This park is 3 miles north of I 20 near Delhi. It is very easy to find and easy to navigate. The pads are all paved and level. 13 sites do not have sewer, this includes all of the pull throughs. The sites are well separated and easy to back into. There are some sites with a lot of shade and some are only partial shade. The laundry and bath house are clean. There are a lot of walking paths around the park. Internet is available but can be very slow. We had good Verizon coverage. For OTA the selection was very good. - winnie1

This is a beautiful park. Fairly new. Large sites. Easy to get in and out of with RV. Had a problem with electrical and maintenance was right there to fix. Park was not over crowded. Just a great place! - Lcarpen52

A very nice little RV park off the beaten path. Owner handles everything via email or phone. Service great, staff extremely nice and friendly. Not a lot to see and do in Delhi apparently but a great rest stop just west of the Mississippi river. I will stay again in two weeks. It is perfect for overnight rest with full hookups. - aliner man

Stayed here for one night on the way out and back from our trip. Great for a 1 night stay. Don't follow you GPS directions they are wrong. The park is located about 1/3 of a mile south of Rt 20 on the east side of the street. The only down side is the sewer connection and water connection were below grade and very close together. Unsanitary in my mind, Maybe Louisiana codes are different than other places. - Michelin
Nov 2018 - $26.00
Great for an overnight stay. They only have 2 pull through sites, but I called and reserved one. Easy off the freeway, only .4 mile. - ETX

This is a no frills park and there is no cable, no Wi-Fi and no bath facilities. Family owned and appears to be on a working horse ranch. Some of the most friendly folks you will ever come across. Only a few spots and nothing fancy. Quiet, hookups worked and we got a good nights rest. Not much else to ask for in this area. - donleeown

It was a quiet clean camp. Family owned and operated, the park was spread out, there were four different spots. There was also washers/dryers there for use. Excellent park for traveling workers. Easy access and minutes from town. - kab
