7 RV Parks near Crystal Springs, Mississippi
Jun 2018 - $18.00
I have stayed here several times. Its always clean and well maintained. Full hook ups but my site didn't have a fire pit but it did have a grill and picnic table. I saw 3 deer and a large alligator while fishing. - Zoom45V
Mar 2018 - $18.00
You must approach this park from the Northeast. Traveling from I55 exit on Rt 27. Go to 51 south to West Georgetown rd which turns to Utica. There is a sign. Take Utica to New Zion rd all the way to Gaddy Ln. There is a sign. Very much worth the drive. The park has full hook ups at a great price. Clean and well maintained. - CJVJn1Doug
Jan 2017 - $13.00
This is a very nice park. The sites are excellent. Getting to the park is almost impossible. There is not one sign, the other review says there are signs it is incorrect. You will never find it without a GPS and getting out of there to head south on I55 is no picnic, the roads are terrible. I would like to say again, this is a very nice campground, if you can get to it. - MAS
Nov 2018 - $37.00
Stopped because I had to go to Chicago via train. Hubby stayed in CG road in a little thought signage could have been better. Not many places to stay in area do this was the choice. It worked for what we needed. - pam.4him
Mar 2017 - $33.00
Spent two days. Road in, terrible. Was raining heavy, no sign on speed bumps, looked level. No park map, no rules. Park mostly workers, full timers. Concrete pad, no table, gravel roads. Resort? Easy on off hwy. Would stay for 1/2 nites when in area. Only destination if friends/relatives in area. - Long Island Mac
Jun 2016 - $37.00
We absolutely loved it. Gorgeous scenery, restrooms and showers were clean. They had new washers and dryers they were fast and easy. Swimming pool was open and looked great. Staff was great. I will be staying here again next year. - Betty Joe Williams
Mar 2019 - $30.00
We rolled in after hours but was taken care of prior to our arrival. The site was just far enough off the highway to be quiet, yet access to highway was easy. Slabs were a bit in disrepair, but level. A small RV Park, but great for a one night with all the hook-ups. - RV Master Blaster
Aug 2018 - $36.00
Stayed at this park in 2016 and was happy enough with it that we decided to stop in for an overnight on our way east again this year. Not one of our best decisions. The park has had little or no effort in keeping it up. RV concrete pads have broken up, the dirt driveway to pads have sunk, and the office is not manned on the weekend. All the focus seems to have shifted to long-term residents. The site that was assigned to us when I called in to make my reservation didn't even come close to accommodating our rig. The trees have gone so long without pruning that they completely block the RV pad for anything taller than 9 or 10 feet. That excludes virtually every 5th wheel and class-A. Luckily there was one site that was open enough for us to get in. Sure hope somebody else is not booked for it and comes in off the road to find us occupying their space. On the plus side, power was solid, water pressure good. The sewer connection was a bit of a reach, it fully stretched my 20' hose. Verizon signal was strong but phone stayed in 3G mode quite a bit. Jetpack hooked up but speed was a little slow. - jperry29
Oct 2017 - $35.00
The other review does not describe this park at all, must have gotten the wrong park. This park is easily accessible from the Interstate. It is a little hard to find as it is behind a mall area and not visible from the road. There are a number of units that appear to be there for awhile but they are keeping their area picked up. We had a pull thru, pulled up on a concrete pad. The park is much larger than it first appears. The only negative was a train the blew it's horn for several minutes. - Sup RV's
Mar 2005 - $15.00
A Passport America campground. We were drawn by the price and being on our way. Rather far off the highway and actually pretty primative. An ideal campground for those with horses wishing to ride the Natchez Trace National Scenic Trail. They have a barn and outdoor stalls for horses as well as a pasture area. - Paullynn
Nov 2018 - $30.00
This is an old CG. My site was not very level and I had to use blocks under the motorhome jacks. The site was gravel and mud. Several trashy looking monthly/permanent campers. At least one is running a business there. I was taken to my site by a lady but it was the wrong way. I had to unhook my dinghy and back my motorhome down to the office area and then go the correct way to enter the site. I was only there for 1 night and did not want to have to disconnect and connect my tow. Good AT&T Cell and 4 bars of LTE data, Good Dish sat and 25 OTA channels. It looked like there were only a few sites that you could get satellite reception from. Definite road noise that quieted down late into the evening. Since I never found the office occupied through out the day and evening I put the fee in cash into an envelope and put it in the slot on the door. I will not return to this campground. - Lugnuts
Mar 2018 - $33.00
Stayed one night at Wendy's as we transited west. Small park but very tidy. Pretty little lake with lots of fish! Good satellite hookup and solid Verizon signal. Was easy to get in and out with our 45' motorhome and did not have to disconnect the car. Owner operated. We enjoyed our evening and will stay again. - SHIPM8
Mar 2018 - $30.00
This is our second time staying at this park for overnight stay. It is conveniently located just off US 49. There is highway noise while outside but didn't hear it while inside. The lake provides nice scenic view. The bathroom was block and concrete but clean. It is a small park with many permanent residents and except for a couple of trashy sites, it is nicely maintained. We will stay again when we travel through. - Milstt001
Oct 2017 - $15.00
Very spacious sites. The park is well maintained. Satellite reception is only available from limited sites due to foliage. - GlenO
Oct 2017 - $20.00
Camped here to get away from Hurricane Nate. The park itself is pretty, the beach is nice and clean. That's the only nice I have to say about it. The gate attendant was beyond rude and the bathroom and showers at our loop were filthy. I guess they cater to the lakeside campsites. They don't really have sites for rigs longer than 35 but the website will reserve anyway. We asked for a bigger site upon seeing our original one and the attendant was beyond rude. I understand rules but are also rules for having manners also in a public service setting. Won't be back! - csbunz123
Sep 2017 - $25.00
Very nice park. Beautiful lake front sites. Some sites were a little on the narrow side, but still plenty of room for our 32' travel trailer. We stayed at site 56. The pad was level, maybe a slight slope towards the lake. There was a drop off off the pad which was my least favorite part of this site. We tripped several times going to and from the lake due to the drop off. Other sites had level ground, we would choose one of them next time.
The proximity to the lake was great! We were able to wake up and fish right from our site. Lake was clean and beautiful. Kids could swim at the beach area and play at the playground. No cell phone service, tall trees blocked the satellite signal.
We will definitely return. - HappycamperJV
Apr 2019 - $30.00
This is a hardtop lot with some hedges dividing sites where rigs are parked side by side with utilities in the middle. It is in the middle of a trailer park-like community. It is easy to get in and out, the roads are OK and there is room to maneuver. Good place for a one night stop when traveling. Well lit and seemingly safe. As we arrived on a Sunday the - TRDAWG
Apr 2019 - $30.00
We made a 1-night stop here on our trip west. We arrived after hours and followed the instructions to pick an available site. This proved to be to our benefit as we moved from site to site trying to find one that was even close to level.
The park has park model units on landscaped areas around the perimeter. This area, and the pool are attractive and well maintained. The RV area is a giant asphalt parking lot on a sloping hill. Sites are set-up in pairs with common utlities in between (i.e. parked facing in opposite directions. Water and electric were fine - there is no cable TV.
The park is marginally ok for a stopover but only if you’re able and willing to deal with the sloping sites. - P&R Miami
Apr 2019 - $30.00
We were in space 28. The spaces are very tight. I had to disconnect our tow in order to make the turn. I couldn't get any air TV and the site ran slightly downhill. It's certainly adequate for overnight parking but no longer. - jconnally
