Date of Stay: April, 2018 - $33.00
Overall Rating:

We were concerned about the anti-dog sentiment at this park (the dog is not allowed to do his business on anybody else's site), but we had no problems. We were parked in one of the front "pull-thru" sites, which is close to the common area and about a 2 minute walk to the dog park area. Part of the beauty of this park is that the people who do not want dogs doing their business on their sites have very lovely sites and landscaping. The pull thru's are very short and we had to disconnect the tow dolly to fit on the site (we pushed the dolly under the RV and had just enough room to park the car next to the RV). The site itself was very tight, but all of the small "pull-thru's" were nicely paved, with picnic table, landscape stones and two palm trees per site. Nearby parking for 5th wheel trucks. The interior roads are very tight - need to disconnect to get out of the park anyway. Nice pool and community center. The fitness center/entertainment building was excellent - complete with kitchen area, area to play cards, couches to relax on, TVs, billiards, and then the exercise equipment. The park is on a quiet dead-end road, but still close enough that we were able to ride our bikes to nearby groceries and fast food. Close to Naples. Also, it seems that they are paving most of the sites in the park - so RV's sinking into the sand will be few in the future. We would definitely stay here again - especially if we could get the PA rate! We do not usually take advantage of RV resort amenities - as we use the resort as a base to go and explore the area - but this is nice enough that some people would be happy to just stay here. Note: This is a nice park to walk through to see the other sites but just leave the dog in the RV (after taking him to the dog park and through the common areas). You can enjoy the park without annoying the seasonal people. Also, this is on a dead-end road, so the roadway should be adequate for walking dogs outside of the park (as many people do). We camped at Club Naples RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Too many to mention - all of Naples and Marco Island are absolutely beautiful - also close to the Everglades. Naples Zoo, Gordon River Greenway, Naples Pier. Just drive through the neighborhoods and enjoy the lovely landscaping! Very good for bike riding.

Overall Rating:

This is a very nice park. The pool and spa, though we didn't use them, we're immaculate. There's a very nice clubhouse and the grounds are well manicured. The bathrooms were clean, showers are separate individual rooms outside the bathroom. They are small but sufficient. Check-in was friendly and residents seem very friendly. Mike, the maintenance guy, was very nice and helpful, giving us great info about driving US-41 across south Florida to Homestead. The only negative was that the spaces are somewhat close together and took about a 5 point turn to back into. And beware! There are poisonous snakes in this park. Our neighbor found a Copperhead in her sight and had an employee kill it. You just have to be cautious. Even knowing this we would definitely stay here again. Tips for other Campers:

BEWARE of poisonous snakes in Florida! We did a day trip to Naples Pier and watched pelicans dive for fish and watched dolphins swimming. The beach there is beautiful, with white sand. We also enjoyed walking through Third Street South, Naples Downtown.

Date of Stay: January, 2017 - $40.00
Overall Rating:

Club Naples was purchased by Sun RV Resorts several years ago. Sun has made major renovations to the main building that houses the recreation hall, corporate kitchen & office area and to the secondary building that houses the workout area, library & guest kitchen. The park is very well kept, very clean and very quiet with attractive landscaping in the public areas. Many guest activities are scheduled January-March, frequently arranged by volunteers. We had no problems getting into our site, but our neighbor's truck fender was 8" away from our slide-out. The streets in the site loops are a single lane wide. The sites were designed for RVs no longer than 34 feet with no slides. Long rigs often crowd right up to the edge of loop street in order to fit on a site. Trees have been cut at the rear of some sites so that an RV can overhang one of the shallow drainage trenches (all of the sites except the pull-through sites back up to a shallow drainage trench). Adding the length of the RV and the width of the tow or towed vehicle together will determine how much site length is needed to allow the parking of a vehicle perpendicular in front of the RV. This is important because the sites are narrow enough that if an awning is out, or a ground mat is put down, a tow or towed vehicle will not fit parallel to the RV. Long Class A units and 5th-wheel & travel trailers with long tow vehicles will find that sliding into a site during high season is difficult, and long Class A units may find navigating the corners of the loops to be impossible. Rigs may need to back from the center drive all the way into a site to avoid navigating the loop corners. Do not count on using an adjacent or across-street site for maneuvering a RV. No assigned area for overflow parking for tow/ towed vehicles; overflow takes up the public parking areas near the main building. Parking near the laundry is especially tight. This is not a 55+ facility: there are sites with school-age children. We camped at Club Naples RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Very nice park, built in the 50's. The roads are paved, but very narrow. There are a lot of permanent park models, neat, clean and well taken care of. The spaces for rvers are grass (mud if it has rained), and very narrow. Rocks would be a good idea. They take you to your spot and guide you in, which is a good thing. With narrow roads, narrow spaces and everyone parking along side the road, you may have to get the neighbors to move their vehicle. Everyone was friendly, the staff helpful and lots of activities. Our site was grass and mud for 90% of the time we were here. Stepping out of the rig, you had to step into water. Disregarding Florida state law in regard to sewer connections, our neighbors and others were not off the ground and often underwater. To say that the interior roads in this park are narrow is an understatement and the sites themselves are even worse. They are extremely close together and to the road. There is very little room for driving down the road. Several rigs, as they were leaving, came within Inches of ours. Every time someone arrived or left, several passenger vehicles around that site had to be moved. We stayed here for a month in January 2016 We will never stay here again. Date of Stay: December, 2015 - $16.00
Overall Rating:

Club Naples RV Resort is located on Beck Road in Naples, Florida, just off of I-75 (Exit # 101), and offers approximately 305 sites consisting of tent sites, RV sites, and park models. The majority of the sites are back-in, with only 12 pull through sites. Quite a few of the sites are grass sites, so when it rains the sites gets extremely water logged and muddy. Although Florida has a state law in regard to sewer connections being raised up off of the ground, there are quite a few RV's within the park that are in violation. Management does not seem to be addressing these issues either and could be a concern if the sewer lines are not being properly cared for, especially when it rains. Entry/exiting the facility from Beck Road, coaches and rigs have ample turning room; however, once inside of the resort, maneuvering cars/coaches/rigs down the narrow interior roadways is extremely difficult, so use EXTREME CAUTION when navigating the interior roads.Check-in at the facility was quick and the receptionist was very welcoming and friendly. She gave us our information and a map of the park so that we could find our site. After unhooking our toad, we began to navigate the narrow roads to our site, only to discover that the sites were worse in regard to space. The sites are EXREMELY close together with coaches and cars parked just inches from the roadways. Although my husband is a skilled motor coach driver, it took two of us to navigate him backing up (one in the front and one in the back) so that we wouldn't accidently hit anyone. Folks, when I say that this place is tight, I'm not exaggerating. We stayed here for almost a month in December 2015 in a 40' motor home, and with the number of RV parks in the surrounding area there are to choose from, we would not stay here again. Most of our neighbors feel the same way. We camped at Club Naples RV Resort in a Motorhome.

This park is one of the cleanest and modern we have stayed in. Very friendly staff. They escort you to your site. The pool and Jacuzzi are very well maintained. They have activities most days. We had complimentary pizza last night provided by the staff. We all brought a desert and shared with all present in the rec room. Neighbours are friendly and helpful. I feel you get a good value for what you pay. We'd definitely stay here again. We camped at Club Naples RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

After reading some reviews we were not really sure what to expect. We were pleasantly surprised! The site we were on was a concrete pad with landscaping. The pad was a little tight but sufficient with our slides and awnings out. Everything was clean and the staff was fantastic!! They were very helpful and pleasant. We will definitely return in the future. We camped at Club Naples RV Resort in a Motorhome.

First time staying here. Very friendly staff and guests, met some very great people during our stay, even got invited to play Bingo. Easy access to Naples, Gulf beach, and surrounding attractions, just off of I-75. Highly recommend this park. No problem using PPA in April. Only negative is the pull-thru sites are tight to maneuver in & out. We camped at Club Naples RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Very well maintained park with lots of activities. Breakfast is offered on Sat. morning at a nominal price. It is wonderful and offers everything you could imagine. There are permanent residents who maintain their property. No junk rigs here! Medium to small sized lots. Close to shopping. Has a gated dog area where dogs can play unleashed! Many amenities. Easy access off the interstate. Wouldn't stay anywhere else in the Naples area. We camped at Club Naples RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

The Park during the Snowbird season is very unfriendly. Full time residents yelling at other RVers about Pets and Parking. Roads are only single lane. Last week we witnessed a motorhome stuck up to its axles in sand in its Lot. The Motorhome owners had to pay for a tow truck in order to leave the Resort. Resort Manager did not offer them assistance and in fact drove away from their site before they were ever clear. Full time residents remarked that getting stuck in the sand happens all the time. If you are coming to this Park make sure your Rig is light enough, you are guaranteed payment for a Tow if you sink (ask before you stay here!) Don't come here with a Pet it is ONLY allowed in the road, and in the Dog Park, no walking to the Dog Park, this can be verified in the Park rules. Based on our experience and on watching how the Park treats Snow Birds we will not be returning to this Park. We camped at Club Naples RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Very nice park. We are new to the RV world and found the residents here extremely nice and very helpful. One even backed our trailer into our spot. If we were looking for an extended stay RV park, this would be the place, but we like to move around. We would give this park an overall excellent rating. Nice, clean park with great pool/hot tub! Very nice employees and residents. Sites are very close together and would have been hard to get in to with our 40 foot 5th wheel if the site across the street was not empty. Some trees, so satellite could be tricky. We used this campground as a place to park the coach while staying with family in the area. The park was recently purchased by Sun Resorts. We had a pull through site (grass) with full hook ups. The clubhouse / office has been remodeled. The roads were being repaved while we were here. Checked out the bath house for this review & they were all new too. Close to I-75 @ exit# 101.
