The park was nice enough, but there were MANY permanent residents. The place looked a bit trashy with all of the modifications, insulation, and other junk that people had on their permanent spots. The entrance area was reasonably nice, but the rest was not. We got lucky in that we weren't in the part of the park that was closest to the highway, but I could see someone being VERY upset if they got unlucky and had to deal with the loud road noise at the wrong end of the park. It was fairly close Coeur d'Alene, and not too far from Spokane either. The spot itself had these odd curbs that made parking a bit difficult despite the fact that it was a pull through and should have otherwise been much easier. The staff was pleasant. AT&T and wifi service were both good. We camped at Coeur D'Alene RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Stick to Coeur d'Alene, as Spokane wasn't very nice. We went to the highly touted Casper Fry, but came away unimpressed. The area has some good beer though!

Great Staff, they work with me when I had my truck beak down in Sandpoint. I was not able to move my rig to meet the departure date. They let me stay until my truck was fixed. We camped at Coeur D'Alene RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Overall Rating:

This park uses the term "resort" which it definitely is not! There are many "homesteaders" here with rigs that are at least 20+ years old and in terrible condition. Many are skirted with giant propane tanks, wooden stairs, etc. It looks much more like a modified trailer park or a work camp. Bathrooms have plenty of space with a private shower area(locking door); however, they are not maintained well and the shower stall and curtain were both dingy from lack of cleaning. Staff was friendly but very unprofessional(young receptionist with feet propped up on desk) at check in desk. Dumpster top was broken into as well. Just not an appealing park---much less an rv resort. Don't believe this is a resort, it is just an average rv park with many homesteaders and dumpy rigs. Overpriced for what you get. Not recommended. We camped at Coeur D'Alene RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Very clean park with paved roads and RV pads. This is a very large park with many full-timers. Everything worked well as far as the utilities. We would stay here again if it were an over night stop. We camped at Coeur D'Alene RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

I am giving this an 8 because it had everything we needed, was clean, quiet and convenient to the interstate. I am not sure it was an RV 'Resort' but it was a step above average with nice facilities. Access was easy in and out. We were there one night as we traveled through and they gave us a very convenient pull-thru site in the first row next to the office. This made it even easier to get in and out. We camped at Coeur D'Alene RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

This is kind of a RV subdivision. Lots of long term. That being said it's actually a nice place. Lots of amenities. We did an overnight there. Our spot had a concrete patio and a nice shade tree. For an extra $5.00 you can wash your rig, which came in handy after going through a lot of rain the previous days. A little road noise but quiets down later in the evening. Walmart close by if needing to restock. We would stay again if in the area. We camped at Coeur D'Alene RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

This is NOT a RV resort, mostly local and permanent trailers. Small sites, no escort to site, trash pickup etc. Paid same amount at other parks and got spoiled. Won't go back again. We camped at Coeur D'Alene RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Originally paid for four nights and explained that we might extend, which we did after two days for an additional 5 days. There is no weekly rate since we did not request it when initially arriving. Were told that they could not change it to weekly even though it was 9 consecutive days. Not good business and we could not get a refund for any reason on the full time when we realised that there was no week allowance. The wifi is good from 9am until noon and otherwise is ultra slow. There are many long term people. Seems like the park is gradually on the decline as far as upkeep, but just our opinion. It is not on our list for a future stay. Close to many parks in Post Falls and also state parks. Spokane, WA is only 30 miles and Coeur d'Alene is 4 miles.

This is by far one of the best RV parks we have stayed at. The staff is amazing. They work very hard to keep a clean safe park. The indoor pool and hot tub are great for the kids and the playground has been recently updated. Showers and bathrooms are very clean and safe feeling. The clubhouse is great to hang out and socialize. Small store with drinks and snacks. The park is close to restaurants and stores and easy to access from the freeway. Since we needed to stay 6 months for my work, we were able to bring in our own internet through Time Warner. About half the park is monthly residents, but the sites are all well maintained and clean. Satellite reception was very good. Roads are paved with a patio at each site and a picnic table. Sites are plenty wide enough for our 40 foot fifth with 4 slides and our truck and jeep. We will definitely be back next time we are in the area. We camped at Coeur D'Alene RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Lots of permanent folks with tacky RV's. Could be a great park if they mowed the lawns on a regularly and trimmed the site trees. Street lights out, and water leaks at the hook ups. Back in sites a little tight. People around us that come here year after year said the park is not as nice as it use to be. I hope they turn this place around, great location. This place sucks. First off, they put us in a pull-through that there was no way we could turn the corner and get into the site. When we did arrive, there were vehicles in our site so we could not get in. Once that was taken care of, their Wi-Fi is nonexistent. I could never log on to anything and ended up using my phone data. I would never come back here again. It's also noisy as heck, as it is right off of I-90. It's back to another park when we come this way. We camped at Coeur D'Alene RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Nice clean park, a bit tight for big rigs, it is an older park and just has not kept up with the ever growing rv sizes, the electricity was stable, but the water pressure is high and you are advised of this by the park management, it is a bit noisy from the nearby interstate but not uncomfortable, just a steady background noise type thing. I can't say enough good about this place! It's everything an RV park should be.

Even with the place full, it didn't feel cramped.

They have a fenced dog run so our dogs could be off leash. Big bonus!!

The sites are wide and long. We have a 40' 5th wheel trailer and tow w/ a 1 ton long-bed pickup. There was plenty of room to park in front of or behind the trailer.

We would definitely stay here again! We camped at Coeur D'Alene RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

This place didn't really strike me as a "resort." Staying here for two nights in early March and the place looks like it is 95% permanent residents. They have a nice clubhouse/office and we were greeted warmly and checked in quickly. The park is right next to Interstate 90 so there is lots of traffic noise. Many workers coming and going at all hours. Located right in town so it is close to everything. Walmart is right next door! We camped at Coeur D'Alene RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.
