When we arrived it looked like a very nice park. We had a pull thru very tight to get into. Once we were settled everything was fine. 50 amps water cable, but the sewer was at the very end of the site. My 25 ft Sewer hose almost didn't fitn sewer hose almost didn't fit. We walked around the park, what a disappointment. It appeared that the park was mainly live aboards. Most of the spaces were cluttered with cars, propane bottles, insulation, taped on to the RVs. I would not recommend this park anyone. We camped at Coeur D'Alene RV Resort in a Motorhome.

We have been here a couple times in the past and have been satisfied with this park. As others have noted, the park keeps becoming more and more full of extended stay customers. Unlike others, however, we do not consider these customers a problem except for making it more difficult to get a site. We were able to get a level, back in, FHU site with cable TV that was also satellite friendly. I am not a big fan of indoor pools, but this one looked nice. The bath and laundry facilities were clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. I did not see any recycling. We camped at Coeur D'Alene RV Resort in a Motorhome.

This park is close to the highway. However you feel as if you are in the middle of a subdivision. May have been out in the open at one time but is very built up around the park now. Very tight getting in and out. Sights are tight with a lot if full timers with very unsightly lots. Needs serious cleanup. On the up side, everyone is very friendly and the office and pool is very nice. We camped at Coeur D'Alene RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

Nice RV Park in a business district of Post Falls. Close to I-90 and Coeur D'Alene is just one exit east. Walmart is just 1/4 mile or less down the road. Nothing scenic about the park. Feels like camping in a subdivision. Some road noise from road along side park, but not horrible. Becomes less and less busy in evening hours. Clubhouse/office was spacious and had a nice lounge area and indoor pool. Sites are level and gravel with a spacious cement patio. One or two trees on each site provide shade. Bathhouse and laundry in office and another bathhouse/laundry on opposite end of park. (Washers and dryers each $2/load) Check in area had three pull-through parking spots with roof covering. Cable TV with 70 channels--everything but the Mayweather pay-for-view fight! We camped at Coeur D'Alene RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Stayed here 25 years ago. Really enjoyed it then. But now mostly full-timers or seasonal people living there. Sites. very close to each other very tight turns for 40 ft motorhome. The entrance barely accommodated my motorhome with my satellite almost touching the beams. Cars and trucks were parked in all the other stalls not even rvers. Will never return to this park to stay again. We camped at Coeur D'Alene RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Stayed an overnight. Was able to get a pull through and didn't have to unhook if we didn't need to. Nice and clean park. All amenities worked well. Had 50 amp. Shopping was nearby. Very friendly residents. Clean sites. We would stay again. We camped at Coeur D'Alene RV Resort in a Motorhome.

This presents itself as a TV "Resort". Check in was fast and easy. It has decent room between sites, plenty of shade. Our site was shorted a table. The laundry had broken machines. An employee summoned by another guest came in, pointed out several machines that he knew were broken, but didn't label them or provide any help, and just left. Sewer is at the back of the sites and difficult to reach even with a 20' hose. Internet was slow and dropped out a lot. There were a full-timers with ugly bags of stuff and ugly insulation panels around their rigs. Their is swimming available, a dirty tennis court and large field on the west. It is near a bunch of shopping and restaurant options. It's OK, but I was disappointed that it didn't seem to live up to its hype. We camped at Coeur D'Alene RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Easy access from the Interstate highway at exit 7. In town and convenient to Walmart and other stores. Hook ups were good, great water pressure and stable electric. Level lots, fairly close together and interior roads are narrow in places. Would stay again if in the area. We camped at Coeur D'Alene RV Resort in a Motorhome.

First the positives: showers were clean with plenty of hot water, good paved roads, convenient location. Now the negatives: the wifi is an absolute joke! When we were here last fall they said they were installing a new system to address the problem. If they did get a new system they should get their money back! Very early in the morning you can get very slow internet and then nothing later in the day. When I asked staff about it they lamely responded that they were having temporary problems with the system. I was there 11 days, not my idea of temporary. When we first arrived there were two dryers and four washers that were not working, you guessed it, 11 days later still not working! My wife happened to notice that the dryer vents were all plugged up with lint, apparently routine maintenance is not a big issue here. We have been staying at this park for about four years, we won't be back. The overall condition has been on the decline for sometime. The park is currently about 65% full timers as evidenced by all the old refrigerators, furniture and other debris scattered around. There was a guy across from us who actually built a room addition onto his RV while we were there. In addition to all the junk, there is a big issue with full timers parking their numerous cars in the road making it very difficult to get by in a big rig. If you're going to the CDA area I would recommend staying elsewhere We camped at Coeur D'Alene RV Resort in a Motorhome.

We spent 3 nights here, so we could explore the area. Nice park. The sites are a bit snug (the gravel parking area), but well kept. Good utility placement, nice pool/hot tub. The ladies at the desk were delightful. We camped at Coeur D'Alene RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Lots to see and do in the area. Lakes Coeur d' Alene and Pend Oreille are within an easy drive and very scenic. Good shopping and plenty of restaurant choices. For those who like it, there is a Walmart a few blocks from the park. We would definitely stay here again.

Gated park with decent size gravel sites with cement pad. Very clean park close to I-90. We were away from from I-90, so road noise was not much of a problem. Only stayed 2 days and did not use any of the amenities. Close to shopping and some restaurants. Sewer and Electric were fine. High water pressure / make sure you have a regulator. WIFI was pretty much worthless. Needed to use Verizon MIFI most of the time. We camped at Coeur D'Alene RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Post Falls Dam. Just a dam over the falls. OK park with signage about the history of Post Falls.

Treaty Rock. Small park with short paved trails to the rock. Hard to read because of protective cover over writing.

Kinda level site. Had to use my leveling blocks though. Internet was a joke. Cable was good. 2/3 of the park was perms who boarded up their aprons with Styrofoam, plywood, and duct tape. Very tacky, but the area is safe. Definitely NOT the 4 star rating we saw! We camped at Coeur D'Alene RV Resort in a Motorhome.

This park is 5 star hotel quality. The clubhouse is spectacular with a heated pool, hot tub, and beautiful common area with a big screen tv.

We called while we were on the road and were able to get a site that afternoon. It was a 45 foot pull through, which is exactly what we needed. We were very happy with the customer service here and were happily surprised that there wasn't a dog anywhere in this park. We wish all RV parks would follow this example and we would definitely return. We camped at Coeur D'Alene RV Resort in a Motorhome.

This campground is highly rated by Good Sam. I guess that's why 80% of the campground is permanents or long term seasonals. The sites are fine for a big rig but with some sites occupied by two cars navigating can be challenging. We had a pull thru site but ended up backing out and then just barely missed a car as we made one of the turns upon exiting.
The CG is located a 1/4 mile from Walmart and is easily accessed from I-90.
The pool is indoors and has a max capacity of 7! We didn't use any of the amenities provided. We camped at Coeur D'Alene RV Resort in a Motorhome.
