9 RV Parks near Collins, Georgia
Apr 2008 - $20.00
A nice place if you just want to get away from it all. There are 6 well stocked, large ponds on grounds for great fishing. A bit out of the way near Reidsville, Georgia, but very quiet and secluded. New owners as of fall 2007, but they are very friendly and accommodating. They are working hard to make improvements, including a pool and wireless internet access at this time. Their rates are great, especially their monthly rate. You can leave your rig on a site or store it in a lot right behind the owners home. - Tom & JC
Jul 2018 - $20.00
Great family atmosphere. Owners are very friendly and very accommodating. The bath house was exceptional! Kayak and canoe rentals include a convenient shuttle for drop off and pick up. Will definitely be back! - Libby Bridges
Aug 2018 - $32.00
Very nice small state park, only 28 campsites. They have several new cabins that are also for rent. Check in is so easy now with the new state camping club system. We were on site 28 one of 4 full hook up sites, pull through, flat crushed gravel. This site and 27 are side by side pull through sites, like a buddy site. These sites would be close if both were occupied, no one on buddy site this time. This park has 18 hole Golf course so bring your clubs, open to public. Our site was near the road and entrance to golf course so traffic was steady but not bad. There is a water play area for kids, lots of picnic areas, very nice group shelter and meeting areas. Paddle, boats, Canoes, Kayaks and fishing lake. There is a putt-putt course for the kids as well. Not a lot to see locally, but we found several great local eateries that were 10 mins, close by. No host at camp during our stay. If you are looking to be a host this would be a great camp ground to be a host very small, and low crowds. Ga. State parks are great, we are trying to stay at all of them. Over halfway there. - RDM1980
Jan 2017 - $14.00
I stumbled upon this Georgia State Park just outside Reidsville. It's something of a quirky place, only 29 campsites, a real family recreation/picnic grounds with a miniature golf feature and an 18 hole golf course adjacent to the campground. It's a clean, quiet campground on a small pond. The host was affable, helpful and kept the grounds (i.e. bathrooms) clean. This would have been a full 5 star rating had there been a working washing machine! The low rate was a special 50% off discount they were running during January. - RonMill
Jun 2016 - $28.00
This park is quiet, clean and has so much for children to do, the splash pad was wonderful for our grand children, there are 2 really nice playgrounds and even a workout station, we have never seen anything like that in any of the other parks. We all enjoyed the putt putt golf and fishing in the lake. We will camp here again. - thejones357

Apr 2019 - $30.00
Rate based on weekly stay, site fairly level and long enough, wifi worked well, cable not bad, some fuzzy channels. All hookups worked well. Pull through sites surrounded by pine trees. laundry did not look good, 2 old washers, 2 dryers , 1 was not working. went into town to do ours. mostly quiet even though close to I-16.. Camp workers very friendly and helpful. - DBSnowbirds
Nov 2018 - $34.00

Nov 2018 - $37.00
Very friendly and accommodating owners.that live onsite. Brand new park with large level back in sites with lots of privacy in each one. Wooded areas between all sides of site, in fact we didn't have to close our back curtains because it was thick small pine trees. Nothing needed to level! Our 38 triple slide fit nicely with plenty of room for our Truck. Showers and sinks are being worked on but toilets and on site washer & dryer work fine and were checked daily for cleanliness. Well maintained trails For walking, fire pits provided, wood can be gathered from downed trees from around your site. We camped here for 5 nights, loved the quietness, antique stores in the nearby towns, 3 WalMarts and many restaurants in every direction most within 20 minutes (Metter, Statesboro, , Swainsboro, Lyons and Vidalia). Convenient to I-16 as well. We will definitely visit again! Attended a great Gospel sing at Southeast Technological! - TomLisa
Nov 2016 - $18.00
This is a no frills city park, with spacious pull through sites.
I was a bit worried about showing up without a reservation in November, but the park was mostly empty.
Pretty quiet, but some train noise in the evening (but it didn't wake us up at night).
3 bars of Verizon LTE (fast enough to stream).
We'll definitely stay here again if we pass through this part of GA. - Robert Lee
Nov 2016 - $18.00
This is a place to stay with full hook ups, 50Amp outlet only. This a no frills Park.
Sites are all pull thru, lots of tree, level packed gravel. - canyon453
Apr 2016 - $18.00
Can't rate the service because there isn't any. That being said, this is a well maintained self service park. Sites are huge and level. The electric is all 50 amp ...if we had paid attention to website we would have known that. Fortunately there is a walmart less than a mile down the road that sells adapters. Peaceful, close to town. Antenna picked up good tv. Would definitely stay here again if ever there was a reason to go back to Vidalia. - drewcher
Oct 2010 - $0.00
If you are a member of Harvest Hosts ($20/yr) you can boon dock here (and other Harvest Host places) for free for one night only. The owner of this vineyard was very friendly and accommodating. The road in is still dirt, but we made it easily in our 35' 5er. We parked in the big, surprisingly level, field. Very convenient to I-16. - melissabrvs
Aug 2019 - $36.00
Nice for an overnight stay. Layout of camp was clean and neat, but starved of trees. Quiet overnight - right off main street in Statesboro; but it was a city street. Pretty standard RV park w/ nothing unusual except the WIFI. The WIFI was OUTSTANDING ! Best I've seen in a couple of years. It was as good as working in your office on your desktop ! Wow ! - accordionman
Jul 2019 - $34.00
Very nice , small RV Park. A great find for an overnight stop. Called a few hours before arrival. Arrived after office closed. Site information and payment receipt were in late arrival bin. Phone reservation very quick. Easy access from the main road. Park roads are gravel, sites are grass. Site was full hookup with easy access to power pedestal, sewer and water. No issues with power pedestal. Water pressure very good. Plenty of room between sites. No road noise. Close to restaurants, shopping and fuel. Will stay in this park again whenever we are in the area. We stayed 1 night in a 32' 5th wheel with F350 tow vehicle. - Greg 62

Very level PT. Some tight corners but doable. Great price for full h/up. Easy in, easy out. Packed grass/gravel site. Great wifi. Cable TV. Great restaurant within walking distance - The Boiling Shrimp. - CSM Carolyn
