2 RV Parks near Oberlin, Kansas
Aug 2015 - $25.00
Park is over grown with weeds. They have concrete pads, but they are un-level and hard to pull into. They only have 50amp service so if you need 30amp service you'll need to have an adapter. Voltage is a little high but adequate! - lash larreau
Jul 2013 - $27.00
Pull-through pads are broken and weed choked. I would not try this in a larger rig. No facilities at all. Test electric before hook-up. Very nice city park in Atwood, just west of Oberlin. - Mike Hartwell
Jun 2011 - $25.00
Advertised as big rig friendly with pull through sites, we found neither to be true. The concrete slabs are mostly unlevel and broken, the roads are deeply rutted with sharp turns and although I stumbled around on foot to locate a level site that we could pull in to, none were usable. Weeds everywhere and at least one site was blocked by a broken picnic table. We reversed down the street and left. There may be a back in-site suitable for a small TT at the entrance but otherwise the park is in need of a major overhaul and I wouldn't risk pulling in or hooking up. Woodall's gave it a 3 W rating in 2006. Maybe it was nice then. - Iris
Oct 2019 - $30.00
This park is an added business to the primary function of equipment sourcing, primarily agricultural. There are defined full hookup locations but vague sites in between bare trees. There was a very helpful gentleman on site in his RV that helped us get situated. We needed some air for our kingpin airbag in the morning, and he linked about 100' of air hose from his shop compressor to our fifth wheel. The only negative was that the sewer connection was below grade, and impossible to seal it with a rubber doughnut or threaded connection. We did a dump and run. It served us fine as an overnight stop. - Steve and Lynne Gravelle
May 2017 - $20.00
The owners were hospitable and very friendly , the campground is located right off highway US 36 , near the junction of US 83 and 36. The campground has all pull through level gravel sites . - lash larreau
