Good location if you want to go to Callaway Gardens. Very little shade. Our site was a pull-thru, and like many pull-thru sites connected to a "road" that was one-way. Very strange layout. Driving out of the site the first day was fine but coming back in we parked behind our trailer rather than go the wrong way up the one way road. All in all, it's a fine family campground with a nice staff. We camped at Pine Mountain RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

The Dollar store is about 1/2 mile up the road. There's a small grocery store about a mile further. Make sure you visit the quaint town of Pine Mountain if you like antiques and unique shops.

Averaged $44 / night for water/electric 50 amp, sewer, cable, wifi. Level concrete pad. Campground is very open and without trees. Internet service was good and as we all know that is not always the case. Stayed here for Escapees Bootcamp. We camped at Pine Mountain RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Nice Park. Restrooms and laundry facilities clean but some AC for the warm days and actual heat for cold days would be nice. Friendly employees. Garbage pick up at site twice a day. We camped at Pine Mountain RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Would stay here again. Some sites do have nice unobstructed view of nearby lake. Park very convenient to local attractions such as Callaway Gardens, Little White House and a Safari Park. Town small but nice shops and friendly towns people.

After reading some of the comments that said ASK for your Good Sam discount, I did not and did NOT get it. I think for the price charged they need do so improvements to the roads, still have a lot of bare clay that needs grass. Some trees need limbs trimming to not hit your unit. Sites are nice but lack the pop for a "resort" listing. Have been staying here for over 17 years and lots of changes for the better but not being keep up to cost standards. We camped at Pine Mountain RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

Part of annual Bluebird Wanderlodge rally. Very nice park but no recycling, so no 5 stars. Very clean park, kept neat & tidy, friendly staff. Several premium sites, those up on the hill, have patios of pavers atop Georgia's red clay - our site & several others had few pavers, so lots of sticky red mud. Hopefully tose will be repaired before we're back next fall. We camped at Pine Mountain RV Resort in a Motorhome.

I have stayed in this campground many times for an overnighter on my way back from the Florida panhandle. Always stay in the newer section that has concrete pads but no real patio - just some stepping stones in the ground. I don't like that the pads have a curb on the left side. I always unhook my tow vehicle because I usually have to back up a bit to get on the pad correctly which is inconvenient. Also they have 2 sewer hookups but, unless I was staying longer and took out my additional sewer hoses, neither are do-able. I usually pull forward in the morning to dump. Wifi was good but the cable was fuzzy. Still it's good for overnight or a few days to visit Calloway Gardens. I don't like their non-refundable cancellation policy and never make a reservation until I'm on the road and know I'll be stopping. You can pay a higher price and get a refund if you have to cancel but that seems like gouging to me. I could understand this during high volume times but when I've been there the campground was pretty empty. Make sure you ask for Good Sam discount as it's not offered. We camped at Pine Mountain RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Do yourself a favor and have a meal at Eatz on the Corner. The food is all fresh, homemade and delicious. The best meal I have had in some time! It's a small place (only 9 indoor tables) but had no problem when we went for an early dinner around 4. Might get crowded otherwise.

Not enough characters to list my concerns about this "Resort". Be specific when making reservation, ask if special event requiring additional fees are scheduled, any limitations on use of facilities, mention any discount, they will not ask or give them at check-in, make them give you a receipt showing your discount. Ask if cable hookup works, ours never worked at all! Ask if the sand is vacuumed out of the pool and hot tub, has the pool deck been swept in the last few days, has the overgrown vegetation on the fence around the pool been removed. And, above all don't be offended when they don't seem concerned about your complaint. The answer I got was "we can't do that". This is not a Resort only a campground/RV Park. They need to pay attention to details and improve customer service. Buyer beware!! We camped at Pine Mountain RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Campground is corporate owned (or at least it appears to be) seemed like folks in the front office knew very little about camping. Everything is very expensive for a campground in the middle of no where. We stayed on site 189 which they sell as a lake view. The lake is on the property across the street. The pool is small compared to the number of site they have. The campground is clean and well maintained just expensive. Firewood was $10 for 7 pieces of firewood. We camped at Pine Mountain RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a beautiful, quiet campground. The trees at the sites are immature and don't offer a lot of shade at this point in time, but they are pretty. There aren't any organized activities, but there is a pool and a small playground. The roads are smooth and great for bike riding. I chose this campground because we planned to go to the Atlanta Aquarium, but it was much too far of a drive (80 minutes one way). My only complaint would be that there were a ton of flies each evening when we ate dinner, but if you eat later in the evening (after sunset), they aren't as bothersome. Wifi signal was strong, but I didn't use it because my T-mobile reception was great. There were some flat stones (flush with the ground) outside our camper that I considered a patio of sorts (they were pretty), and we had a very nice picnic table - it was square and all in one piece, made of composite material, and had four benches attached to it. We camped at Pine Mountain RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

Stayed here 21 - 24 June 2018, our 2nd stay. Lot 147 was in the " newer" section of the park but we had a very large shade tree. This was a pull thru end lot and very spacious. Little tight on the turn out when leaving due to a tree directly across the road. Resort at about 45% or so but very quiet. Lots of people at the pool (salt water) very well managed and maintained. Jacuzzi heater was inoperative. We will be staying here again. Did notice that the sewer connections at many lots were broken (including ours) and in need of repair. We camped at Pine Mountain RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

First visit in Class A 30 foot MH. There are two sections to this CG, the old and the new. The old features very narrow sites, some gravel, some concrete with lots of trees. Full hook-ups. The new section is growing its trees, all concrete pads and full hook-ups. There is a great swimming pool/hot tub facility. There is a playground for the kids. Reserved site 37 in the "old" section online. Upon arrival, we picked up our after hour package and drove to the site. In all fairness, the CG had seen a lot of rain this spring and a hard downpour just before we arrived. The site had newly delivered gravel and 6 to 8 inches worth. The surrounding ground was muddy, red Georgia clay. We made one attempt to enter the site and evaluate the set-up. The motorhome started to sink in the gravel and if the site was ever level, it wasn't anymore! We managed to get out without sinking any further which was a combo of mud covered by a lot of gravel that had never (or couldn't be) compacted. We availed ourselves to one of the sites in the "new" side listed for late, no reservation campers. The really disgusting part of the "service" aspect is this. We stopped at the office when leaving to check-out. When we explained the problem on site 37 and our move to the open 129, there was no apology for the conditions or failure to move us to an uncompromised site, just an admonishment for the "40" something lady behind the counter that the "new" side cost more. That really would not have been an issue, but it was the attitude that made it bad. We would stay here again, but would check in advance about conditions on the site we reserved and perhaps just go with the "new" side. We camped at Pine Mountain RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Park was nice and I am glad I upgraded to a concrete lot which included cable TV. What made it nice is the size of the lot. The older section is wooded and lots are small. Location was very convenient to Callaway Gardens. We camped at Pine Mountain RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Our site was in the middle of a large grassy field with only a few small trees for shade. There is a small lake on private property across the road that is pretty, but you have no access. The pool is nice and there is a playground for the kids. A separate section of the park is very wooded, but most of the campers there looked to be long-termers. There were also some tent sites under the tall pines. The trailer sites are newly paved and level, with convenient hook-ups. A stationary metal picnic table is at each site. Will be a great camp when the trees get tall enough to provide some much needed shade. The bath house was clean, but very HOT. A little pricey for the sites. Very convenient to Pine Mountain and Calloway Gardens. We camped at Pine Mountain RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

We arrived and checked in and then found our space that was occupied by another rig. We called the office 3 times and it always went to voicemail. We drove back down which is about a mile and they assigned us another space. We had excellent Dish satellite and Verizon internet. Very clean park and not crowded but imagine it is different in the summer. We would stay here again. We camped at Pine Mountain RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.
