Jan 2019 - $43.00
Stayed over night. No concrete pads however it was packed ground. Some water puddles but none interfered with driving. Contential breakfast bagels, etc., staff was very personable. Would recommend. - Ocp143
Sep 2018 - $38.00
I stayed many years ago when it was a KOA. Wow, was I surprised, it now is terrible. No TV, no WiFi. The sites are a over grown mess, weeds up to mid calf, roads are in bad condition. It has become a trailer park, no longer a RV park. The picnic table was all falling apart, old and worn out. - RVDolly
Feb 2018 - $38.00
Reading the previous reviews there are really no changes to the complex that I can add. The park is very quiet and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. They do have the Continental breakfast with great quiche. If your looking for a nice quiet place to park for a couple days and don't need wi-fi then this will do. - 2Old2Worry

Oct 2015 - $27.00
Old campground with some full hookups. The sites are very, very tight. No manager on site, pay at lock box. Rate was $30; took the 10% Good Sam discount. Road to RV Park is dirt and very very dusty; our RV, bikes and toad will have to be washed after staying here. Will not return next time through area. - Teacher's Pet
Jul 2015 - $27.00
Park is very quiet even tho it is next to I-10. There was only the host and a few other campers when we camped there. The sites are open and spacious with grass & sand at each and a picnic table. The amperage & water was good. There is a lot of open space to walk. The pool is clean and well kept (had a great swim while there). The restrooms and showers clean and well kept. There is also a clubhouse with couch, chairs & TV. We would definitely come here again. - Kerch Family
Jun 2015 - $32.00
An OK old park. Clubhouse, WiFi, pool. Mostly pull through sites, shaded and level sand/grass sites. No one from owner's staff was present and payment is by honor system. - rebane

Dec 2018 - $32.00
This is a self-service campground, the first we have encountered. Make your reservations on-line with a credit card. Then when you arrive, your site is identified with an orange traffic cone with your name on an attached sheet of paper. There did not appear to be any manger on site, but everyone behaved themselves. The sites are a little tight, but most campers were there for just the night and ours was long enough that we didn't need to unhook. Easy access off I-10. The interior roads may appear tight, but we easily maneuvered our 40' fifth wheel. The campground was quiet with no discernable road noise. Utilities were well placed and worked as expected. We like these no-frills sort of campgrounds, especially for overnights. Easy in and out and pull-thru, long and level, not having to unhook. We would definitely return. - 15243
Oct 2018 - $28.00
Small, convenient and easy access from I-10. A simple, low cost overnight stay without all the frills. Clean restroom and laundry but no access to clubhouse after 2PM. - navypoppop
Sep 2018 - $30.00
Just off the interstate, easy to find and get in to. Not as much road noise as I expected. Pull thru site, saw several like it, most all did not need to unhook, we did not unhook. Would stay again. - deddy5

Apr 2009 - $14.00
Lovely sites near pond with lots of vegetation around. Site was good size, private, backed up to pond. RV park is next to a state park with boat launch; nice place to look at the river. Stayed 1 night. Remote area, no cell phone service. Rate was with Passport America. - frankandbb
Mar 2008 - $14.00
Passport America price. We were here three nights. No gators, but plenty of biting sand flies. Checked the rest rooms and showers, and they are in need of some major cleaning. Glad we have our own working toilet and shower. Skinny paved roads in and out of park. Easy in for a HDT and 35 ft trailer, but a little tight on the way out. - Tallboy
Oct 2007 - $13.00
If you're looking to get away from it all this is the place, no cell phone signal, no wifi, just nature. Very big level full hook-up sites and because of the landscaping they are very private. There are two ponds, one with five little gators that we saw and the other with 3 little gators (under four-foot). There are a lot of fisherman in this park since the boat ramp is less then a 100-yards away. Take whatever supplies you're going to need since it's about a 20-mile drive (one way) to the nearest grocery. The restrooms were old but clean and the staff was very friendly. - wandering palms

Feb 2019 - $45.00
This is a fairly small park, but clean and very well maintained. The office staff was very friendly. The sites are a little close, but we did not have trouble getting into our pull-through, even with our toad. There is a small grass pet area with poop bags provided. Only 2 bathroom/shower rooms, but they are roomy, private, and have a wall heater on a timer - nice. We would definitely stay here again. - Capt.Deb
Dec 2018 - $45.00
We stopped here on our way to and from New Orleans. This was the closest RV park to I-10 in the Tallahassee area. This park is convenient. The sites are very close together and it is a tight maneuver depending on which site you are assigned. The sites are gravel and fairly level. Water and sewer hookups were fine, but the electric connection is very close to the ground. There is a small designated dog area conveniently located in the middle of the park. On our way to New Orleans there was a terrible thunder storm and the electric went out. To our surprise, it was quickly restored within 2 hours. Immediately after the storm, there was enough water which ran over the tops of my feet while dog walking. The office staff was very friendly. As usual in many parks, the WiFi was sketchy but did work from sites 40 and 9. If you want to stay here, be sure to make a reservation. Due to the closeness to I-10 they fill up quickly. We are going to see what other parks are close to Tallahassee before traveling this way again. - j&b
Oct 2018 - $45.00
We arrived after the office closed but had previous conversation and there was indeed a packet ready and waiting and our spot clean and open. It is a nice park, quiet and yet easy access to most anything in the area. Though we spent only one night while on the road, we'd certainly return. Thanks for such great communication! - Kam Hutchins

Staff very friendly and efficient. Lots of older trailers with permanent residents. Used for an overnight stopover. Worth the discounted Passport America rate. - The Petersons

Manager was wonderful and very welcoming and helpful. The park was very very quiet at night. - ACM
Jan 2017 - $15.00
This is an RV/trail neighborhood not a park. Junk cars with dogs tied to them, cats everywhere. The place out our front window looked to be a 'hoarder'. Many of the ' RV homes' were from the 60's & 70's model year. They claim 72 sites but at least 68 of them have permanent residents. Animal poop & trash was everywhere. Sites are grass/mud with ruts and large mud holes. No wifi or cable. No toilets/showers mentioned as available. This is the first place in 22 years where we felt compelled to lock up our outer bins on the RV & leave nothing out overnight. Part of the park smelled of sewer every time I walked the dogs. This place shouldn't be approved as a Passport America park; it degrades confidence in PA as a good recommendation. So why did we stay here, only place in town near family. But never again!!! I will drive a longer distance before I would stay here again. Can not recommend this to anyone. - Peppercatt
