Clean, quiet, level site. The only negative was the lady at the registration desk who didn't even say hello when I approached. She might have said 5 words throughout my whole transaction, and never offered a smile. She needs a course in customer interaction. We camped at Lazydays RV Campground in a Motorhome.

We stayed at Lazydays to break in our new camper. The very first night, we went outside to check on something. The next thing we knew, neither my husband nor myself had the keys, and the door was locked. We went to the security guard and he called maintenance. We were back in our RV in minutes. I am not sure that every campground could have done this for us. We are so grateful and thankful for their help. The campground was very quiet and clean. They pick up your trash all day long until 4pm. The laundry was very clean and air conditioned. I would definitely stay here again. It was an enjoyable stay. We camped at Lazydays RV Campground in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Be sure to eat at their restaurant named "Exit 10". The food was delicious and it is shaped like an RV. If you forget where it is, just get off on exit 10 on I4.

We have stayed here over the years. Good resort atmosphere, sites a bit tight for 41ft coach. Low limbs interfered with sat antenna. No road noise. Nice pool and rally facility. Restaurant was not open day we were there. We camped at Lazydays RV Campground in a Motorhome.

Spaces and tow vehicle parking is extremely tight. We felt safe but jaded in like sardines. Trees are close to your roof and drop stuff on your RV. Close to Tampa. A place to park & visit Tampa, nothing more. One would think Lazy Days could do better. We camped at Lazydays RV Campground in a Motorhome.

We stayed here to attend Strawberry Festival. Our first time. Paved site. Nice picnic table. Level. Screened pool great temperature. Exit 10 restaurant way too expensive for what you get. Food not up to par for a resort like this. Street we were on very narrow since tow vehicles park in front of your rig. Front desk extremely pleasant and welcoming. Did not use or see restrooms and showers. No restrictions on aggressive dog breeds. Great store on site of sales area. Would definitely come back. We camped at Lazydays RV Campground in a Motorhome.

Spaces are closer than we like but they usually are. There was grassy space between the sites. Our picnic bench needed an upgrade to the poly wood. Didn’t really even want to sit on it because it looked so bad. Plenty of space to walk the dogs. We would come back. We camped at Lazydays RV Campground in a Motorhome.

If you are going to eat in their restaurant be sure to bring your patience. Takes a long time to be served and to get your meal ( a salad and a sandwich).

I've been here 6 weeks now. Not a bad place, but overpriced for what you get. Staff is excellent. Sites are cramped and small. All sites are back in, and RVs are very close together back to back. Picnic table is 10 feet from neighbors dump area. Internet not good, sporadic at best. Not many activities so make your own fun. 3 restaurants and a bar are great. Screened in pool and hot tub are terrific, too. All in all, decent, and I would come back. Just one more thing, as Columbo would say---campers are constantly cutting through your site. I've never experienced such rude behavior in 30 years of camping. We camped at Lazydays RV Campground in a Travel Trailer.

We stayed here for 5 nights as part of a Florida Winnebago rally. The group stayed here last year as well. The park is clean and well-maintained. Most sites are mostly level with some leveling of your RV required. There is a large heated pool and adjacent clean bathrooms/showers. Considering the size of the park, there are very limited bathroom/shower facilities available. The rally center accommodated our group well and the in-park catered events were good. For those who have stayed here before - you should note that they no longer provide meal vouchers for use at the Lazy Days restaurant. We camped at Lazydays RV Campground in a Motorhome.

we stayed this time because we were attending an FCOC rally. We stayed is spot 282 which is not on of our preferred spots. The tree on the lot stopped us from opening our awning all the way. Water and power was fine but wifi was just ok. Pool, spa and Exit 10 restaurant was great as always. All sites are back in and paved. Our area was very tight, so tight we had to ask the neighbor to move his toad so we could leave. Vehicles park in front of the coach on the road. They used to provide breakfast and lunch but not anymore, guess you can get a free paper at the office but didn't take advantage of it. We camped at Lazydays RV Campground in a Motorhome.

This is our third year to stay at Lazy Day. It is a great facility and we always enjoy our time there and the surrounding local activities. We were a little disappointed that meals were not included this year. We felt this limited the amount of interaction with fellow campers and cut down on opportunities for the facility to be utilized. Our site was not as clean as in previous years and front desk was not as friendly or informative. We did not receive a packet of information on activities for the week and had to ask about meal tickets. We were more aware of these things due to our past experiences. We love staying at Lazy Days but there are some changes since our last visit. Lazy Days is now a publicly owned business. They no longer provide free breakfast or lunch at their "restaurant". The daily newspaper is still free but no longer delivered to everyone's site. You now have to go up to the newspaper box at the office. Still provide multi channel cable & easy access to over the air channels as you are very close to the broadcasting stations. Still provide WiFi. Nice pool. Exercise facilities. Cracker Barrel & Exit 10 restaurants on site. RV supply store & extensive repair & parts department as well as a large RV Sales department. Classes available also. Several dog parks, even a dog wash. Popular spot for rallies. Close to shopping & restaurants, Tampa & Brandon. Sites are small; room for your RV & park your tow in front of it. Even with the changes we still highly recommend it. We camped at Lazydays RV Campground in a Motorhome.

We have stayed at LD campground 2 years in a row b/c it is convenient to visiting Tampa family & friends. All sites are back in with a patio table & full hook ups. Several perimeter sites will accommodate our 45', Class A Entegra, however the site will only fit the RV. The tow has to be parked along side or in front of the motorhome. This makes for tight street traffic in some spots after sunset when most people return to the campground. During our 6 weeks, the staff was always friendly. Wifi is pretty good, not great. $2wash/$2dry at the Laundry. There are many rally groups in and out of the campground & Clubhouse, so sometimes the park is completely full. A RV wash service cruises through the campground daily & they are reasonable. The screened pool & spa are nice. The onsite restaurant, Exit 10, has reduced its hours and days. Nearby are 2 trucks stops, Cracker Barrel, Bob Evans and Lazy Days RV Superstore for service, sales, and accessories. Sites near the front of the campground get more highway noise than those sites toward the back of the campground. We camped at Lazydays RV Campground in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

The closest Walmart (in Seffner) is not all that nice, not a SuperCenter. The Publix grocery in the same plaza is pretty nice. You will have to go into Brandon for shopping & services, Costco, Sams, Walmart Supercenter, Home Depot, Target, and tons of restaurants. We highly recommend Roux on Macdill in south Tampa. Call for reservations. Wonderful Cajun food, oysters $1/ea for brunch. Excellent shrimp & grits, etc.

Overall Rating:

Stayed 5 days in a 43" motorhome to attend SEACA Rally. We've been here more than 12 times over the past 6 years for various rallies and events. Our site, #243, is a 45' back-in (all sites are back-in), FHU, level, paved with cable and Wifi. Utilities are located approx. mid coach and work well. Sites have grass, patio and picnic tables. Interior roads are paved and extra wide making it easy for big rigs to navigate. However tow vehicle parking is in front of your rig which means you car is parallel parked along the street. This can make it a little challenging to pull-in/pullout of your site with cars across from you but doable. Check-in parking is in front of office and gives you plenty of room to unhook your vehicle. Staff at check-in is always friendly and efficient. The office is next to the large screened heated pool, Rally Center and "Exit 10" restaurant providing Food and Bar service. Extra clean showers and bathrooms are located by pool and are accessed via keypad. Tennis courts, children's playground and dog park and dog wash are in the same area. Another dog park is at the other end of CG and you can find doggie bags throughout the park. Lazydays has a mobile wash & Wax service that comes around daily with reasonable prices. Our stay has always been enjoyable and we will return. We camped at Lazydays RV Campground in a Motorhome.

All sites are back-in. Ours was full hook-up with 50 amp. Cement pads; ours was not level. Sites are fairly small with barely enough room for rig and truck. Trucks had to be moved for neighbors to park and to leave. Grass and picnic table between RV's. Cable. Good wifi even though park was very full. Very nice pool and hot tub. Internal roads are Ok for big rigs but could use repaving. Great restaurant in park with wide variety of good food. Restaurant is modeled after an RV. Go early as it gets crowded. Would stay here again. We camped at Lazydays RV Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Don't miss the iconic Parksdale Farm Market - famous for their strawberries. Don't let long lines deter you; they move very fast and there is lots of seating. Lazy Days RV sales, service, and store is next door; a shuttle will take you there.

ROTTEN SMELLING WATER 1. Water smelled like smelly fish. Other RVers also commented on it. 2. OVERPRICED for the facility 3. Tree limbs too low - had to break off some just to get into our spot #19 4. Spot acclaimed to accommodate a 45', but barely fit our 43' Noticed the sewer cap was buried under overgrown grass. We barely connected to the sewer because our 43' coach couldn't back up far enough as there was a hill behind it. 5. No room for adequate parking for tow vehicle 6. Very unfriendly-face-feeding staff at check-in. No "thanks for staying" and when telling her my husband was 100% DISABLED VET...no "thank you for your service". DISRESPECTFUL! 7. Site barely long enough for my rig to connect to sewer as there is a hill behind to prevent backing up. 8. We asked to move to another site so we could use our satellite dish as a large tree was blocking the reception and told NO, even though many sites available at the time. There was something on pay-per- view my husband wanted to watch that night and their cable service did not access the PPV channel 9. NO pull throughs.
