This is a basic RV park. Most are pull through sites. Full hook up. Good water pressure. Some shaded sites. Owner is a nice guy who we saw driving around the park performing maintenance duties. No formal check in just pull to site. Huge open area for running your dogs. There's a creek running behind the park though the water level was lo during our stay. Only a few antenna stations. No cable. WiFi was actually good. Great location near to Toccoa attractions. Bottom line, nice basic clean park, nothing fancy. We would stay here again. - amxpress
Aug 2018 - $15.00
Frustrated with the wifi questions in late 2018 the owners DISCONTINUED the Wifi service. else was a great value and service was great as well. - Rick Rowland
Jan 2018 - $20.00
Small park with mostly pull-thru sites for short timers. Long term residents are in a separate back-in section. Few full hook up sites but owners are undergoing improvements (adding sewer to more sites and adding another row of full hook up sites). Excellent wifi and we were able to position our rig to receive satellite. Sites are dirt covered with pine straw. Park is on a lovely creek with several small decks, and is fairly quiet. Easy access off road. We will return next month on our return north. - lovinretirement

A very nice RV park, but recently changes were made & it is only available to TFC Alumni and parents of current TFC students. Has water, sewer, & electric. Love visiting the 186' sheer drop falls! - Brenda37
Dec 2014 - $15.00
This is a very basic option and is intended for use by people with some association to Toccoa Falls College (parents of students, visitors, family and friends of college staff, etc). To book a site you have to call the college business office and pay by credit card over the phone. We stayed a couple of weeks over Christmas and New Years and were the only ones there. There are about 10 sites, all on a large gravel parking area. If the lot was full it would be a pretty tight fit. The gravel lot is backed by tall bamboo and is very near Toccoa Creek which is very nice to hear at night. When school is out, as it was when we were there, it is very quiet and private. I imagine it would be a lot busier when school is in session. There are no bathrooms/showers for campers. There are full hookups. - JPen365
Jun 2006 - $20.00
Great park for passing through. Can see the beautiful Toccoa Falls while on campus. Campground is located on the southeast end of a beautiful 1100-acre wooded campus. Sights are all gravel and level. Not much to look at, but the on-campus scenery is nice. Just call the college and make a reservation; pay at the guard-shack. We loved it! - dandagreer

This would be a quiet stay if you are willing to put up with the owner who is in the wrong business. When we called for a reservation for the night, we were told, quote "We do not want overnighters, there is a minimum 3 night stay, if you are planning on staying overnight don't come down our road as you will have to turn around". All this was said in a very unpleasant manner. This is an adult only park with no bath house and no amenities. There are so many more choices in this beautiful area of Georgia. - lkthaler

Oct 2019 - $36.00
We actually stayed in the park from May 4/19 to Oct. 7/19. So we were able to experience the heat of the summer and the fabulous July 4th celebration held on the Saturday before which was the 29th of June. The sites are rather close together with some sites having little space at all. My only gripe which was not really a gripe because it was good exercise, was the fact that I had to walk up the hill to get to the office for packages, to the laundry or for the dumpster. The park itself was always kept clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely return. - witchey1
Sep 2019 - $36.00
We stayed 6 nights in site 91, full hook-up pull-thru site, no road noise, a view of the fishing pond. Very nice, well kept campground. The sites around us are spacious. Conveniently filled up with propane when we arrived @ 3.00 a gallon. Towed motorcycle, great central locations for beautiful rides. Will stay here again. - fulltime rving
Jun 2019 - $45.00
Though we paid a deposit, got several confirmations of a specific pull through spot, and even was sent to the site when we arrived, it was filled. According to the office it was changed by the person who moved into it. They gave me his back in spot which I argued about and was told to take it up with him. Was highly upset and decided to leave. They refunded me the money I had paid. I wrote a scathing letter after seeking guidance and was told it was a breach of contract under these specific circumstances. Did not really want to file legal complaint so wrote a scathing letter. They called and left a message on my home phone that they were refunding my deposit. Now with that said, the park is nothing like the web page makes it look. It is a decent looking park, but we were mistreated by the staff, lied to by the staff, and told to get out when we got upset. We really wanted to stay there, and would have considered going back. But with their failure to make anything right by talking to me, sending a decent explanation, or even apologizing for their rudeness and treatment, we will not go back. - Chuck and Katie

The park was very clean and maintained. Will stay next time in the area. - tom riner
Oct 2007 - $13.00
The Depuity has moved. But I won't worry about security. The owner rides her golf cart around a lot. We stayed here 32 days/nights. Very quiet campground. The washers/dryers are a honor ayatem. Just put money in the box. The only complaint is the roads aren't made for big rigs and they have speed bumps. - Tallboy

Sep 2019 - $42.00
Nice campground however, we stayed in Site #9 which is probably on the shortlist of the most undesirable sites in the campground it was narrow and unlevel with a fire pit and picnic table in the far back corner behind the campsite there are nicer sites I just didn't have the fortune of staying in one. You have to haul all your trash to the only dumpster they have in the entire campground which is located in the far back corner of the campground again site #9 is over a 1/4 mile away and uphill. They really need more trash cans located in different sections of the campground I only saw one small trash can near the office my guess is if you don't have them it's not's someones job to have to empty them and put a new bag in. Good luck trying to get any over the air channels which they advertise no one I talked to staying there was able to pick any up. - EJS4029
Sep 2019 - $35.00
3rd year here with Forest River Owners Group rally. Staff is the best of any campground I have been in. The host and she makes sure you are taken care of. Campground has new wifi and is excellent. Cell service with Verizon is spotty. TV reception over the air was fair. We were able to pick up 15 stations. Campground is constantly making improvements and has added many 50 amp sites. Nice playground and pool. Separate tent area along the small stream. Our site, 25, was right next to the pavilion and the trees provided us with good shade after 1 pm. Price was with a group rate and I think a free night since we stayed 8 days. - wduff

The website shows sites on the water, well there are NO sites on the water, they took the picture over at the beach area and shows it as a campsite. We were very upset about the false information, had we known we would have never went. Learned a good lesson to always call campground and verify sites. Showers need some good cleaning from mold and mildew. - Bon2019
Apr 2019 - $20.00
Nice national forest campground. Our experience with the camp hosts was very positive as they helped us find a suitable site for our 31 ft. Fifth wheel. We had site 57 by the creek. Make sure follow the directions in the previous review coming in from Hwy 197 if pulling a trailer. We would definitely stay here again. - DCCamper
Aug 2016 - $18.00
Check in was easy. Nice mountain view. Very well maintained. Grass was cut, bushes trimmed. No trash laying around. Restrooms stocked well. Overall very neat appearance. Hiking trails and beach were great. No problem pulling in or out of spot. Close to town. I would stay again. - Josh-Paimemi-mone

We camped just down the road at the Tallulah Gorge State Park and drove past this campground in Oct. 2014 - Tallulah River Walk was closed - boarded up with a For Sale sign on it. I guess the previous reviewer's comment about it being in forclosure was correct. Their website is still online but that's probably because their hosting hasn't expired. - Buddy Ray
Mar 2014 - $35.00
This has to be the worst campground we ever stayed at. Narrow roads, rowdy campers, road noise, sites not maintained. Price was steep for what you get. From what I've read online the place is in foreclosure. Stay far away from this place. - shephard1
Oct 2013 - $10.00
Hard to find. Very hard to maneuver through park and back in your site. Narrow, steep roads with low-hanging tree branches. Restrooms were dirty and rundown. Workers are rude if you can find one. This was a nice place years ago. Now it is awful. Cannot believe it is still in business. There was a kid walking around with a gun shooting near our RV. - travel america
