After boondocking a couple of nights to get here (Kellog and Butte) we found this park to be a nice option to visit Craters of the Moon (1 hour and 1/2 away)- It's location is perfect to explore Idaho Falls and then move onto Yellowstone or Jackson- (not quit walking distance to down town). The sites are easy access and they have a wide selection of services with different prices to meet a great deal of needs. OTA channels worked well, clear view for sat and Verizon was spot on. Pool is small but clean and a hot tub. We had a pull thru that was very large and easy to access with only electric and water. Easy into the park with a convenient rear exit. We camped at Snake River RV Park & Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

We came in with no reservations. End of summer on a Sunday so thought we wouldn’t have trouble. Unfortunately there were no full hookups but we did get a power and water one. I read here where we should go see the falls and asked the gal if it was close. She assured us it was. I was expecting a 2 mile walk but by the time we were done I believe it was more like 4. The walk to the river walk was a bit dicey walking along the road and under the overpass with three dogs but we made it. If you plan on walking after sunset know that the lighting is poor so bring a flashlight. With that all said....I have no regrets just wish I was more prepared. We camped at Snake River RV Park & Campground in a Motorhome.

Staff very nice. Sites are arranged strangely. We had a nice site with large grass area. Our sewer hookup was almost under the steps of the Rv behind us. We were a little concerned about maneuvering our big rig out the exit...tight interior turns with a lot of obstacles. We camped at Snake River RV Park & Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Staff were very polite at check in. The park wasn't full so we were spaced out. It could be tight when it's full. Lots of green and trees and 2 small dog off leash areas. It's close to busy roads but quiet. Good WiFi. We camped at Snake River RV Park & Campground in a Motorhome.

This RV park is misnamed. It is beside the Snake River (I think) but there is zero access. You have to drive to it about 1/2 mile. There is a nice river walk and views to see the falls when you get there. We tried to walk to the river alongside the road but we couldn't safely do it. If you drive, there is no RV parking down by the river walk, just car parking that we could see. Far too expensive for this old KOA. We camped at Snake River RV Park & Campground in a Motorhome.

I stayed here driving from Colorado to Bozeman. I was told I was lucky to get in on short notice. The place is very nice. Good facilities and showers. Nice pool. I wish I had more time there. The pamphlet they provide is a nice guide to so many activities in the area. I will stay here again and stay longer. We camped at Snake River RV Park & Campground in a Motorhome.

Very handy to highways for day trips. Sewer hookup is at the back, so good for trailers and not so much for motorhomes. Well maintained and offered an inexpensive pancake breakfast each day to help those moving on quickly. Staff were helpful and friendly, the grounds were well cared for. WiFi was sporadic and Verizon worked well. We camped at Snake River RV Park & Campground in a Motorhome.

because of previous reviews, we were sure to schedule our arrival after 1:00. Check in went smoothly. We consider $53 for one night on a gravel site with a shared grassy area very high. If we have to stay here again we will try to get a site on the other side of the park. There was a full time resident in row "L" directly across from our site that had two German Shepherd dogs that barked when she was gone or when anyone walked by. Avoid that area. We camped at Snake River RV Park & Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Great service and location. If you are traveling with friends, be sure to tell them when you reserve. They have pull through sites where one rig faces out, the other in, with common space for tables, etc. Lots of trees/shade, level sites, small pool and nice playground. Pancake breakfast every morning - all you can eat for $3. Easy on/off 15 and 20. Only drawback for us was a biker bar close by, lots of motorcycle noise - but that will not stop us from staying again. We camped at Snake River RV Park & Campground in a Motorhome.

This is a good campground for a short stay. It is easy to access from I-15 and has gravel roads and pads. There is a small grass area between sites, which are fairly close together. It was windy when we were there, so it was a bit dusty. Our site was long enough for our coach and tow car, but it was not very wide. It also had a table and fire pit. There was a large tree, but we had no satellite issues. The utilities were well-positioned for our coach. We would consider staying here again if we are in the area. We camped at Snake River RV Park & Campground in a Motorhome.

We checked the reviews on two campgrounds in Idaho Falls prior to our arrival and decided not to stay here due to the negative review. Fortunately, our first choice of the campground in the middle of town didn't work out since they didn't have any available spaces. So, we backtracked to this campground and were PLEASANTLY surprised to find that this was a much better campground than we expected. The campground and facilities are clean and well-maintained. The park has a mixture of drop-in campers and people who live here full-time. All of the full-timers have nicely maintained sites. The staff is very friendly and the groundskeeper helped us out with a small problem we had with the water hookup. We stayed here for four nights and enjoyed every one of them. We will definitely stay here again. We camped at Snake River RV Park & Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

I can't say enough about the assistance provided by the front desk as we limped into the park with our 40" fifth wheel and a truck needing to be serviced at Ford. They quickly accommodated us with a spot prior to check-in time and were quite flexible with our reservation since we did not know when the truck would be prepared. On the last day, they even accommodated a late check out. The spot we had was an easy pull-through with full hook ups. The spots were reasonably wide. The front door of our camper faced the front door of the camper beside us. Fortunately we had lovely neighbors but we heard everything from their camper (conversations, TV, etc.). It appears that this park is mostly used for one night travelers and it is easy to get to from the interstate and major highways. A little expensive for an overnight spot, but the location is outstanding. We camped at Snake River RV Park & Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Gravel sites with grass between. Some of the pull thru used the buddy set up so that meant that you are very close to the neighbors on your hookup side. There's construction of new sites with pads at the back of the park. Each site had a picnic table with tablecloth and a fire pit.Laundry was two buildings with ample machines at $1.25/load.
