Dec 2018 - $27.00
Price reflects monthly rate. We stayed here because family was nearby, convenient for that. Luckily we had a site that was towards the back, off the main road. Concrete pads are nice but parking our motorhome on the grass for a month, we sunk in quite a bit. Nice level site, friendly people. Easy in and out and interior roads easy to navigate. Fitness center was an added bonus and lots of activities at the club house, very active community. Only downside is spaces are pretty close together, but it's to be expected in an urban RV resort. Home Depot, Publix Grocery, Walmart, Walgreens, etc., are all conveniently nearby. - Roaming Together
Jan 2018 - $1.00
We were here as a 'guest' of Thousand Trails. You'll need a long sewer hose. Many of the sites have semi-permanent residents, but there was also a nice number of temporary sites. We stayed 4 nights. - Bastion
Nov 2017 - $10.00
Convenient location just a few miles off I-75. New cement patio at site. Office, pool, clubhouse, etc all like new and in beautiful condition. Lots of well cared for trees and shrubs all throughout the beautiful park. On canal. Nice area to have a group campfire. Adjacent road is busy however it does quiet down at night. - Todd Fogelberg

This is our 3rd year of staying here for one week. Excellent location for us to visit family. Clean and quiet. This is in a mobile home and RV park. Swimming pool was the right temperature and very clean. There is no cable but excellent reception with antenna. Internet included. The manager helped us tremendously when our truck automatically locked with the keys in the ignition and running! Our spare keys and cell phone along with our animals were locked in. He called his Triple A and then realized we had limited service with Onstar. He stayed with us until the problem was resolved. Fantastic Manager!!! Everyone in the park that we met were very friendly. Will always return when visiting family. - MicheleSophie
Mar 2017 - $40.00
More a permanent park for snow birds than a campground. Almost all permanent sites. Ride through mobile home park to get to RV section. Office is in one of the mobile homes on the entry road. Very friendly owners and workers. Excort to site helped get into site. Sites were tight but big enough for large rig. RV site was mostly level, grass with small patio and picnic table. Hookups were well placed except sewer hookup that was in rear of site. Bath house was very clean - good shower. Laundry was fairly priced with really hot dryers! Food stores less than 1 mile away. Price was highly competitive with the area. - pamhyatt1
Apr 2016 - $40.00
We stayed here for 3 nights while visiting relatives in Cape Coral. We were led to our site by a gentleman who I believe is one of the owners. He was extremely helpful in backing in to our site which was next to the pool. Pool is heated. Very quiet park, extremely enjoyable. We hope that there is a site available when we return to this area. Hated to leave! - MicheleSophie

Small, but quiet. Gravel roads with level grass spots, all older run down mobile homes. Owners are nice and friendly. No amenities but the price was right. - esta34950

This RV Park was very clean, many amenities (pool, laundry, showers, dog park). The dog park is wonderful. All the dogs played so well together. Near a Walgreens, Dollar General, Publix, Walmart, Shell Factory across the street, which has a flee market 3 times a week. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Our stay was excellent, not one complaint and will be staying there again next year for 2 months. - Penny McLaughlin
Oct 2017 - $17.00
We stayed here after the storm passed and they were still doing clean up. We called in advance and made reservations with their office and picked up our site assignment and information package when we arrived. Their off is now closed on weekends since it is off season. They provided us with several maps of the area and many discount coupons. We will definitely stay here when we come to the area. They fill up fast in the winter season. Our site which was grass, had a concrete patio. I did have to disconnect and park my truck next to the patio pad. - A hitch and hop

Stayed here in October after we had to get out of Ft. Lauderdale due to Hurricane Matthew. Found it to be very clean, friendly staff, but sites were very close. - Airstreamer Mike

Mar 2017 - $71.00
We stayed one week and it was $495. I'm sure tax is in there but their system doesn't break it down. This is a lovely, well-managed, immaculate park. There are tons of activities with strong participation. It would be easy to make friends here. No wonder this is such a popular place. The check-in process was efficient and we were guided to our site. We enjoyed taking walks inside the park and I felt perfectly safe running outside the park on nearby streets/blvds. All hook-up's worked perfectly. The wifi was excellent. We could even stream Netflix. We had good signal for Verizon cell, Sprint Mifi (we didn't need it) and DirecTV. I can't comment on dog walking as we don't have a dog. We enjoyed our time at Raintree and would definitely consider staying again. However, because it's pricey, we would look at other options first. - GottaGoNow
Feb 2016 - $46.00
We found this park because we had lost our reservation elsewhere and had no place to go or any recourse in the height of the season in February. Calling around, the office staff really tried to help us, even though they were full. A day later they called, and offered us an overflow site with 50/30 Amp and water but no sewer and we took it. After a couple of days they then offered us a site with full hook-ups and concrete pads etc. but we opted to stay on the overflow site, since it was nice, quiet, and surrounded with very nice neighbors. We felt very comfortable there, even without a sewer hook-up, and would recommend this park very highly. The owner and his son are genuine people who have very good competent office staff, and the facilities are very good throughout this park. We would definitely stay here again. - jmorgan54
Jan 2016 - $61.00
What a lovely, activity filled park. The staff was great and very helpful and the residents were all very friendly too. The laundry facility was very clean and usually very busy. The swimming pool was heated and clean. Getting into and out of the park wasn't the easiest though as the HWY right next to it could be very busy depending on the time of the day. Dogs are welcome but have particular places they can and can't be walked. We had to leave the park altogether to walk our dog, which was along the very busy highway with nothing between you and the traffic except for a narrow bit of grass. However, cats can run freely within the park. Wifi was included but very limited. Cable television was also free with a deposit on a box which was returned upon return of the box. The park was very pretty and very well kept. We would stay again if dogs had a better walking area and could be walked in the park itself. Lot spacing was spacious with some shade. Site surface was a concrete pad and grass, featuring a picnic table and patio. - Lovingretirement16

The staff are always very friendly and helpful. Always cleaning and does a great job, always doing yard work, and helping wherever they're needed, putting new siding on trailers or building something to make the park look better. Bands most weekends, heated pool. What more can you ask for... - DN136
Jan 2017 - $30.00
Staff is very friendly and accommodating. The shower rooms were spotless and the cleaning lady spent 3 -4 hours a day on the 8 shower rooms. Events are over the top with a dance every Sat. night. We loved it. - Sunseekers RV Park
Feb 2016 - $38.00
The owners/staff could not have been more accommodating. This is an old park and many of the spaces are now permanent, older trailers, but the owners keep them looking nice. Many of the lots are on the small side but the park is quiet so the closeness is not much of a problem.
Most of the residents are winter snowbirds who have been coming there for years. Everyone is very friendly.
This is a dog friendly park which has two large dog runs.
We had no occasion to use the bathroom since our motorhome is self contained. - K9 camper

Oct 2017 - $21.00
The $21 rate was through our RPI Membership. This park is an older park with a lot of permanent RV's and Park Models. Our site was all grass with a concrete patio with a picnic table. Full hookups. No cable TV. Wi-fi was available at a cost. Good location about a mile off the freeway and set back from the roadway, so it was quiet at night. Easy access to local shopping and sites in Ft Myers. - Michael Kibler
Mar 2016 - $53.00
I really liked this park. Mostly older snow birds. Very quiet ad friendly people. My only complaint is that the roads are small and even with my 24 ft trailer it was a little tight on the roads getting in. Getting out was,no problem at all. We would stay here again. - ELamb
Jan 2016 - $56.00
Spaces were built for 25-30' trailers years ago. 40' motorhomes or 5th wheelers should not be accepted. No gravel on the sites. We are sitting in a sea of mud right now. The ruts have eroded away next to the pad so the coach sits down in a hole and the mud makes it hard to level. I would not stay here again. - FriarBill

May 2013 - $32.00
This is an old park in a rundown neighborhood. You can hear gunshots at night. The manager is very abusive and likes to flash his handgun, threatening, and downright mean. He likes to brag about how much money he has. He keeps folks deposits when he shouldn't.. There is a big problem with anything left in your yard getting stolen since the park refuses to install a gate. Many of the mobile homes are empty and abandoned. The laundry is run down, the pool has been deemed unsafe by the city. No WiFi or cable. No services except a small area for your dog to be loose. . The RV sites are small and the roads are narrow. I only stayed here because other parks were full. I worked nights and slept during the day and there was loud loud construction of a school next door with diesel smoke from trucks and equipment and very noisy, Constant noise from sirens and traffic. I stayed 5 months. - Ms Mary
Mar 2012 - $32.00
Older dated park, sites clean, many full time older residents. Very friendly owners, great bark park with showers for the dogs. Quiet, yet handy to main street shopping. - pkunk
Feb 2012 - $30.00
Over all a nice place - Yes is is/was a mobile home park that is using blank sites for RVs and perimeter sites for RVs as well. The roads were narrow ans I was lucky to be at an intersection so I could maneuver my 35' fiver in to the site w/ ease. Manager & wife are great people and very friendly. The maintain man was there in an instant and trimmed a tree in no time, to keep it off the side & top of the camper. Hard to estimate the ratio of RVs to Mobile homes but there were quite a few RVs that looked to be setting down roots and soon to become a part of the place as well as the mobile homes (though mobile is hardly the term I'd use to describe them. Traffic noise to be expected being right off a 4+ lane main drag through town (an EMS - Fire station was in the nearby area). Very easy to reach the interstate, as well as cycle into the downtown and see the Edison/Ford estates for a good afternoon. Might use this again - will keep in mind - maybe to try for a work camper position one year. Though no WI-FI, my Verizon air card worked well. Cable TV was a service you have to arrange - not worth it for just a week. - D Ward
