs. Close to Orlando and theme parks. Shopping close by.
Owners are converting many sites to manufactured homes as vacation rentals or for sale as snowbird homes.
We would stay here again.
Good over the air TV reception. - thetravelkids

Older park that is well maintained and clean with up to date sites. Nice people work there and its handy being close to everything. - EdNorm

On arrival, we were greeted at the counter by two very rude ladies. Understanding that everyone has bad days, we tried to make them laugh, but no, a sign of things to come. Cable didn't work for a week until I insisted they service it, water went out for a day and the park is just not kept up well at all. The lots are so small, the awning hangs over the firepit, don't plan on using the firepits, they are too close to your unit and you cannot move over or you will be against the electrical pole. Trash pickup is nice feature as is pool being opened 23 hours of day/nite. But free wifi- actually means "wifi free", it doesn't work AT ALL. We have been here close to a month. When I went to front desk to ask about moving to a larger location, the lady rudely replied, no. When I asked to have the manager contact me, she said, "what for", disgusted with having to do her job. The park manager never called even after I left the phone number. KOA said its an independently owned park, deal with it. I cannot recommend this park AT ALL. We are a full-time family for the last year and this is the FIRST bad review I felt was necessary to leave. To top it off, they rent RVs. So they park in all the empty spots with their rental RV's and at 8am sharp, they run power washers to clean awnings of the rentals. In other lots they have contractors banging in units and putting in flooring. And the "level lots" they speak of, are non-existent. The police were here a couple of times, not sure why. Talked to one guy who said gypsies were breaking into his truck for tools. For the love of God, stay at a truck stop if you want abuse, its hard to pay for it.... - HonestFamilyReviews

Traveling full-time in a 38-foot coach we stayed 14-nights in a site for big rigs (site #140 - Pd $68./night). This was our first visit here. We live in the age of WIFI technology and there is nothing to stop this RV park from investing in doing WIFI properly. For some users such as ourselves, WIFI is an important feature and was one of the reasons for our stay here. We were told both by email and phone that each site had a good wifi signal. The wifi in and around our site was just about non-existent. We were in direct sight of two wifi towers, but still couldn't get a decent connection, even at 5am. Other guests we spoke with also had non-existent wifi! We even have the WIFI-Ranger on our roof with a direct-line-of-sight to their wifi source. There were no trees in the line-of-sight, and the distance was not a factor. Initially there was a mix-up when we checked-in...after checking-in to the office and being assigned a site, we proceeded to our site to find it was already occupied by a family who intended to stay for a week. Returning to the office, the office gal was confused, but she located an alternate site for us. The first site was a pull-thru, but the second site was a back-in, for a deserved cheaper price. This park is built on a hill and most of the sites in the back of the park are terraced along the hill side. Most of the terraced sites are not level and require the use of levelers. The sites at the front of the park are level with nice gravel pads, but the terraced sites are sand, dirt and grass and placed close together. The site we were placed on was way too unlevel for a coach our size. The driver-side was almost one foot off the ground, and because of the sand & dirt base after just a couple days we had to re-level. - JDC10
Dec 2017 - $68.00
Clean campground with paved roads. Close to I-4 and hwy 27 so get a lot of road noise. Stayed 3 nights, had full hook up site with 50 amp service and cable. Cable seemed to be turned off each night around 5:30 and back on around 7 a.m. odd we thought. Did not use rest room facilities, Pool clean and well kept. exercise area clean. Had a site at the bottom of the hill in front, was not very level as front of coach was almost off the ground. Close to plenty of shopping and not far from Disney. Would stay here again. - no tent
