Overall Rating:

Rate reflects monthly stay. This park has LOADS of potential. Clean it up, fix up the sites, update the infrastructure and this place is a gold mine. Location is perfect for central Florida activities. Lots of seasonal/long term folks who come back year after year. Sites are close but fit our 40' fifthwheel just fine. Saw some bigger units that do take up all available space. All backins except for a handful of overnight spots. It's aging and showing it, everything worked fine but we did lose power for a couple of hours. It's not designed to handle the amount of 50amp rigs now occupying most of the sites. Most of the folks are super nice but some are a little cranky. It is a pet friendly park but some of the neighbors are NOT pet friendly. No WiFi and no cable, but that's not an issue for us. We rarely watch tv and provide our own data for internet. I would stay here again when in the area. We camped at LeLynn R.V. Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Date of Stay: November, 2017 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

There seem to be a lot of things needing repair/maintenance in this park. The shuffleboard court was full of cracks, the (UN-AIR-CONDITIONED) clubhouse had jalousie windows that could not be opened, the men's room in the clubhouse was a urinal that was non-operational (and a door that could not be locked). There is no cable TV in this park, but OTA was fine. There is no WI-FI unless you want to pay almost $6 for one day (rates are better for longer stays but still...). For some reason, they decided to burn brush along the edge of the lake, producing choking clouds of smoke. The dock/wharf is rotted to the point where nobody can walk on it. Water pressure was a bit low, as was the electric voltage. The door on the pedestal had a sharp edge that bit a little chuck out of my arm when I tried to open the door while hooking up. The sites are called "pull-thru" but, in reality, you just pull straight is and then back out when you leave. We did have a nice view of the "lake" which was right in front of us. I will say that the staff was very friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We camped at LeLynn R.V. Resort in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Some members of our chapter went to "Fantasy of Flight" and said it was pretty good. I-4 is quite close, so access is handy.

Overall Rating:

This park is just off I-4 and very convenient. It is a Snowbird park and almost all residents are seasonal. Everyone we met was very nice and friendly and the park is clean and well maintained.

The park is very old and showing its age. There is little investment in new infrastructure so the concrete pads are cracking, the picnic tables need to be replaced, the water volume/pressure is very limited and our power suffered from undervoltage and breakers tripping at the post. We lost power for short periods on 5 out of the 10 days we were there.

I really like this park, its location and its view of the pond but it needs a serious reinvestment in utilities and upgrades. We camped at LeLynn R.V. Resort in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

We made reservations there but when we arrived, there was no one to greet us (not after hours), just a note on the door. The site we reserved was on the water (think swamp) and was surrounded by cluttered seasonal sites with a lot of junk on them. The picnic table was falling apart and the fire ring was nearly submersed in water. The other campers did not seem friendly. We are reasonable, tolerant people, but we did not see the value in staying there at all. We left and went to Bay Lake Motorcoach Resort across the highway. That resort is SO MUCH BETTER!! We camped at LeLynn R.V. Resort in a Motorhome.

Checked in to a friendly welcoming staff, introduced to other members of staff as we were in office. Was given a map of the RV parks showed the sites available and price monthly for our stay and we could pick any we wanted. found a beautiful site across the road from lake nestled between 2 snowbird modular homes. RV sites along lake for class A only. beautiful views, nice pool , clean laundry rooms. The campground worker came by to make sure we didnt need anything then later the owner stop by to check on us. beautiful view of lake and sunsets. Quiet relaxing campground. haven't used laundry , pool nice. Small market store 2 miles from campground out in county setting not far from interstate We camped at LeLynn R.V. Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Overall Rating:

Staff is friendly and helpful. Resort is located in the country, and there are no stores too close. Fantasy of Flight is adjacent to the park, www.fantasyofflight.com. Sites are mostly backing, sites along lake are drive in for motor home. All sites have a concrete pad and patio. No WiFi or cable TV. Pool is large and very clean. This is a nice park to spend a night or a few months. We camped at LeLynn R.V. Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Stopped here for propane then stayed the night. Nice staff. Laundry uses pre-loaded key cards, so we couldn't use them. Most of the lots are approx 40' long, all back-in and approx 30' wide. Most of the resident are permanent. A little expensive for our tastes, especially since there is no cable nor a hot tub. We will probably look for someplace cheaper. We camped at LeLynn R.V. Resort in a Motorhome.
