This place has great amenities and many daily activities. However, the people here are the best part. We were here for 2 months and made many friends. They had a "Fun Festival" which were took part in and loved it. This place is not cheap, but the price is worth it. You need to book early and they first book campers staying for 3 months or longer. Once here, all you need to do is walk around the park once and you will feel welcomed. Everyone you see waves or says hello. We made several friends right away and people that owned the park model next to us were great. They welcomed us to Crystal Lake immediately and invited us to several get togethers on their lot. We had a great time. This was going to be a try it once deal, but we are now canceling our plans for next year so we can comeback here for four months. - logjam192
Jan 2016 - $63.00
As another reviewer stated, this is looking more like a trailer park than an RV resort because of so many park models. On the plus side, the park is immaculate and the sites on the lake are pleasant, except for the fact you are looking at mostly park models. Everyone is friendly enough, but they tend to socialize only with other long term residents, so we didn't meet as many other RVers as we'd like.
The price is high for what you get, and the location is pretty far out, requiring about 30 minutes to get into downtown Naples. Strip malls and grocery stores are nearby, however. We would choose something different next time. - Drakelos
Dec 2015 - $55.00
Great place. Second time we stayed here. One of the best campgrounds you will find. Crystal Lakes is well maintained and easy to navigate. Great sites that are textured concrete and far apart.
Not a place for kids as there seems to be very few there. The location is good for getting around Naples. Price is good for what you get. - The VA Gent

Easy access from I-75, gated, clean, landscaped, friendly staff, hookups convenient, some trees and flowers, paved roads gravel sites. Mid April park was almost empty, snow birds had flown home so maneuvering in park was easy. If park was full would be tight. - rmartin
Feb 2017 - $44.00
Very, very large sites. Plenty of activities and great front desk people. Great pool and laundry/library facilities. Just get cable and better wifi and it would be heaven. - MandT
Nov 2016 - $36.00
We stayed two separate nights in this campground, coming and going to the Fl Keys. Access to I-75 is super easy. Arrival and checkin were quick and pleasant. Overall the camp is very quiet and appears well maintained. Paved drives lead to gravel sites with grassy areas between. Picnic table (polymer) on the concrete pad was new. Mix of sun and shade sites. We had a long (100'+) level flat pull through on both nights. Our 50A utilities worked well, water pressure was fine. We scanned 28 digital OTA stations, mainly from Naples. We bought the Basic Wifi and got a solid 4 Mbps up/4 Mbps down. Dog run is medium sized and well cared for. Pool looked inviting and clean, but we did not use it in our short stay. The laundry also, but the central facility looked large, new and clean with nice lounge area with a large flatscreen TV. We understand Sanctuary was recently (Dec 2014) reopened under new ownership and refreshed as a large RV park accomodating the largest rigs. Would not hesitate to stop here again when visiting The Keys. - Llando88

Apr 2018 - $33.00
We were concerned about the anti-dog sentiment at this park (the dog is not allowed to do his business on anybody else's site), but we had no problems. We were parked in one of the front "pull-thru" sites, which is close to the common area and about a 2 minute walk to the dog park area. Part of the beauty of this park is that the people who do not want dogs doing their business on their sites have very lovely sites and landscaping. The pull thru's are very short and we had to disconnect the tow dolly to fit on the site (we pushed the dolly under the RV and had just enough room to park the car next to the RV). The site itself was very tight, but all of the small "pull-thru's" were nicely paved, with picnic table, landscape stones and two palm trees per site. Nearby parking for 5th wheel trucks. The interior roads are very tight - need to disconnect to get out of the park anyway. Nice pool and community center. The fitness center/entertainment building was excellent - complete with kitchen area, area to play cards, couches to relax on, TVs, billiards, and then the exercise equipment. The park is on a quiet dead-end road, but still close enough that we were able to ride our bikes to nearby groceries and fast food. Close to Naples. Also, it seems that they are paving most of the sites in the park - so RV's sinking into the sand will be few in the future. We would definitely stay here again - especially if we could get the PA rate! We do not usually take advantage of RV resort amenities - as we use the resort as a base to go and explore the area - but this is nice enough that some people would be happy to just stay here. Note: This is a nice park to walk through to see the other sites but just leave the dog in the RV (after taking him to the dog park and through the common areas). You can enjoy the park without annoying the seasonal people. Also, this is on a dead-end road, so the roadway should be adequate for walking dogs outside of the park (as many people do). - Deb and Chris
May 2017 - $21.00
This is a very nice park. The pool and spa, though we didn't use them, we're immaculate. There's a very nice clubhouse and the grounds are well manicured. The bathrooms were clean, showers are separate individual rooms outside the bathroom. They are small but sufficient. Check-in was friendly and residents seem very friendly. Mike, the maintenance guy, was very nice and helpful, giving us great info about driving US-41 across south Florida to Homestead. The only negative was that the spaces are somewhat close together and took about a 5 point turn to back into. And beware! There are poisonous snakes in this park. Our neighbor found a Copperhead in her sight and had an employee kill it. You just have to be cautious. Even knowing this we would definitely stay here again. - Fun Full-timers
Jan 2017 - $40.00
Club Naples was purchased by Sun RV Resorts several years ago. Sun has made major renovations to the main building that houses the recreation hall, corporate kitchen & office area and to the secondary building that houses the workout area, library & guest kitchen. The park is very well kept, very clean and very quiet with attractive landscaping in the public areas. Many guest activities are scheduled January-March, frequently arranged by volunteers. We had no problems getting into our site, but our neighbor's truck fender was 8" away from our slide-out. The streets in the site loops are a single lane wide. The sites were designed for RVs no longer than 34 feet with no slides. Long rigs often crowd right up to the edge of loop street in order to fit on a site. Trees have been cut at the rear of some sites so that an RV can overhang one of the shallow drainage trenches (all of the sites except the pull-through sites back up to a shallow drainage trench). Adding the length of the RV and the width of the tow or towed vehicle together will determine how much site length is needed to allow the parking of a vehicle perpendicular in front of the RV. This is important because the sites are narrow enough that if an awning is out, or a ground mat is put down, a tow or towed vehicle will not fit parallel to the RV. Long Class A units and 5th-wheel & travel trailers with long tow vehicles will find that sliding into a site during high season is difficult, and long Class A units may find navigating the corners of the loops to be impossible. Rigs may need to back from the center drive all the way into a site to avoid navigating the loop corners. Do not count on using an adjacent or across-street site for maneuvering a RV. No assigned area for overflow parking for tow/ towed vehicles; overflow takes up the public parking areas near the main building. Parking near the laundry is especially tight. This is not a 55+ facility: there are sites with school-age children. - Since1994

We stayed here last year for 3 months and loved it. This year Dec., Jan. and Feb. have been terrible. Big change from last year. Rules are not enforced. Dogs barking all over the park. Reservation for past renters is not done fairly. Park is on overloaded with French only speaking renters. Two of our neighbors feel the same way about the Park changing and will not return unless something changes which does not appear to going to happen. Spaces are very close and if you end up with a horrible neighbor you are stuck. For reservations it’s who you know. I can not recommend this Park now. Really sad as we loved it last year. - Phaeton1
Jan 2019 - $55.00
Imperial Bonita is a 55+ park and has many activities. The people staying in the park are very friendly. We had a 2 week reservation and needed to move it back a few days due to illness. The office person was extremely helpful and able to accommodate us. This is a fairly large park with quite a few permanent homes as well as many seasonal residents. It is a short drive from the Bonita Beach, Fort Myers Beach, Lover's Key State Park, and Sanibel Island. It seems like every conceivable chain store or restaurant is nearby. The park itself has a number of activities - tennis, pickle ball, horseshoes, and pool sports. Electricity and water work well. The sites (ours anyway #129) are level. We didn't need any leveling blocks. Generally speaking, the wifi worked well but does slow down from time to time. We will definitely stay here again when we're in the area. - WisconsinMiniLite
Feb 2018 - $35.00
Bonita Springs is near the Gulf and an easy drive to Naples to the South (20 minutes), Ft. Myers to the north (30 minutes), Sarasota to the north (90 minutes). Park is on the Imperial River. Nice walks on banks. Stay here marked a return to Florida after three winters in Tucson. This is a big park (nearly 300 sites) but unlike some where we have stayed over the years, we didn't feel like seals in a colony. Stayed in a full service site just big enough for our 25 ft Class B+. Mostly Class A and 5th wheels, in addition to wide range and age of park models. Park had suffered a lot from hurricane Irma which passed directly over Bonita Springs Sept 2017. Repairs to park models were well underway. RVs that had been damaged (we were told many) had been replaced. Recreational facilities appeared unaffected or already repaired. Park is resident owned so things get done and well. Leak in our water supply fixed within 30 minutes! Dog tolerant, albeit City dog park (nearby) much better than fenced area in park. Number of very good vet clinics and kennels nearby. Many longer term snow birds. Lots of social/sports activities (e.g. shuffle board, pickle ball, yoga, crafts, horse shoes, bocce ball, cocktails...) Near to food stores (eg Publix, Trader Joe's, Fresh, Whole Foods, Winn Dixie) and wide range of shops from cheap to very expensive. Tamiami Trail, about 1.5 miles away, is basically a very long strip mall stretching from Naples to Ft. Myers and on north. You can shop 'til you drop. Nearby movie theaters and music places. This is not a fancy park, but is very well kept and the residents are friendly and helpful. Very comfortable place for short or long stays. Our immediate neighbours had been wintering there for 16, 10 and 7 years. Would happily return. - RHUnity

98% sites clean. About half permanents. Mostly nice people. Paved streets. Cable TV. They pickup your trash. Reasonable rates. Water good. Close to historic Bonita Springs. I would stay here again. - RonH999
Nov 2016 - $39.00
Stayed only one night. The campground is mostly permanents/snowbirds, but the campsites are large enough for those traveling thru. The residents were very friendly. The campground is very neat and laid out well. There is a large, heated pool although we did not have an opportunity to use it. It is in a good location, close to shopping centers, etc. and easily accessible. Only drawback is that the residents park their vehicles across from the campsites and we had to ask them to move the cars for us to be able to back into our site. Would recommend this campground and would stay there again. - Cgd 0317-_

Mostly permanent sites, but very clean and well cared for.
Nice transient sites with concrete pads and grass, quiet
and peaceful. Nice pool and laundry facilities. Paved
roads throughout. Clearly the best option for visiting the area.
We would certainly stay again. - macandphyl

Mar 2017 - $50.00
We stayed for 2 months, January and February, and the rate is based on that long term stay. The park is exceptionally clean...the grounds as well as the rest rooms, laundry, pool area, etc. Most people are there for a month or more, and about half the sites are park models, not RVS that move. The sites are good sized, and there is a lot of grass. Most have concrete patios. The rest rooms are modern and very clean. The showers are great, and usually empty, as most people use the ones in their living quarters. There are many activities if you choose to participate....bike rides, walking group, card games, cookouts, live music, shuffleboard tournaments, etc. The pool is not large, but is very nice with ample lounge chairs in both sun and shade. All the people we met were quite friendly. The office and maintenance staff were very helpful. This park is very close to several beaches - a 10- 15 minute drive. Many stores nearby. It's only a couple of blocks off Rt 41, but far enough that we didn't hear traffic. It is about 12 miles north of 5th Ave in Naples. WIFI is included, and the signal is strong, but not fast enough to stream movies. We will definitely stay again. - JJ1951
Jan 2017 - $50.00
The park is very clean and close to the beaches in Naples, Bonita Springs, and Fort Myers. Very nice pool but no hot tub. A few planned activities but I would have liked to see more offered. My biggest complaint is the lot sizes. They have them shoved in like a can of sardines. If you like your neighbor it's fine but mine smoked outside which then limited my time outside. Also, there is not a dog area and since the spaces are so tiny it is impossible to keep your dog from using your neighbors area. Again, if your neighbor doesn't mind your quick pick up of dog waste your ok. But if it bothers you to have a dog as a neighbor you may want to look somewhere else. The roads leading to the sites are very narrow and with the units being so close together it can be difficult to maneuver. The park does not offer you any assistance in getting you to your spot. - Bakmm
Nov 2016 - $21.00
Mostly permanent manufactured homes with RV pads stuck in between, very crowded and close together and hard to maneuver with the short driveways and vehicles sticking out onto road. "Exercise Room" is below average. It was convenient to Bonita Springs for us. - IowaGirl

W were there for a couple of weeks, so we got a weekly rate. The park is in town, just off of a 4 lane road, so it is easy to get to. The park is a U shape, with the curve only wide enough for one vehicle. They only have back-ins, and the site we had was narrow, and I had to walk on the neighboring site's patio to access the driver's side basement. The service was good and check-in was easy. Each site has its own mail box at the office, so getting our mail was no problem. Satellite and antenna TV worked well, as did our hotspots and AT&T cell phones. We had a little problem getting leveled, as the ground was soft and the leveling jacks and pads sank into the ground. The connections are at the back of the site, with the sewer being behind the coach, and the 50 amp connection was in a separate box, behind the electrical box. - Bbtj

Endless Summer RV Park, is the best RV park I have ever stayed at.All the amenities are immaculately clean and the clubhouse is so much fun. I absolutely give this RV Park five stars. - Laura castagna
Jul 2018 - $55.00
Pros 1) Most helpful, prompt & pleasant camp ground owners we have met. 2) RV Park's Location is in the city, convenient. Cons- 1) Showers have very low pressure 2) It is a mobile home park & few sites are rented out to campers. 3) NO Internet at our site, were told it is available. Next to a very busy road. - disneydoc

We were not pleased with this park. Reserved and paid for a site over the telephone, when we arrived in the afternoon the office was closed, had to call the reservation number again to find out where to go. The site we were given was under construction & closed. Advertised cable tv but you had to go to a comcast store & create an account to receive a digital box, & after 3 frustrating hours cable still did not work, & we have to return the box also. I will never stay here again & would not recommend this park to anyone. - Rogerkw

No security at night. The park has an issue with the locals coming in the park and stealing yet the management cant seem to keep them out, but to be honest they didn't steal from us but it makes for a little nervous nights. They need so sort of deterrent. Cameras or a gate or patrolman but other than that a clean and friendly park. We will stay again next year and if there is any improvement I will rewrite my review. It can be a great park if a few things like stealing would be dealt with. - Detroit Redwings

When I see a park that has only 1 review I become suspect. So we decided to check it out. It was also only one of two RV parks in the area that had any room over Presidents Day week end in the area. That being said we were not disappointed. The basics: roads narrow and take some care getting around but coming in they show you where your site is and help get you into it. The site is grass on sand, we need to add 3" of lift to get the bus level and once your in it's got a lot of room. The showers were dated but spotless and had great hot water and pretty good pressure. The bathrooms were clean. They have wifi at the office and pool area but we didn't use it. Verizon phone and mifi worked great. We had a 50 amp site. There was only one 50 amp plug in and not a 30 or 20 amp outlets on our pedestal. The pool may not have been heated but as hot as it's been it felt great. I know they have 30 amp too, but I don't know if they have lower amperage plugs available on those sites. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The CG has a lot of seasonal owners but things are not cluttered and has a very homey touch. The people are friendly and the they had a full social calendar with something going on every day of the week. We were there and got to go the Valentine Day's dance. This is an older CG but it well kept up and I'd have to get pretty nit picking to say something bad about it. You can hear road noise from Hwy 41 but it's more background than in your face. The price seems a bit high for what you get but it's location, location, etc. If we're in the area we'd stay here again in a heart beat. Note the rate reflects a week stay. - pumper9x9
Mar 2012 - $39.00
We were greeted in the business office by a barking blind dog and five rescue cats. Although, I applaud this effort, I'm not sure all would be comfortable with it. After a ten minute wait a friendly. helpful human led us to our site, and helped us back in (we are beginners). A neighbor then assisted us with getting situated. We then went to find the community bathroom in which we occasionally take showers and were appalled. I went in feeling dirty and left feeling worse. It was filthy, looks as though it is never cleaned, or maintained. If I had wanted to swim, I would have had to deal with a handful of kids. I found this odd in a park that advertises for adults over 55 (in which I seek). One of two dryers was not working and we were just a bit intimidated by a few confederate flags displayed by some of the residents. We won't be back, or recommend it to others, yet we enjoyed some things in the area: especially the dog beach not too far away. We left earlier then we had intended on our next leg to our journey. Happy Trails! - Recession Road RV

Rate is based on monthly rate and included $100 of electricity. This park is very clean, well maintained and beautifully landscaped with paved roads and sites. There are a few pull through sites, but most all are back in and are very tight. The feel of the sites is most need a shoe horn to get into. There is no parking for any additional vehicles or visitors which means there are frequently cars parked partly into the road. The wi-fi works great in the middle of the night, but is pretty much useless during the day. Pool is very nice and clean. There is a rec hall with some scheduled activities. There are no other amenities other than a laundry room. About half the sites are permanent residents. There is a separate section for pet owners. People are very friendly. Naples Municipal Airport is right across the road, and there is often noise from the planes. - krb
