Jan 2019 - $30.00
Nice place for an overnight on our way to FL. We have stayed here numerous times. Other than rates increasing every time we come, and non-level sites, it’s a good, small stopover. Close and easy access to I-75. - TN Gator
Sep 2018 - $30.00
This is our 3rd stay here for an overnight while traveling from GA to FL. It is an excellent value and easy to access to I-75. The owner/manager meets you where the sign says to stop to get site assignment. It is cash or check, and she'll escort you to your site. Our FHU, pull-through site was level. The cable & WiFi worked great, and we had good Verizon cell service. The CG is clean, and road noise is buffered by the CG next door that is directly next to I-75. No noise inside the RV with barely any outside: nothing to really notice. I peeked in the bathrooms and laundry room, and they appeared clean. There appear to be quite a few permanent residents here, but all were well kept and uncluttered. We will stay again when traveling. - Gayle E.
Aug 2018 - $30.00
50 amp, FHU pull-through site, cable, WIFI. Easy in/out. Check in was very easy and fast. This is a good stop for those traveling I-75 or US319. Some loud motorcycle noise from the Harley dealer almost immediately next door and there was a train that went by some distance away whose engineer really liked to blow his horn loud and long at 4 AM. A good place for an overnight stop but I couldn't recommend a lengthy stay here. Side by side hookups here but there was no one immediately next to us, if there were we would have almost touched slide out to slide out. - Bob & Stephanie

Nov 2018 - $30.00
Good place for an overnight when traveling on I-75. 13 spots are all pull-thru, gravel, and level side to side with sloping down back to front. We did not need our leveling jacks and did not need to disconnect our toad. Abpit 100 yards from I-75, so easy off and on. Definitely would stay again if just needed one night with power/water/sewer. Very friendly manager. - MkgBen
Oct 2018 - $30.00
Stayed one night on our way south. Called ahead and the friendly owner met us and showed us to our site. Interior roads dusty, site was gravel and level no need to disconnect. Utilities well placed and did not encounter any problems. Easy access off and onto I75 although a bit of road noise at night because you are so close. Restroom could have been a bit cleaner. Waffle King within walking distance across the street. Would probably try another place if in the area again. - 21fbrs
Sep 2018 - $30.00
Stop over for 1 night on our way home to Florida. Reasonable. Good access on and off of 75. - Boatmaiden

Oct 2018 - $35.00
Nice, wooded, campground with good walking area. We didn't use it but the pool looked clean and inviting. Spacious site with pecan trees. Friendly, helpful, staff. - lce3
Jul 2018 - $35.00
Only stayed one night during a trek north on I-75. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Sites were not very level, gravel and grass. Lots of gnats. This place was adequate but needs some updates. Will probably look for accommodations elsewhere on our next trip through. - Underlog
Jul 2018 - $35.00
An older park but service was good...workers pleasant. Site was long enough with 45' coach with tow and level although may not be true of all sites. Good place for an overnight stop. - Jmh510

Unfortunately they will no longer allow RV parking as of August 1, 2011. We called to make a reservation for August 2nd. - sheltiemom
Jun 2011 - $20.00
Great spot for an overnight stop on I-75. The sites are in the middle of a blacktop parking lot with full hookups. There is a pond, historic buildings, farm animals, and a museum on the grounds. Wi-Fi included. There was a little noise from I-75 but with the A/C on, it went unnoticed. E/Z on & off. - Michael47
May 2011 - $20.00
Other comments are right on the mark. This is a relatively inexpensive overnight parking lot with hookups. No shade, no picnic tables, no showers or rest rooms. Easy access from I-75. Some road noise but our AC drowned it out. - joez

Apr 2018 - $15.00
The main road in and out of park was rough. The campground hosts were very helpful in escorting us to our site. The owner checked on us the day we pulled out. All staff is very friendly and helpful. Water pressure was great. We seldom use campground restrooms and showers so we didn't miss the absence of same and, by the same token, don't travel with children so didn't miss absence of playground. We would definitely stay there again. - FunTimes123
Jul 2016 - $15.00
This is a no frills overnight stop campground. Huge flat grassy FHU sites. Roads are packed dirt. Owner is very friendly and helpful. The bath/shower house looked very rough/old/rundown. This is a stop for fully self contained rigs. Easy in and out. - camper19709
Mar 2014 - $17.00
Whilst somewhat rustic, and with little in the way of amenities, this park is fine for anyone who is self sufficient as most rigs are these days. The hosts are very helpful and the sites are large grassy level sites. All are pull through. The "roads" are just wheel tracks and somewhat bumpy, but as long as you take it slowly it is not a huge problem. - KiwiRVer

Nov 2018 - $30.00
Excellent park. Can't say enough about it. No sewage in Loop 1. All but 5 sites in Loop 2 have sewage. Dump station available. 12 sites in Loop 2 have 50 amp. Family and sports oriented. Staff and hosts are great. There are 7 hiking trails, .3 to 1.1 miles, and 1 water trail. The campground loops and road to the day area are great for biking and walking if you do not want to take to the nature trails. The park is up to date and well maintained with well laid out camp sites and huge day area. Bath houses and restrooms throughout the park are excellent. Small camp store and souvenir shop. Bike and kayak rentals. Not too far to Adel for major needs. We stayed here at Halloween. Displays at the campground and haunted houses at the day area. Fun weekend. The park has a monthly program agenda of interesting fun things. - GDoug
Jul 2018 - $38.00
Beautiful park with clean, spacious sites. It's a great park for children to ride bikes. Our grandson loves mini golf and they have a fun 18 hole course, but the ants were horrible and I mean horrible! (I did speak to a couple of the staff about this) We plan to stay again soon and hope that measures have been taken to help with the ants because we probably will play golf again. The lake is beautiful. Even though we didn't go boating, we did use the beach area once. Really wish it had a pool. My husband walked the trails and ended up with MANY redbugs, but he loves the woods and I'm sure he'd do it again. Just be sure to use bug spray. - Maimee
Jul 2018 - $30.00
We only stayed here one night on the way from Florida to Warm Springs Georgia. Wish we had more time to explore this park. Only about 6 miles from the interstate so it makes a great stop over. The only additional cost is $5 for parking fee since we are not Georgia residents. Big open spaces, no sewer but that is fine for one night. - aka4170

Lovely setting. Long and wide pull through sites. Gravel/grass. A few trees. Terraced/slopes sites but little leveling needed. Full 50 amp hookups. Nice pool. Clubhouse. T mobile strong. Satellite tv no problem. New owners they say. Hope it stays a Passport park. Great value. - Brujomar
Jan 2018 - $16.00
Entrance is not marked very well. There is a big board with small letters just before you get to the park directing RVs further ahead, so don't trust your GPS too much. Entry and interior roads are a bit rough. Sites are on a slope, so you WILL need to level. If you don't have a leveling system, you're leaning. Utilities worked well. Fair number of OTA channels. Wifi at the site was useless. Maybe it works well in the club house. No fenced dog area. A few long term residents were there. Some road noise inside the RV, but not a lot. Not sure I'd stay here again. - TH travelers

Sep 2018 - $30.00
This is not a destination vacation spot, but a great overnight stay. The sites are level, gravel and have water (good pressure), 30 and 50 amp service and sewer. The campground is basically a large lot with RV sites adjacent to the store and fireworks store. Easy access off of I-75 at exit 82. When coming on off of the exit, there is a gas station with diesel pumps at the designated truck lanes. Pull into the Carroll's entrance and when you get to the camping area, pick your spot. When you register at the store you will get a coupon for $10 off of a purchase. We bring our vacuum sealer with us and freeze our meat and throw it in the RV freezer. Dog walking is superb. We were not bothered by road noise on 75. - j&b
Jun 2018 - $30.00
Great overnight place, while passing through. Easy in and out. Will stop here again. - G_Hart
Apr 2018 - $30.00
Camping is in a large open field adjacent to I-75. Good spot for an overnight stay if some noise from the interstate can be tolerated or you can get a motorhome between you and the highway. Our spot was level. Gourmet products at the general store. Huge fireworks store next door. No problems with utilities but they are at the back of the sites. Not all sites have picnic tables but this is a "pick a spot then pay us" campground so look for what you want. - Mtmoi

We have stayed here several times, this time we were lucky enough to be there during Harvest Festival, vendors , music and the lake. The big thing was one night we had a hot air balloon "glow". The next day was lift off. They have improved the park, sewer repaired. roads repaired. We stayed here in a 40 foot MH.The pot holes in the road have been repaired, now a nice road. The sewer connections are now mostly at ground height with screw on tops instead of being left open. Grass is mowed and everything looks awesome. - walt662001
Feb 2018 - $30.00
The grounds were very nice. We did have a problem with the power connection, but got it worked out. The only real problem (and is why the low cleanliness score) was that bathroom/shower facility. The men's room toilet was clogged and over flowing(when we got there, and was the same the next day when we left),the shower was nasty, the shower curtain was moldy,no soap in the dispenser,no trash can to put the paper towels in. The ladies room shower curtain was laying in the floor (now shower curtain rod to hold it up) No soap in the dispenser, and no trash can. Both restrooms were very nasty and had not been cleaned in a while. Again, the grounds outside were very neatly kept. The RV sites were very easy to get into, and large enough (our rig is 46' long and had plenty of room. - CWO-3

Great city park, hidden gem. Only RV in the park on the water. Well maintained grounds; trees have been planted. Will provide great shade in a couple of years. - FOSJ

Mar 2007 - $20.00
Very flat location, showers were very clean, well-lighted, and restrooms were clean as well. No shaded spots available, a pretty bare-bones location, but very convenient for the arts and crafts show where we exhibit. Park close to the old buildings to avoid some street noise. And, be prepared to drive over a curb to get to the sites, we couldn't locate any other way to access the area. No hosts, no one on site to assist you. No picnic tables, fire rings, no amenities at all, pull in next to the poles, plug in to water and electricity, and that's all there is. No numbers, no markers, no site indicators. Wal-Mart is only a few miles away. Don't miss Bruster's Ice Cream in front of Wal-Mart - excellent ice cream. - DebbieT in Alabama
