The park is overgrown with grass/weeds/tree limbs. All connections are on wrong side and too close to driveway. I had to put the camper too close to road to connect. The smell of a dead animal was horrible around our site. No need to move cause the smell was everywhere. Too many permanent campers. Hard to get in touch with owner/manager, they don't answer the phone and if you leave a message they do not call you back. When I finally got in contact with someone they were nice/polite/helpful. If there would have been updated pictures on website I would have never stayed here. Creepy feeling about park, it's like a trailer park trash site. If traveling this way again I WILL NOT STOP HERE. We camped at Antique Village RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

This was right off the I-20. Very close. The sites were not easy to find. The park is very rustic. It is the only park we could find on our way to the San Antonio area from Red Bay, Al. that didn't involve going through Dallas and Austin. We have a 40 ft MH with a tow. We camped at Antique Village RV Park in a Motorhome.

Very handy off the highway, so much potential if only the right owners would come along, but to many full time old trailer tenants. Some nice sites, lots of terrain, lake, treed, but would not stay there again, has a sketchy feel about it. Nobody at the office before 5pm and nobody at 10 am when i left, honor system. We camped at Antique Village RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Good place for an over-night stop. Called for a reservation and all the woman wanted to know was when we would arrive and the kind of RV we had. When we arrived she escorted us to a pull-thru site with our front windshield looking at the pond that had been marked with a cone. Some of the sites have wooden patios. We did not use any of the facilities. Our site was clean and tidy but there are some full-time residents whose sites could use some attention. Our site had good AT&T service and clear sight for Dish. There was a road noise and an occasional train. The roads were dirt and gravel and some grade to and from the loops. We would stay there again. We camped at Antique Village RV Park in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

We stayed here twice, once on the way to Dallas for a wedding, and then again on the way out of Dallas. It is right off of I-20, easy access into the park. The roads in the park are a little rough, some potholes and tight turns. Check in both times was fast and friendly. We stayed in B-36 both stays, it is the perfect site. A level, gravel pull through with full hookups and no issues with any of them. The site is on top of a hill with a large wooden deck (most sites have one) with a picnic table and a nice view of the stocked pond. It was plenty long enough for our 37-foot Class A, tow-dolly and parking the car.

There are a number of permanent residents, some are a little rough. There is some trash laying around, but on our second visit it seemed some of it had been picked up. There are two permanent residents that never clean up after their dogs and of course it was always right in front of our RV. With all of that we did enjoy our stay. There is road noise, you will have that with easy access to the highway and a loud train. We stayed February 20-27, 2018 and again March 8-11, 2018. Did not use the laundry or bathrooms. WiFi was spotty and our Verizon signal was just okay. There is some road noise and a train. We paid $125 weekly rate first stop and $25.00 a night the second stop with our Good Sam Discount. We camped at Antique Village RV Park in a Motorhome.

Another lovely campground on our travels. Simple. Easy pull thru. (Site B-36) Almost perfectly level. 10 min setup. Even have our own deck with a picnic table. Good Sams Club park, even though I forgot to let them know and get my discount. Just here for a quick night. Gravel hilly roads, but it's packed firmly enough. We didn't use the bathrooms. Hubby is never excited when there is no cable, but the antenna picked up enough clear channels. The WIFI was wonderful, but we are also parked right under the park repeater. So that certainly helps. :) It certainly deserves 5 stars because the lady that took care of us was prompt and friendly, the site was easily accessible, and we were last minute reservations, just off I20. Besides, WHAT A HUGE SITE! With a view! And a deck! What more could people want? We camped at Antique Village RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

If you are passing thru for a night, don't bother unhooking. Make sure you have supper planned at the campsite, otherwise you're going for a hike to find a restaurant. Nearby "Simsboro" is a one flashing light town, with a gas station for ice, and other necessities.

I was here just for an overnight. I was in B-36 a fairly level pull-thru site. There was a nice deck but no picnic table. No cable but local TV was good. The wifi was uncommonly fast, the best of any campground I have been in. It's convenient from interstate but road noise is not an issue. We camped at Antique Village RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Very nice staff. Very woodsy and there is a pond as well. Dog friendly. Full hookups. Most RVers were there for a week or month or longer. They keep 2 spots reserved for one nighters which I was. Bathhouse has laundry facilities, a men's room, women's room and a family or handicap restroom. The bath house was clean but could use some maintenance. Gravel roads were easily maneuvered. A tight campground in the middle of the woods. Dusty narrow roads, strange layout for the sites, only 4 OTA TV stations, (doubt if you can get your satellite to work from very many of the sites). Expensive for what you get. The lady was very nice when we called for reservations. Would not stay here again. We camped at Antique Village RV Park in a Motorhome.

We enjoyed our two day stay and would stay here again. Some highway noise and an occasional train whistle somewhat muffled by the trees and hilly terrain in the park. Our site #36 has a deck with a picnic table and a view of the pond. Easy access from and to I-20. We camped at Antique Village RV Park in a Motorhome.

This a Good Sam campground easily located off I-20; rate reflects discount; however roads in park are not paved and narrow. Site was level with full hookups and a deck with picnic table. Registration was quick and easy and you were lead to your site by host. Campground is in middle of nowhere but still had cell service and Wi-Fi. It is an older park with many, many permanent residents in many different kinds of setups. Good Sam rates this park with excellent handicap restrooms and showers and we don't disagree with that. Bathrooms and laundry were all well maintained and clean. We were here as an overnight stop but probably would not use this park again. Our rig is 36' long, and we were towing a pickup. We camped at Antique Village RV Park in a Motorhome.

Good Sam rate was $22.50. Very nice camp ground. Hill side park but sites are fairly level. We had a deck and picnic table. Good gravel roads and gravel sites. Very convenient to I-20. We stayed three days and would definitely return. We camped at Antique Village RV Park in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

Good Sam rate $25.50/night. Just off I-20, exit 77. Looks like relatively new park sculpted out of rolling, wooded terrain. Sites fairly level. Many have tables. Decent gravel roads and sites. Pond in campground with resident ducks. Info says "WiFi hotspot" but we saw no evidence; it may be in office area near entrance. Large cleared area on top of hill near office may be for future campsites? That would be great for overnighters. We would stay here again. We camped at Antique Village RV Park in a Motorhome.
