Their wifi up onthe "hilltop" area was excellent. Most cell services had a 2 bar signal. Great place, they have a lake for swimming and a horse stable if you like to ride. Great family run business. It's good to have a apple or google map navigator as the roads getting to this wind around (beautiful drive) but having a NAV system will help you get to where you want to go without getting lost or wasting time. We camped at Trackrock Campground & Cabins in a Travel Trailer.

From the time we pulled in to the campground we knew we were going to love this place! We are a very outdoorsy kind of family so this place was perfect for us! Very quiet and serene. There's a beautiful lake for swimming, hiking trails, horse back riding, playgrounds, various outdoor games, and an indoor pool table and reading area. The campsites are pretty much in the woods, which we love, very private. No outdoor street lights, which again, we loved. The staff was very friendly, the showers very clean and roomy. We will be back A LOT! We absolutely love this campground! Highly recommend it! We camped at Trackrock Campground & Cabins in a Tent Trailer.

Tips for other Campers:

Make sure to bring boots if you plan to hike. It had just rained and the hiking trails were very muddy so we couldn't go very far at all. There's a nice coffee shop in town about 20 min away and various restaurants that were packed. We didn't get a chance to go to any this time but we will try them next time!

This is not my first visit to this campground. We have had mostly good experiences in the past. This time we recieved and email the night before telling us our site number had been changed. No reason was given. We we arrived they still would not give us a reason for the change. We were assigned a new spot #23. My original site was a pull through. The new site was a back in that required about 180 degree change in direction. I asked if I could have the pull through next to me #24. I was told no it was reserved. No one showed for this campsite until the day before we left. At that time (monday) the campground was 95% empty. I accepted the lack of explanation because all the campgrounds in the area were full. I love the scenery of the campground but we are committed to not returning in the future. I will miss the good parts of the campground but I vote with my pocket book. We camped at Trackrock Campground & Cabins in a Fifth Wheel.

We only need water and 30amp, so we decided to go for a tent site with our little tear drop. He's only 12ft but it was still tricky to get into the site. We looked at the RV sites on our way out and most of those look very difficult to back into, but there are a few pull thru's available. Loved this site near the creek, but water means bugs too, so be forewarned! All in all a nice campground and we will probably be back because of the proximity to Blairsville for festivals and such. They do have AWESOME playgrounds there for the kiddos! We camped at Trackrock Campground & Cabins in a Travel Trailer.

Tips for other Campers:

Nice distance to downtown Blairsville. We were there for the Highland Games, so we didn't spend much time at the campsite. The games are great! We enjoyed the Mexican restuarant recommended to us by the nice campground host at checkin and had breakfast at the Griddle Cafe & Deli on our way home. Excellent breakfast! We highly recommend it.

Restrooms and Showers were very clean. People at the office were always very nice and friendly. All interactions with campground employees was very positive. Only reason I did not give it a 10 was due to WiFi signal in lower campground area. AT&T cell phone is spotty at best. No Cable available and TV reception is non-existent without a satellite. We camped at Trackrock Campground & Cabins in a Travel Trailer.

Very nice campground with a lot of activities. Stayed over the Memorial Day weekend. Campground was full but did not feel crowded. Restrooms are very clean and well maintained. Stayed on site 19. Nice but located next to main road. We camped at Trackrock Campground & Cabins in a Travel Trailer.

Assigned to pull through sites "on the hilltop". When attempting to drive up hill grade almost buried our tow vehicle. Because of rain for a couple days the road was impassable but the staff was apparently unaware. Lots of trees and campground is hilly. Pulling our rig on narrow roads through the park was challenging. No ATT service and extremely limited Verizon. Little to no TV reception. We camped at Trackrock Campground & Cabins in a Fifth Wheel.

Bathrooms are consistently clean and well maintained. Office personnel are very nice and helpful. WiFi is spotty depending on where you are camped. There was no TV reception which wasn't a bad thing. Overall, very nice camping experience. We camped at Trackrock Campground & Cabins in a Travel Trailer.

Overall Rating:

A lovely setting with generally very clean grounds. It's indeed away from everything; mail takes two or three extra days and if there's Wi-Fi, we couldn't find it. Quiet hiking trails, but upper site roads are terribly dusty and rutted; your rig will bounce and bang around. The camp is not particularly well marked and if you are a big rig with tow, you will find hard, narrow turns. Do-able, but with caution and patience. We were treated a little snippily by a manager. Would probably stay again, but only because of dear friends in a near-by town. Recommended for families or couples wanting to really get away, but not for anyone for whom Wi-Fi business or family communication is important. We camped at Trackrock Campground & Cabins in a Motorhome.

What a wonderful campground! Sites are clean and fairly private. Most sites are wooded, all have fire rings. Some sites are unlevel, so pack your blocks. There are two nice playgrounds on site and horseback riding for an extra fee. Hayride on Saturday nights. Wi-Fi is very strong up at the main building, spotty through the rest of the park. Laundry facilities available too. We camped at Trackrock Campground & Cabins in a Travel Trailer.

This place is so peaceful. If you like the country and enjoy nature then this is the place for you. We enjoyed the quietness, and stillness that is offered. The tractor ride through the mountain side was so much fun. We have camped here just as a family and also as a church group and loved it everytime. They are a very family oriented group. Can't wait to go back. We camped at Trackrock Campground & Cabins in a Fifth Wheel.

We stayed in the highest area of the campground. We had a roomy shaded site. The staff was VERY helpful when we locked our keys in car. There was a very interesting Bladsmithing festival going on. Some of the family rode horses. We LOVE this campground. The little one loved the playgrounds. If the sites were paved I would have given this campground a 10. We will be back soon. This is a nice little campground. It has several loops to choose from. Most are shaded, with the exception of a few pull through sites. There is a small pond for fishing with a sandy beach area on one end. There is a play fort and some swings for the kids. There is also horse riding next door, if you're interested. Not much to do other than fish and just relax. Several miles to the nearest grocery store. Chatuge lake is also a few miles up the road. We camped at Trackrock Campground & Cabins in a Tent Trailer.
