Aug 2018 - $35.00
Last minute choice for an overnight stay. Staff very helpful. Pool looked clean (didn't use), good water pressure and fair WIFI. - Scoutmaster253
Aug 2018 - $39.00
Stayed 3 nights. When we arrived office closed with a note. Had to wait 15-30 minutes before somebody arrived to check us in. They were very accommodating when we asked to change sites. Good for a short stay. WiFi was terrible. After it rains it gets very muddy. - newbies2016
Sep 2016 - $42.00
We were able to get the last couple spots for Labor Day weekend. The girl who I spoke with a couple times was very helpful and nice. For a busy weekend the park seemed quiet, at least in our area. We stayed in the Group Area, there looked to be a handful of seasonal / long term campers but the majority seemed to be weekenders. Playground area was nice for kids. Pool was small and water was cloudy but it was heated so made it nice. We had full hookup so didn't see the bathrooms/showers. Sites all seemed really good size. All sites are gravel but are level. All roads are gravel too which is one of the only negatives. Had never stayed at a KOA but was definitely impressed with this one and would come back for sure. - CampingwithTwins

Sep 2016 - $25.00
Very nice state park, services are very good and well located. Interior roads are tight in some areas, but passable. Tree coverage is almost total shade so satellite TV reception is very spotty. Very helpful staff. Park ranger came around to advise of tornado watch in the area and to head for cover in the bath houses. Additional $9 for out of state plates for admission to park. - Teacher's Pet
Jul 2015 - $24.00
A very nice state park that happened to be on our cross country route. We stayed in the B loop, as the most helpful ranger we've ever had anywhere understood that we were seeking peace and quiet after the crazy Fourth of July weekend. She placed us in the nicest spot in that gravel-sited loop (#90)--fairly level and very large. The other loop has asphalt sites, which would be useful during heavy rain periods. (This park has a tendency to flood.) Because we were there during bad weather, we weren't able to avail ourselves of the swimming or boat/bike rentals, but those are nice amenities to have. Close to Bluffton for provisioning. - JCLC
Aug 2012 - $25.00
We enjoyed a long weekend at Ouabache. There had been some heavy rain lately and several of the sites had standing water or thick mud so chose carefully. That being said the campground was nice and restrooms cleaned daily. Lots of park activities including bison habitat and pool. There is an admission fee for the pool, but it has a fun water slide and diving boards. - The Flying Dutchman

Sep 2018 - $34.00
This was an overnight stay. The area was nice and the office staff was courteous and very helpful. We would stay again. We had a pull thru site that was pretty level but there are some some unlevel sites. - mrweaw54
May 2018 - $34.00
Our site was a pull through, but mostly uphill, so leveling was a challenge. The sewer was a long run but did go downhill. There was no wifi at the site but ok reception at the office. - Al and Anne-Marie
May 2017 - $34.00
I need to preface this by saying that the park was not ready for the season and their focus was on the memorial day season beginning. They were painting showers and bathrooms and the one available was unisex and it was filthy. This is an activity park and they were focusing on their zip line business. The wifi was excellent. In season the park may be very good but our experience is reflected in the rating. - gumper

Sep 2014 - $15.00
We chose Kil-so-Qua only because of the close proximity to our son's home. Perfect for short visits, primitive sites for tents and back-ins, some of which accommodate our 38' RV. Some 50 amp, but no water or sewer. There is a dump station in the park down by the reservoir. No reservations allowed, it is the honor system using an envelope provided. We have been happy overall with the sites we have chosen, some are more level than others. Outdoor johns, really nasty and no shower facilities. - EFE Dawn
Aug 2013 - $15.00
This is a nice COE park. Sites are large and spread out. Even got some TV channels. Very quiet and nice and dark at night. Will stay here again when in the area. - maineman
Oct 2012 - $10.00
Kil-So-Qua is situated on the J.E. Roush reservoir property. In the last year it was moved from the DNR State Park system to the DNR Fish and Wildlife system which removed many of its services. The beach is now closed and bike trails are no longer in use. The primary use for the property is now for hunting and fishing. The state no longer allows reservations for this property as well so all sites are on a first come-first served basis. That being said this is a very nice campground. The only toilets available are pit toilets which are clean and there are no bathhouses. There are several areas to fill water tanks in the campground as well as by the dump station which is near the boat ramp. Be aware that the four pull through sites are not electric and the primitive area is very difficult if not impossible for a big rig to maneuver. The non-electric cost is eight dollars per night and all payments are on a honor system. This recreation area is just off of US 224 about four miles from Interstate 69. It is a nice weekend getaway or a great overnight while traveling. If it had a bathhouse I would have rated this a 9 or a 10. - Dewey Smith

Jul 2018 - $22.00
We pulled in for one night and didn't use the restrooms. The site (26) was a handicap site next to a pole building. The utilities were conveniently placed with 30/50 amp and water hookup. Nothing stood out about the park but it was a decent place to stay with no road noise. It was easy to access from the main road. We would spend a night again. - Tammy7
Jul 2018 - $22.00
This is our go to place when in the area. The staff is friendly and helpful. We are usually calling them while on the way and arranging for a site. It's easy to get to. The roads are blacktop but the sites are gravel. Our site was a little off level but I think it just happened to be the way I backed in. I didn't use the restrooms or shower but but they have always been clean and functional in the past. My wife and kids said this time was no exception. It's hard to believe where you really are when your there. There are numerous restaurants and shopping nearby. We will continue staying here when in the area. - Blu1e
Jun 2018 - $22.00
As so many before excellent location we thought it was nice and quiet wish we could of stayed longer. Security code for restrooms and showers which have AC which the days we were there was so nice to have. Also has a laundry room attached to the shower house. The map they gave us shows only site 14 , But when we checked in they called it 14A. The next day what looked like a road another unit was there split the water and they plugged in the 50 amp on the same pedestal - Steph and Jim

Aug 2013 - $20.00
This is a small county park with six electric & water sites. The sites are gravel with well maintained grass in between them. The interior road is paved. There is no dump station. The electric stations have 30A and 50A receptacles, but the 50A connections are 230 Volts. Be careful not to plug into the 50A sockets! There are two each M/F showers stalls and restrooms in a separate building. They are clean, but dark and old. Verizon cell service and DirecTV is easily accessible. There is a lot of traffic on the near-by railroad tracks, both day and night. The camp host wanted the $20/day fee in cash. If you are visiting Woodburn or the surrounding area while RVing, this is the only campground around. For a couple of days, it’s OK. - rverkw
Aug 2010 - $20.00
Nice Community Park with a few (6) RV sites. The only drawback is train noise. Weekly rate is $80. - ZzyzxCA

Jun 2018 - $30.00
Site was clean and reasonably sized. View was nice overlooking the Amish field. Kids looked like they were thoroughly enjoying the hayride. Kettle corn was awesome!! Several different flavors were offered. Lots of stuff to do here - fishing, swimming, church service right at the campground (!), etc. Would definitely return!! - Nascarzeke
May 2018 - $33.00
It was difficult (impossible?) to make a reservation so we just drove out and stopped a fellow camper to ask what we should do. There was no problem after we made contact with the manager. We understand there are some new folks helping to manage the park now and I'm pretty sure the communication/reservation process will fix itself in short order. We only stayed one night and the campground was quiet, but we understand weekends are busy. It is predominantly a long-term campground. Located in the heart of an Amish community, it's very interesting to see the farms being worked by teams of horses. - Alphonzo
Oct 2016 - $27.00
We definitely will never be back! Last time was 6 years ago and it was great! I had to clean up the trash on our lot. The pavilion behind us had trash and leftover food. The shower houses looked like they've never seen bleach in their existence! When I called and talked to the guy (I'm assuming the owner) he had such a sarcastic attitude. He had one excuse after another. He said I should have let him know the toilets were dirty. Seriously? Not my job! Their website fails to mention that the restaurant is closed. All the chairs were up on the tables. Most of the Amish buildings are nailed shut and there aren't any animals for the kids to see and feed. No WiFi on the grounds. Which is fine because we are there to relax. But it says on their website that they do. The wooden bridge looks like it's unsafe to walk across and we didn't see the kettle corn or tractor pulled hayrides. Website is full of false advertising! The owner or whoever I spoke to said he's never had a complaint before. I find that extremely hard to believe! He apologized sarcastically and said he was sorry that it wasn't "up to my standards ". Are you serious? Find me on Facebook. I've posted some pictures. Tell me who has standards this low where this is acceptable? Bathrooms look like they haven't been cleaned all season. They need to check out Circle B in Angola. Fantastic campgrounds! And they clean their bathrooms twice a day. Amishville couldn't even do it once a day! - Mibblejane
