Basics: Roads are paved and smooth but a bit tight in some places. Sites are sand and gravel both depending on where you at. Sites are flat to kind of flat depending on where you are. All with water and Power: 50/30/20 amp is generally only in the loop next to the lake with a few other sites included. The other sites are 30/30/20. Note we were in site 30 and had to move because the 30 amp breaker kept tripping on one plug and had no power on there other. Bathrooms and showers were clean, with hot to warm water with OK pressure. No Wifi but Verizon phone and Mifi worked fine. Campground hosts were friendly as were rangers at the check in but they were pretty short on information about the park and the area. The CG is right on a lake and there's a hiking trail and boat ramp close by. There are playgrounds and a swim beach on the other side of the lake from the CG. The time of year we were here the place was very laid back and quiet and had none of the problems mentioned in previous post. Note I would have given it a higher rating but for the power problem. The host said he replaced one breaker and not the other one I was having problems with. I had checked the pedestal with a meter prior to plugging in and it had good voltage, ground, and polarity. We moved that morning and got a 50 amp site and had no problems with the power there. Our first site #30 was sand and grass and very level. Our second site was right on the lake and we had to put down 4.5" of lift on the front wheels to keep it in the optimal range for our air bag system. All but 7 sites are drive through and some are at some pretty steep grades from level. You can make non site specific reservations on the reservation site. All sites except the reserved handicap are on a 1st come basis. One dump station in the CG. We'd stay here again if we're in the area. - pumper9x9

This is a drop dead gorgeous state park directly on Lake Seminole; however, the campground could be a "campers gone wild" scenario. Have spent a considerable amount of time in our beautiful Georgia state parks, but have never seen such a blatant disregard for the normal rules in these campground. People with lakefront sites that have an RV, but no campers, with multiple tags on their posts. Apparently they are automatically renewed every 14 days somehow. They don't even bother to take down the old tags. Several sites with several cars, golf carts, trailers, boats, jet skis and whatever. There are 2 camp hosts; however, one had an "off duty" sign up the entire week we were here (maybe on vacation)? The other host drives around in their golf cart and that is pretty much the extent. Bathroom has not been cleaned since we arrived (shower floor covered in sand), toilet paper on the floors and counter tops not wiped down. There were a couple dogs running loose in the park and instead of trying to get to them they simply drove by and pointed at them. This shouldn't surprise me since I personally witnessed the female host allow her little dog to poop on our site and not clean it up. Not sure who is responsible for keeping things up to snuff at this particular park, but it is quite disappointing compared to the management we have experienced at all the others. And the shame is although it is a beautiful location not sure I would return since there is no sewer hook up and forced to use the bath house which really was gross. On the brighter side if you have a boat you can put it in the water and tie up and anchor right on the shore where you site is. Great for fishermen and other boaters. - Gomoho
May 2017 - $30.00
Spacious sites that are open to view from one end of the campground to the other. Bring a big fan to use outside with plenty of bug spray. Also a lot of ants. Nice connection to the Chattahoochee River from the small Lake Seminole. Majority of campers are fishermen and at least one had a very loud air-boat while we were there. - Appleknocker

Apr 2018 - $17.00
A nice campground located in the country. They have a small lake that is Emerald in color. The owner was very accommodating and led us to our spot. I appreciated that she moved us to a spot away from an upcoming party that night. She offered suggestions of things we could do in town. - rolling homeless
Jan 2017 - $17.00
Very difficult park to rate. The owners we met were wonderful, and could not have been more helpful or pleasant. The campground was in no way a resort. Out of the way? Absolutely. The sites were not state-park spacious, but big enough for awnings and slides. We came right after major rainfall and went into a second site after the first was too muddy for our 'big foot' to work, even after placing wood beneath the extensions. Why we weren't given the second site in the beginning is still a mystery to me. The place was not crowded. Locals seemed to gather at the park after dark, friends of the owners, and we all shared a large campfire. Enjoyable.
It's a simple place, nothing fancy (the bath house is a travel trailer at the end of the CG) and good for an overnight stop. Very laid back and comfortable because of the people, but should never be confused with a camping resort. Sites were dirt (mud due to rain) with all hook ups reasonably placed. Some sites were more level than others, but none seemed to present a problem. No patios, and our site didn't have a picnic table. We used our satellite TV with no problem. There is a restaurant owned by the CG owners on site, but it wasn't open. If we were hungry, however, he told us he would open it up! This place is, honestly, near very little of interest - Colquitt could be 'toured' in an hour, and that's about it. Would we stay here again? Maybe if we were in the area, but would not go out of our way. Very nice people, but we have been in many CGs with nicer facilities. The Passport America price, however, made it's cost very legit. Not really worth what the normal price would be. Have no idea at all why some of the ratings are so high - unless those posting have had very limited camping experiences at other CGs! Again, cannot say enough about the owners, but that alone does not rate above average for us. - pamhyatt1
Oct 2016 - $30.00
This is a very nice park and we enjoyed our stay while in the area to attend a production of Swamp Gravy at Cotton Hall in Colquitt, GA. The website said Complimentary WiFi of which did not work. That is an amenity that I look for when choosing an RV park. Even without WiFi I would stay at this park again. The owner was very nice and helpful and we were assigned a very nice lot on the lake. - frontrunner

Nov 2006 - $15.00
This is a city park, located just west of town on US27, do not turn on West St, that is the office address, just drive another 1/4 mile and its next to the Subway's. They have 7 full hook up paved sites and 3 pull thoughts at $15 per night and they also have about seven paved boon docking sites at $10 per night. There are no restrooms or showers. Walking or biking distance to the town square and restaurants. We will stay here again when in the area. 6 years of full timing. - wandering palms

148 West Street (US-27/SR-1) just west of downtown. Very new RV park connected to the city park. Easy access paved interior roads and sites. Self-pay honor system. Famous "Swamp Gravy" theater located east of downtown. - eaglessoc

Mar 2018 - $20.00
Excellent campground. I stayed here a year for my work in the area and had a great experience. The owners were super friendly and take great care of the campground. The lots are a nice size. Couldn't have asked for a better place. - MtnRover
Mar 2017 - $33.00
Interior roads and sites were gravel at one time. They have since had grass grow through the gravel so they are now grass with some gravel. Roads were mostly dirt; particularly the exit road. We had to be selective about site we parked on; some were not very level. Cable did not work at all even though it was supposed to be functional on the site we were on. Good location right across the road from a marina/park on the river. Located just outside Bainbridge where there is shopping, restaurants, etc. Could be a decent park if they would invest in some gravel on the sites and interior roads. It is an OK location to stop for the night or if you are desperate to be on the river for some fishing. - Phaeton_Owner
Oct 2016 - $33.00
This nice park was our port in the storm of Matthew. We were traveling from NC to Sarasota Florida and realized that we needed to get far west. We started calling around for a safe place and found Flint River RV Park. Very nice owner. Sites are very spacious. There was some road noise during the day, but it was quiet at night. Sparkling pool was a nice treat. We enjoyed our stay at this park and appreciated all the nice folks of Bainbridge Georgia who welcomed us evacuees. We would definitely return if in this area again. - Arizona Nancy

Nov 2016 - $25.00
Rustic older campground but large, lakefront, pull thru, grass sites with full hookups with cable. Some long term campers in another loop. We had the entire Red loop to ourselves. Great sunset views from the dock. Hidden gem! - gocamp30108
Oct 2012 - $30.00
Stopped at this park on the way to Florida. We had heard that there was great fishing there by a friend who lives nearby. The park is rustic, but the staff is very friendly. We went fishing (launched our friends boat off the ramp) and had a blast. Recommend this park to anyone who is a fishing fan! - WildBlueGC
May 2006 - $30.00
Being renovated, this is primarily a fishing resort located on Lake Seminole. Has great southern style restaurant, fishing supplies, boat ramp and guide service. The campground is rustic but clean and the people that run it are just great! They have kids fishing tournaments so if there is not a Bass tornament going on, this would make nice family place. We will be going back just for the chicken! - horsefolk

Jun 2018 - $8.00
This was our first visit to Three Rivers and it did not disappoint. The drive in was on paved roads through beautiful pine forests. The roads inside the campground were dirt and gravel and unfortunately suffered from all the rain we've been having, but we had no trouble negotiating them. Our site did slope a little to the right side, but we easily leveled our rig. We were able to get a decent satellite signal from our site, but that might not have been the case for other sites. The campground hosts were great...very friendly and helpful and they kept this little park in pristine condition! There is a boat launch dedicated to registered campers only and stakes driven into the bank along the lake to tie your boat to. I really wish we could have taken a boat! Several good hiking and biking trails and fishing from the pier on the lake. There are Piggly Wiggly and Dollar General stores in Sneads if you forget something. We saw lots of deer, raccoons, armadillos, birds and birds of prey. Oh and BTW, NO SWIMMING because Lake Seminole has LOTS of alligators. If you're looking for lots of entertainment in the surrounding area, you probably would not like this park as there's not a lot to do in nearby Sneads and Chattahoochee. If you want a quiet, serene place to camp, you can't do better than Three Rivers. - Deep South
Mar 2018 - $21.00
Driving into the park, through some really beautiful forest on a wide, grass lined, smooth asphalt road, I was impressed with this pretty park. Then I got to the campground and wanted to leave. The road through the campground was narrow consisting of sand, dirt, and pot holes. Many trees and branches encroaching in on the road makes maneuvering and getting into a site hairy. The site surface was made up of sand, dirt, and large rocks with none of them looking particularly level. Some sites would be tough to impossible to get a large rig parked in. If you have a big rig, or even anything larger than 30' and value your paint, I'd avoid this campground unless they do some major tree and brush trimming. It's a shame, because the park itself is very nice with many nice biking/hiking trails. Except for the campground, I could see really enjoying this park. We had decent AT&T data coverage with good Verizon signal. Due to heavy tree coverage, no satellite reception. - Jerry and Betsy
May 2017 - $12.00
Nice graveled/dirt sites with attractive trees. Many have lake views. We had plenty of room to park a 40 foot motor home at our site with toad parked in front. The campgrounds are hilly and difficult to bike over to the pavilions. There are a few walking trails that are not as hilly. Our site (6) had a lot of poison ivy on the trees and ground. - Breeze On

Loved this park! Peaceful and quite. The camp hosts were the best! My kids loved this place and the pets were in heaven. There is a park nearby and the town has cute little events in the summer. The roads to the park are newly paved. The pet area is very large and shaded. Everything was clean and in working condition. There's WiFi! Will be back again for sure! - Ajbrumley
Mar 2018 - $15.00
We stayed for 5 days and loved the park and the company. The camp Hosts were very friendly and helpful. They had a group gathering for a potluck one day. It got all the campers to come together and visit. This place has restrooms, showers and laundry but nothing activity wise. But there is a lot to do in the area. - DJ Darling
Sep 2017 - $15.00
This is not a campground. It is someone's backyard. There were no interior roads. 2 driveways. Mostly permanent trailers. If you are looking for a stay to just relax in your camper you will find it satisfactory. It has full h/u and wifi is good. Nothing to do at this place or around this place, unless you like to fish. We are bored out of our minds and can't wait for this 3 days to be over. I asked for a refund so I could move on, but was told no. This is just my opinion only and someone out there might like this but we didn't. - Mike & Gail

Feb 2019 - $24.00
We are currently STUCK here due to future reservations and a tight schedule. This is the 5th COE campground we have stayed in and quite frankly the WORST. Not much privacy between spots, very noisy and the BIG thing is, this place is full and they shut down one of the 2 restrooms, leaving the smaller of the two open to be used by 65 sites! This morning a guy had his dog with him in one of two stalls in the men's room! Never coming back! I would suggest calling ahead to see if both restroom facilities are open or plan on using your RV bathroom for the duration of your stay. - OnTheRoadFinally
Jul 2018 - $10.00
We came for an overnighter on the Fourth of July; friends of ours had been raving about this campground to us, so we decided to check it out. Very nice layout of the park, with several sites right down by the water. The park ranger was very helpful and recommended one of the pullthrough sites down by the lake. There are three loops, two on the water and one above; the park loops are on two separate levels requiring a climb of two moderately steep hills to get out of the park. Bathrooms were very well maintained although there is no a/c and there is a sign asking not to run the exhaust fan during May Fly season - May through September. - Maga04
