Aug 2018 - $30.00
Price was reasonable. Close to the Interstate as the name would make you realized but the noise wasn't disturbing. The owner was nice and the bathrooms were clean. We stayed in the pull-through area with our travel trailer for one night/ However, the main reason why we are giving a poor is that we had an infestation of ants - all over the RV outside and inside after ONE night stay. Not fun to deal with this before leaving the next morning and the following day. Bring some ant killer product with you to avoid the ordeal of dealing with an infestation of ants like we did. We were staying one night and the outside of the RV was covered with ants the next morning and many were found inside as well. Took us 2 days to deal completely with these ants. - Isa L
Aug 2018 - $30.00
Our site required a 50 amp extention to reach power post; sand all around and easily tracked inside; no cable but reasonable over air reception. Does not appear to be well-maintained. Paid $30 for pull-through site.
Avoid if possible; if not possible check in with lowered expectations - Uwe
Jul 2018 - $30.00
This park appears to be mostly filled with perms and long-term residents, most of whom are male. Many of the trailers and RV's are old and in bad shape. But the worst part of our overnight stay was getting infested with hundreds (conservatively) of sugar ants. Our site was dirt and sand, but pretty level. Power was OK and WI-FI was pretty decent. The pedestal in our site appeared to be new. There is a cable TV hookup...but no cable . OTA was adequate. In a pinch, it's OK for an overnight stay but I wouldn't come back to this park. - dhaney1944

Stayed here overnight, nice facilities and friendly staff, easy access to I-75. - Papabee49

Easy on & off of I-75 south of Macon GA. Friendly family owned park. Exit 142 - gmajs
Oct 2017 - $37.00
These place is clean and convenient to the Perry Fairgrounds and Manssee Lane Gardens. Easy access from I 75, although the I did not use the facilities, they looked clean and well maintained from the exterior, and access to restrooms had a security code, which I think is good. I did notice noise from the highway, but for overnight stay,Very tolerable. Many of the other people I met who are full timers commented how quiet the place is, meaning neighbor's, not the highway. The owners keep the place meticulously clean, even making sure the pine cones are picked up. I think we stayed in the nicest site, number 15. Most of the others are packed in pretty close, and it looked like the majority of people there were full time residents, but everyone I met were friendly and gracious. My grandson, 3, enjoyed the playground, and my dogs enjoyed the open green space in the rear of the campground. - Doxie Mom

We signed in and the campground host suggested we park in the first 8-10 numbered sites since they consisted of gravel. We had heard of many unlevel sites at this park, so chose #4 as the most level. Our site was a back-in as were other sites we saw. Overall, we found the campground somewhat shabby. Our site and others nearby were full hookups; perhaps all are full. The electrical pedestal is shared between two sites, so one gets 30 amp and the other 50 amp (or 20 amp). Navigating to the park is best with a GPS as the routing is a little confusing. We stayed two nights so we could visit the aviation museum at Warner Robins AFB. The next time we find ourselves in Macon, we might try somewhere else. - Jay Rutherford
May 2018 - $20.00
Ck in at the camp Host unit, if no one there find a spot , set up and they will find you. Most sites I saw were not level. - Cdr Bob
Aug 2017 - $16.00
We stayed at Al Sihah Shriners' RV Park while visiting family in the area. The lots are grass. We had full hook ups. There is a section that is only water and power that they are upgrading with sewer now. This is a nice quiet park. The lots are spaced out very nicely. We will definitely use this park while visiting family or passing through. - Jumping Around

We are on the move north so only stayed 1 night. Easy off I-75. Quiet. DO NOT USE Google Maps. Follow the directions given on their web page. Pretty Georgia country side. Looks like they have winter visitors here and some permanent residents. The park is clean and the sites well kept. WiFi worked with 1 bar on our site. We use Verizon WiFi and got 4 bars. No cable TV. - M.Register
Apr 2017 - $28.00
We have traveled to this park every year for 4 years and we have seen great improvements. Clean areas, new bath house, friendly staff, and close to everything. They are close to everything and the staff was helpful in helping guide us in things going on in the area. Can't wait for our trip next year. - Traveling_Mom
Jun 2016 - $25.00
This was an overnight stay while traveling I-75. The owner is a very friendly man, but the campground is terrible. The road in is hard to find and in very poor condition. The sites are in very poor condition and are crumbling.
The electric service was reliable, the water is from the City of Macon so it is good. Being close to Macon, TV reception was excellent. - Crabman

Nov 2015 - $35.00
We stopped overnight.. The park is close to I75, close to Kroger fuel, restaurants and shopping.. The staff was friendly and there was plenty of room to maneuver our mh with toad into one of the many pull through sites.. Full hookup with cable and good cell service, AT&T.. Services worked good although I question the electric hookups, a lot didn't have covers and there were a lot of open holes for rain to be able to get into electric panels, they definitely need some work here.. Sites are close but level there are a lot of trees for shade and there are some permanent residents in the campground but it was quiet all night.. For an over niter this place is ok, we would stay here again.. - smoky40
Jan 2012 - $27.00
Very friendly, just an overnight stop. Electrical on site was poor, ground fault interrupter kept tripping. Can walk to Walmart or to eat, so no need to unhook. Nothing to excite you here; just a place to sleep. Some permanent residents, all friendly. Has a "pool," but have never seen it open. - nanapapi
Sep 2011 - $31.00
This was the last stop on my road trip home to Florida. Quick in and out from the interstate made this stop an easy choice. Nice people but if you don't like cats, don't go in the office. It wreaked of cat urine. Site was level and long though a bit narrow for my two slideouts. I had to be very careful when setting up. The water, sewer, and power were close to the back end of the pull-through so a bit of a stretch for all my cords. Nice grassy area for the puppies. There are several long term residences in this park that give it a very southern, hospitable atmosphere. Lots of stores, restaurants and a WalMart within walking distance so you don't have to unhook your rig! Big plus. - rvannie

Jan 2019 - $30.00
Sites very close together and shorter than advertised. Lots of noise in morning from live ins and PPA advertise's $20. dollars a night but we had to pay $30. Roads very narrow and with tight turns. Ok for a overnight stop. I doubt we will stop here again. - Bird-Freak
Oct 2018 - $25.00
Owners are very nice and helpful. Grounds need some attention. Sites are pretty unlevel. Lots of live in's with people in and out all night. 50 amp was added on after the original 30 amp and didn't have a breaker, just a small box with the receptacle. I believe 50 amp service is only on a few sites and is first come first serve. Close to the main road and interstate so it's not very quiet. Didn't feel as secure here as most campgrounds, but didn't have any problems. Don't think we'll be back. - Lostinfla
Aug 2018 - $37.00
Very nice RV Travel Park!
Owners are wonderful! They worked with us as our plans were a bit tentative when we made our reservations. No one could have been more understanding, helpful, gracious, or hospitable!
Sites are small, but tidy and grassy. Everything about this park is clean & inviting, even in Georgia’s August heat!
We will definitely come back to Crossroads when we are in the area. - Ricflo

We've stayed here once before headed back to Florida this time was a one nighter headed out of Florida. Just as please as our first visit easy on and off I 75. As close as it is not much highway noise. Didn't have reservations but found a pull through right away and pulled in. Paid in the morning before we left. - Meri S.
Jan 2019 - $40.00
Very nice place to stay for over night stop while traveling I-75, (looks like a nice place for long term stays too), close to the freeway. Quiet, very nice staff. Lots of shopping close by. Great Cable TV and WiFi. Big park, looks like they keep a bunch of sites close to the front/office for overnighters. - Tunnelman
Oct 2018 - $44.00
This is our 3rd time staying here when traveling to/from Florida. This is an excellent stopover, but we wouldn't hesitate to stay here longer if staying in the area. It's an easy on/off I-75. The park is well thought out with easy parking for check-in and easy navigation to the site. There are lots of trees for shade, but there isn't a problem with slides or awnings as the sites are wide. Our FHU, pull-thru was gravel and level. The WiFi & cable were very good, and we had good Verizon cell service. The park is large, so there's plenty of walking space. There is some interstate noise outside, but not inside the RV. We will definitely stay here again. - Gayle E.

Friendly staff at check in. Small crowded campground. Not many trees. Sites are unlevel. Some sites are on the water and had nice views. Paved roads nice for bike riding. Bathroom/showers were pretty nasty. Hot and dirty. They kept the doors open so full of bugs and cobwebs. Nice swim beach. Great place to kayak/canoe. Some sites can keep a boat/kayak/canoe at the site. Adequate for a 1 night stay while travelling. No camp store. - Jan Orlando
Jul 2018 - $25.00
Spacious, flat sites. Included fire ring and grill, and a lantern post. Great views of the lake from our site. Nice wall to dock a boat so it doesn't get beat up or muddy. Only complaint was the bath house. It was about 30 degrees hotter than outside and the water in the shower only has one control -- off/on. Once it heats up, the water is too hot to take a shower. Park ranger was very helpful when someone at office gave away our reserved site. He was able to get us another spot on the water and made sure we were satisfied before leaving. - RLBradley

Have stayed here several times this time of year. Quite, easy access, had a pull-thru site. Good Lake for kayaking, fishing, will return. - dmitch

Dec 2018 - $25.00
Spent 2 nights here on our way south. At this time of year, the park is lightly used, mostly by transients like us. We walked the interior roads of the park and had no traffic to contend with. The park facilities (pavilions, restrooms, entrance station, etc.) appear to date from the 1970s when the park was created. They are formed from one or more hexagonal modules with spaces between the poured concrete pillars filled in where exterior walls are needed. The roofs appear to be concrete, as well. It is worth walking through the park to see how this was done. Sites 40 - 45 have level concrete pads and are reserved for RVs with a 7 day limit. Many of the other sites have substantial front to back slopes that make leveling a motor home difficult. While the sites are on the side of the hill so that most have lake views, a unit on 45 blocks the lake view for 44 and a similar blockage occurs in the 40 - 43 group. - John McHugh
Nov 2018 - $25.00
Gem of a park! Close to everything but quiet and beautiful views of the lake. The park is sloped towards the lake so most sites have the lake view. We only stayed there for one night as we traveled South but we will be back for a longer visit. Staff was courteous and very helpful with suggestions on dining. - paulstravels
Oct 2018 - $25.00
Only stayed here two nights but if in the area would definitely stay here again. The park is very clean, with multiple campsites and other facilities (marina, beach, pavilion, picnic shelters, disc golf). The park is close to Macon, so there are lots of options if you need a city. The park is very quiet at night (at least while we were there) and there are lots of places to walk in the park, as well as bike. I imagine this may be a very different experience in the summer, but in the fall it was quite nice. - SandmannRV
