The owners and all their staff go out of their way to ensure you have a great stay. Ravenwood is a beautiful park that is well maintained with plenty of grass and trees. The park offers full and W&E hookups. They also have a very nice pool that is great for anyone, but especially nice for the kids. The dog park is fenced and large enough for numerous dogs. The location is just down the street from Silverwood Theme Park and the owner provides bus transportation several times a day to the park. We will be back again. We camped at Ravenwood RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

So many things to do, but especially check out Silverwood Theme Park. We also went on a cruise in Lake Coeur d'alene, had ice cream at the Panhandle in Sand Point and drove up to Priest Lake. We also enjoyed the Brig Museum at Farragut Park and lived visiting Bay View. Great 2 week stay.

They have not fixed up their bathrooms or received approval for them or the laundry, so porta potties at the end of every lane, other than that it is a beautiful treed site. Plenty busy with people going to Silverwood Amusement park. It looks like a great place to take the grandchildren as there is a pool, some asphalt to bike on and big grassy areas. There is a dog park and I couldn't hear the traffic. My only worry is that the price will go up when the full facilities are opened. We camped at Ravenwood RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

This is a great park in a great location. The park is quite new so everything is in good condition. Unfortunately the washrooms and laundry are not yet built. For us it didn't matter as we have both in our coach. The sites are a good size, but open with little shade so on a hot day, it was hot. There is a pool which we used most days. The staff are friendly and check in was easy. The roads are gravel and a bit dusty, but not too bad. The hook ups are well located, although many of the sites including ours didn't have sewer. The park is 20 minutes north of Coeur d'Alene which is worth exploring. SilverWood Amusement Park is a short distance away; a great place for the kids. Farragut State Park with a great beach is a 15 minute drive. We camped at Ravenwood RV Resort in a Motorhome.

This is the second year in a row that my family has stayed here as part of our annual Silverwood trip. The staff is very friendly and accomodating. They even took our garbage for us! We will come back again next year. The only thing that would make this campground better is showers. They said that they are working on it. We camped at Ravenwood RV Resort in a Tent Trailer.

GREAT place to stay to take the grandkids to Silverwood! The sites were beautiful and spacious. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They do everything to make your stay enjoyable. The pool was beautifully maintained. We would absolutely stay here again. My only complaint is that we couldn't get a site with sewer (they are awaiting final inspection) but that was fine for the three nights we were there. Can't recommend it enough! We camped at Ravenwood RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Overall Rating:

This is a beautiful brand new RV campground just a few miles from the Silverwood Amusement Park. Very easy entry. Beautiful office/store at entry. Very friendly folks escort you to your campsite and make sure everything is good for you. Level sites w/ full hookups and nice amenities like a pool, basketball, volleyball and a free shuttle to the park! When they complete the new restrooms/ showers it'll be perfect! We would definitely return. So much to do in Coeur d'Alene and surrounding area! We camped at Ravenwood RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

We enjoyed a very fun family horseback trail ride at Bridle Path Quarter Horses in nearby Hayden. Highly recommend them. Also, there's a neat little radio control flying club just up the road from the RV park. We had fun watching one of their events on Saturday morning!

Excellent stay. Cannnot say enough about the service and friendliness of the staff. We lost a fender on the way from Oregon. Asked the owner for a recommendation for getting it repaired. Instead of just recommending someone and sending us on our way he took care of getting it done for us while we enjoyed our 2 days at Silverwood. HUGE STRESS OFF OF OUR SHOULDERS! Really nice park. Recommend it highly! We camped at Ravenwood RV Resort in a Motorhome.

This campground just keeps getting better. Sites are spacious with nice grassy areas and picnic tables. Lots to do at the campground: swim, play volleyball or basketball. Take the free trolley to Silverwood Adventure Park. Staff is very helpful and friendly. We camped at Ravenwood RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

The park is big rig friendly, easy in/out. They have a beautiful entrance way and office building. We arrived with a reservation for one night only, but the staff were friendly and helpful in finding us a site for two nights so that we wouldn't have to relocate during our two night stay. The previous reviewer mentioned paved interior roads, but the interior roads are not paved. The entrance way and a short distance past the office are paved. There are speed bumps on the main interior road that is between the pull-through sites with full hookups (there's one row of full hook ups) and the sites with electric/water only (the majority of sites). There is a dump station available. Sites are on gravel. There are sprinklers that come on during the night. There is a picnic table on a grass area at each site. There are no fire pits or grills, and the rules state "no wood-burning campfires". There are no restrooms or showers for the 2016 season. Pool was clean and clear. Sites are at an angle with a grass area between each site. Hookups were close to center of sites. Other than the RV park at Silverwood Theme Park, this is the next closest RV park to Silverwood Theme Park. There were lots of families and children. There isn't a lot of space to walk pets other than on the gravel roads. Our Verizon cell and data worked well. We would stay again if passing through the area. We camped at Ravenwood RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

This RV park is on Pope Road, although our GPS referred to Pope Road as US 95. (Pope Road is the old US 95, and the new and old US 95 run parallel for a distance). Also, if you're traveling north on US 95 and your GPS instructs you to turn right on Garwood Road, that works. Just after turning right onto Garwood, you'll make a left onto Pope and proceed several miles to the RV park, which will be on the right.

Silverwood Theme Park nearby. Closest major shopping is in Hayden, a few miles south. There's a large farmer's market in Hayden on Saturdays, at least during the 2016 season.

This is a pretty new Resort. The entrance is paved & the office is beautiful. Gravel roads inside, along with gravel sites with grass in between. There weren't many other people here, but it seemed like there was good spacing between sites. Shaded by pine trees. There are back in & pull through sites. Standard is w&e, deluxe is FHU. Has 30 & 50 Amp. WiFi, pool, laundry & bathroom. Some sites need leveling. We camped at Ravenwood RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Overall Rating:

A brand new park just east of Athol, Idaho. Good location, easy access, friendly staff, good elbow room. Will probably be a 9 or 10 in a few years as they work out the kinks.

Currently paved entrance and interior roads with gravel sites. Decent WiFi, long pull throughs for larger rigs and shortish backins for class B and class C rigs. Decent amount of space between rigs.

Has a good basketball court and nice swimming pool.

Easy access to resort and sites themselves. Some trees but cut high enough to not interfere with most sites.

Very nice looking facility which will get even better with age.

We'd return again. We camped at Ravenwood RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Close to good restaurants. Nearby Silverwood Resort is great for kids.

Close to Blanchard (golf and pickleball resort) and nearby Coeur d'Alene, Idaho.

Take the tram in the park to the Silverwood resort, or take a Zipline tour in nearby Coeur d'Alene.
