Overall Rating:

The park is beautiful in every way...very pretty scenery, good paved roads, and gorgeous trees. The best pool are we've seen in a long time with gorgeous pavers and nice furniture. Free cable TV and wifi and both worked well when we were there, but the park wasn't full either. Our site was 21301 in the pull through areas, but wasn't very level. Part of the concrete pad where the RV sits was, but it was unlevel for the truck, making it a little difficult to hook up. The only complaint I had was there was no convenient trash dumpster. The ones we did see were on a small dirt road off of a paved road, and if you were hooked up to your RV there would be no convenient place to turn around. Water pressure was good and electric worked well and conveniently located. We actually took advantage of an RV show special price where you bought one night (at $76 for pullthrough) and got one free, so it made it reasonable per night. This is about 12 miles off of I-75 exit 301. It was very quiet and best of all--NO TRAIN NOISE. We camped at Belle Parc RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

Go to Coney Island Hot Dog Stand for good hotdogs and other foods. They say Elvis ate there once. We were told that the Cracker Kitchen near the Coney Island might be a better choice..their specialty is shrimp and grits, which I love, but I saw their ad too late. Brooksville has a Sams Club and 2 Walmarts, but the ones we saw were about 10 miles from the campground.

Overall Rating:

This park is a "diamond in the rough" and COULD be an awesome resort....except for these issues: 1) There are only TWO lady's toilets and TWO men's toilets (not "buildings", but TOILETS!) for the almost 300 sites! There are only THREE showers with LITTLE water pressure, and one has a frosted glass door that is CLEARLY see-through for any passer-by on the sidewalk. Yikes! 2) The camping guests are VERY friendly and helpful, but the workers are disgruntled and rude, especially the heavy smoking man on the golf cart with the green "Tilley" hat! 3) The new concrete pads are GREAT, except that when the concrete was poured, no attention to LEVEL was taken!! You see motorhomes all over with boards and blocks of wood under them because otherwise their wheels would be off the ground! They all seem to slope toward the "lake" or swamp, both sideways and front to back. 4) The cancellation and early departure policies are very strict and inflexible, even in the case of an emergency. Once they have your money, it's "too bad, so sad". In all our years of camping, we've never come across a policy quite like this!! 5) The town of Brooksville is your typical small town and offers little in terms of local eateries, pubs, etc. 6) They say they are "gated", but the gate has been broken, and they have no plan in site to repair it. Overall, we felt this campground or "resort" was extremely overpriced for it's location and conditions. I believe they sunk a lot of money into the renovations and are trying to recoup quickly. We will not return next season. We camped at Belle Parc RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Stayed 6 days in a pull thru. Paved roads, wide concrete site and beautifully kept scenic park. Wi-fi worked, showers and restrooms clean. A little off of the beaten track but very nice. Site was a touch more out of level that hoped for. All services worked well. We camped at Belle Parc RV Resort in a Motorhome.

This is a top shelf RV park where the vast majority are snow birds staying most of the winter. We stayed in a pull thru site which was an extra wide concrete pad and long enough for both our fifth wheel and truck. Shower house was cleaned daily with great detail. A friendly staff, an immaculate pool, and several daily activities to choose from make this resort park a "ten" in every category. My only complaint is the cancellation and early departure policies are very strict and inflexible. We camped at Belle Parc RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Stayed there Jan, Feb, March of 2018. Site to my left was used as a transit site. I had seven neighbors in three months. Had issues with dogs. The grass was mowed once in three months. Complaints went on deaf ears. Once they got your money you're a number. Wifi and cable terrible. Seems no one there has any authority to handle any issues. We will not return. We are wintering elsewhere next season. We camped at Belle Parc RV Resort in a Motorhome.

We stayed Jan. thru March. Clean park with many activities organized by both park workers and volunteers. Campers and staff friendly and welcoming. Weekly and monthly rates available which make getting out of the WI snow/cold much more affordable than their nightly rate. We camped at Belle Parc RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

A very well laid out park. It caters more to the long term. If you are going to stay 3 to 4 months, this is the place to stay as they have a lot of activities for the long term campers. I gave them 3 stars for service as my 50 amp service didn't work and after three trips to the office, four telephone calls and two days using 30 amps they finally called a electrician to change the breaker. Park is almost finished with a full renovation. Will be super when done in the next 30 days before season. All new level concrete pads, nice space and grassy areas between sites, good to maneuver and convenient hookups. Pool, common areas, lake, dog parks all new. Great wifi and strong water pressure. Near bike trails and state parks. Only here 3 nites and park is almost empty off season but would return. We camped at Belle Parc RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

We arrived the last week of April, using a promotional discount received at an RV show. This is a beautiful park! The previous comments are understandable given that they were camping in a construction zone, but the worst seems to be over. This is going to be an awesome RV resort. We were in a pull through site that was nice and wide and plenty long. Our area was full of huge old oak trees. All of the sites in this "new" park have extra wide, concrete pads, new utility hookups, and the wi-fi signal was strong. The pool is huge, gorgeous and heated. The people who work here are very friendly and so were the other RVers, although, to be fair, we were there well after the season ended and the park was almost empty. When it is full during the Florida season it will certainly have a different feel, and the sites will feel much closer. But we will definitely be back. We camped at Belle Parc RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Before we came to look at this park, the staff was very helpful. They told us how there was going to be cable, pavement, and the park was going to be enlarged. So since it sounded so good and was an attractive park, we paid for our first season here (December through April).

Then we arrived: No pavement. No cable. The pool was supposed to be heated, but it broke down and they refuse to fix it until before next season. The hot tub isn't hot. The WiFi is intermittent at best. The TV reception is very bad with a normal antenna. They are also expanding the park during this season which has created a lot of dust, noise, and smoke when they burn the huge piles of brush.

And to top it all, if you contact the owner of the park to talk about what's going on, you get harangued and told that if you don't like, then leave. And I've been told by other campers that they've been told the same thing. It's bad enough to have the issues, but to be treated poorly on top of it, that's inexcusable.

I've paid through April so the only alternative would be to pick up stakes and go somewhere else and be charged an exorbitant rate since the best rates are when you stay for the season. We camped at Belle Parc RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

We stayed for a week during the last of the "Snow Bird" season and were happy to obtain a site while most seasonals were still there. Easy park to get to and in. Hosts were friendly and helpful. Pool was very clean.

Construction of a new park section was ongoing with noise, smoke, and dust. Our site, #82, was meant for a MH and service hookups were on wrong side for out 5th. Water pressure required pressure gauge with extra-long hose. Power also required extra-long line. Overhead trees gave good shade but horrible pollen at this time.

Might go back when construction is complete and in a different site. We camped at Belle Parc RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Sites are sand, no pavement here. They are currently expanding which is why I rate them low. Heavy equipment noise all day. They cleared out a large treed area and are in the process of burning the trees. Smoke is heavy in the park. WiFi comes and goes, but mostly goes. The owner does not care about smoke, noise or poor WiFi. We camped at Belle Parc RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.
