Another year another enjoyable stay at Atlantic Oaks Campground. Interior loop roads are straight, packed stone/dirt. Some of the roads do have ruts but nothing over the top so just drive slow. Our pull through site was wide and long and our full hookups were in good working order. All the sites are sand but this is a beach area. Bathrooms/showers kept super clean and are well thought out. Geography at the campground was lightly to moderately wooded and mostly level. Camp store seemed well stocked and was tastefully decorated. Staff was professional, friendly and informative. Cape Cod Rail Trail is right behind campground. We enjoyed this campground and would certainly return or recommend this place to anyone. We camped at Atlantic Oaks Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Best location that I saw around the Cape. We were able to travel both to P-Town and to the mainland with ease. Stayed in our 26' Travel Trailer - 2 adults, 2 kids (ages 6&8). We were in D7 and had PLENTY of room for our trailer, truck and room for the kids to not be on top of us! They do offer some sites where the doors to trailers look onto each other, we still had privacy, even though we were one of these sites (Great if travelling with multiple RV's) Playground: New, well-maintained Bike Path: located at the back of park but gets you directly on the trail. They have even marked the trail site, so you don't get lost. They have garbage and recycling on-site. Laundry: 4 washing machines, 2 dryers at main hub (not sure if there were others). Restrooms: Very clean, water pressure great! We did not have to use the outhouses. It was a very quiet campsite with quiet hours from 10pm-8am and fires must be out (with water) at 11pm. HWY-6 can get very busy, but we had no problem turning left at 7am on our departure day. We did not experience heavy traffic coming in or leaving. They had a nice shop, if you forgot something or needed a quick fix for an item. We camped at Atlantic Oaks Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Tips for other Campers:

Restaurant (Arnolds) within walking distance with an ice cream shop and mini-putt. Gas Station is 1/4 mile when you need to fill-up before leaving. We cycled down to Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream, about a 5-minute cycle. Groceries were about 10 minutes into Orleans, but Stop and Shop was a full-service grocery store, rather than a roadside market. CCRT - left from the back of the park and we cycled 3 miles to the shoreline (Roundtrip about 7 miles).

Beautiful park. Extremely well maintained with friendly, helpful staff. Location can’t be beat. Right on the bike rail trail so perfect access for bike riders. We were here during record high temps in the mid-90s and did encounter low line voltage at the pedestal when we hooked up at a 30 amp pull-through campsite. I attribute this to unusually high loads on the infrastructure due to very high demand with ACs running etc. This created an issue with our surge protector unit shutting down power repeatedly when voltage dropped below 105 volts. Had to forego the power protection for our stay—how this affected the longevity of the AC unit in our Airstream is ? So, if you are concerned about power issues come prepared. The staff did try to help mitigate the problem as best they could but again we were camping in record high temps for the Cape. Overall high marks for this park. We will be back! We camped at Atlantic Oaks Campground in a Travel Trailer.

This is a very nice campground. It is close to Highway 6 but the road noise is negligible. The sites are large pull through and level. Sites are close to each other, however when we stayed it was early spring and the campground was not overly crowded. The Cape Cod Bike trail is just a few feet away from the campground. Plenty to do in the area. The campground staff was very accommodating, They helped us find a local RV parts facility to repair our failed hot water controller. We would highly recommend this campground . We camped at Atlantic Oaks Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Our site was cozy but private. There was room for our canopy and rugs but not a lot more before the tall, well filled in bushes which gave very nice privacy from the neighboring site. Being located Mid-Cape this campground is in a perfect location for exploring which I guess explains the price which I thought was a little high for mid to late September when the pool was already closed. The folks in the office were very nice and friendly. Arnold's restaurant is just a short ride/walk on the well paved bike path right behind the park. We would not hesitate to stay there again. I guess Mass doesn't require that sewer pipes be threaded because both Mass campgrounds we were in required me to pile rocks on my sewer hose to keep it in the sewer pipe. I much prefer the security of a threaded pipe. We camped at Atlantic Oaks Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Rate reflects no discount. Once again we enjoyed our stay. Our pull through site was very wide and long. Our full hookups we in good working order. Bathrooms/showers kept super clean. Interior roads packed stone/dirt, our site was mostly sand. Geography at the campground was lightly to moderately wooded and mostly level. Camp store seemed well stocked and was tastefully decorated. There seems to be plenty of pull though sites that can accommodate the larger RV's up to 45' but I would definitely ask before making reservations. As mentioned in the start of my review that we had no discounts for this year but a 40% increase from previous year is over the top. Friendly and helpful staff. Cape Cod Rail Trail is right behind campground. We enjoyed this campground and would certainly return or recommend this place to anyone. We camped at Atlantic Oaks Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Tips for other Campers:

Take the high Speed ferry out of Hyannis to Nantucket for a mid week discount. Recommend getting reservations to stay as long as possible as there is much to do and see on the island. Nantucket is relatively flat and good for biking, lots of shopping in town. Whaling museum is definitely worth a visit as with the beaches.

Considering other campgrounds on the cape, I guess 60.00 is a good rate in the off season. This is a no frills campground, has many pull thru sites and is big rig friendly. Our site was mostly shaded and with FHU. Water pressure was good, electricity ran without any problems, as well as the cable. Sewer was well placed in the middle of the site. The wifi worked great as well as the AT&T service. This campground is easy to get to and offers a close proximity to key parts of Cape Cod beaches, and other areas. We've stayed in dozens of RV parks throughout the US and Canada and Atlantic Oaks is one of our top 3 places to park for a good long stay. The campsites are spacious, most are shaded, full hookups, clean restrooms and showers, well maintained, friendly staff, well stocked store. Most importantly, you can't beat the location in the heart of Cape Cod. Beautiful beaches nearby with gorgeous sunsets and sunrises, great restaurants in the area, interesting historical sites and towns to explore, the Cape Cod rail trail borders the campground for miles of walking, running, biking. Just a 1/4 mile walk down the rail trail to Arnold's for a seafood meal or an after dinner ice cream cone. Can't wait to go back! We camped at Atlantic Oaks Campground in a Travel Trailer.

We again enjoyed our stay at Atlantic Oaks. Geography at the campground was lightly to moderately wooded and mostly level. Interior roads and sites are packed dirt/rock. Roads were a little rough but nothing over the top. Our water & electric hookups were in good working order. Our pull through site was again smaller than we would have liked and because of the grading it was difficult to park my mid size truck. Did not use the Wi-Fi but had good signal on our Verizon cell phone. Camp store/office was well stocked and was tastefully decorated. Clean bathrooms & showers. Staff was professional, friendly and informative. Cape Cod Rail Trail is right behind campground. We enjoyed this campground and would certainly return or recommend this place to anyone. If you plan on visiting Cape Cod you need to be there after Labor Day and use this campground as your base. Tight but wooded with an exceptionally knowledgeable staff. Situated right on Route 6 so exiting can be tricky in early morning traffic. There is nothing but good things to say here. We now have the lay of the land and will be back. Staff really helpful. Good laundry facilities. Mostly shady sites. We camped at Atlantic Oaks Campground in a Travel Trailer.

We enjoyed our stay at Atlantic Oaks, Geography at the campground was lightly to moderately wooded and mostly level. Our water & electric hookups were in good working order but because of location of the sewer connection I needed to do some creative work to get proper drainage. Interior roads were a little rough but nothing over the top. Our pull through site was average in size and I had to use several boards to level the trailer. Noticed many other sites in our area were not level either. Wi-Fi worked very well, though it was off season. Good signal on our Verizon cell phone. Very nice camp store, well stocked. Clean bathrooms & showers. Friendly and helpful staff. Cape Cod Rail Trail is right behind campground. We enjoyed this campground and would certainly return or recommend this place to anyone.
