We came in after 5 PM when the office was closed. The payment instructions were very hard to understand. The next day when I went to pay I found out that you have to pay a six dollar reservation fee even if you don't make a reservation. There are no discounts for seniors or anything like that. I think the only discounts are if you live in a neighboring state. It starts out at $20 a night for water and electricity but no sewer. Sewer is five dollars more. But if you tell them that you did not use the sewer hook up they should not charge you for it. We would not have stayed here if we knew the price but since it's very complicated we didn't know any better at the time. The place was OK with paved spots. They did have a shower and a laundry room. - YOj

This state park is fewer than 3 miles north of I-20, in Delhi, LA. The park was built around the time the reservoir was developed, 2001. Of the 54 sites, there are full hookup and W+S sites, all back in. The sites are paved, looked mostly level, with plenty of room for the motorhome and towed. Our site, #44, had partial shading so we could only see one other site. There were only a few sites occupied during a mid-week 2 night stay, so the park was very quiet. Although a park wifi antenna was next to our site, the internet was slow, so we used our Verizon hot-spot which worked well. Good Over-The-Air TV reception. We definitely will stop here again when traveling on I-20. - Jay Rutherford

Was in a parking lot, no shade, very noisy and lots of traffic. - lisam
Nov 2018 - $26.00
Great for an overnight stay. They only have 2 pull through sites, but I called and reserved one. Easy off the freeway, only .4 mile. - ETX

The entire campground is one inch gravel. Not entirely level but good enough. I called by phone and was told to put $25 in an envelope and put it in a drop box at a building near the road. No problem. Only 4 other trailers in the whole campground and right off I-20 on the south side. Great for a 0ne-nighter. I camped at Delhi RV Park in a motorhome. - corkerinna

It seems the owner is making improvements to this campground. He installed new electric, sewer and water. The entire campground is one inch gravel. Not entirely level but good enough. Most importantly, he re-jigged 4 back-in to 2 pull-throughs. But even still, there would be no problem backing in a 40-foot trailer because the row is so wide and the spots are on a diagonal. I called by phone and was told to put $25 in an envelope and put it in a drop box at a building near the road. No problem. Only 5 other trailers in the whole campground and right of I-20 on the south side. Great for a 0ne-nighter. - scarpacci

This is a no frills park and there is no cable, no Wi-Fi and no bath facilities. Family owned and appears to be on a working horse ranch. Some of the most friendly folks you will ever come across. Only a few spots and nothing fancy. Quiet, hookups worked and we got a good nights rest. Not much else to ask for in this area. - donleeown
Feb 2008 - $15.00
It was a quiet clean camp. Family owned and operated, the park was spread out, there were four different spots. There was also washers/dryers there for use. Excellent park for traveling workers. Easy access and minutes from town. - kab
