This is a wonderful campground. Facilities are excellent. The campground is built on an peninsula at the south end of Table Rock Lake. As a result virtually every site has a view of the lake. The facilities are excellent. Every site has a paved pad for the camper with an adjacent gravel and concrete patio with a picnic table. We camped at Old Highway 86 Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Campground is about six miles from Top of the Rock Restaurant. It's a great restaurant with a great view of Table Rock Lake. https://bigcedar.com/attractions/top-of-the-rock/

Finally able to get family members to this campground. We took 5 sites for 4 days and weather was fantastic. Table Rock Lake was beautiful and fun for everyone since Son-In Law brought boat. Bike rides were many and comments were positive. Like, "I do not see a bad site in this campground!" Sites are clean; Electric and water connections are good; Sites are paved and level. There is just not any negatives for this campground. If they would add sewer connections I might move here! We camped at Old Highway 86 Campground in a Motorhome.

Stayed last weekend of year that park is open in site 19. Got lucky with weather being fantastic and park was even nicer. This park is one of the top 3 parks and the top Corp park we have ever stayed at. It has spacious paved sites, up to date fixtures for water and electric, well kept grassy areas and plenty of shade everywhere. Bring your boat-it has nice boat launch or fish from shoreline. There just really is no downside to this park-other than it is hard to get a spot unless you reserve early as season opens. We will be back with as many friends and family members as can get a spot. We camped at Old Highway 86 Campground in a Motorhome.

You are about 30 minutes from Branson Landing. You are even closer to Big Cedar lodge. or you are about 7 miles from Dogwood Canyon.

We have camped here several times. With each visit being peaceful, relaxing and with gorgeous views overlooking the lake. Sites are large, under large oak trees with many of them overlooking Table Rock Lake from the South Shore. Many of the sites have electricity and water and almost all are paved with large private patios/picnic areas next to a spot to park your RV. There is a nice children's playground in the park, as well as a sandy beach. The park is very well maintained and we have never observed any hint of misbehavior within the park. Safe. Quiet. About a 30 min. drive to Branson. Much closer to College of the Ozarks, a wonderful place to visit and have a meal at the Keeter Center on the campus. It is run by the students there and they will amaze you. Big Cedar Lodge, with all of its attractions including top notch restaurants and a Arnold Palmer golf course is also close by. We have camped in 49 states over the past 20 years and this is one of our Top 10 Campsites. This park would be a "10" if it had sewer service at each site instead of a dump station. Go see for yourself. We camped at Old Highway 86 Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Tips for other Campers:

Be sure to visit College of the Ozarks while in the area. All students there go to college tuition free by working in one of the on-campus industries or job sites. A full operating farm, green houses, a Lodge with a wonderful Dining Room, a water-powered flour mill, a print shop and others. Go to the Ozarks Museum, while on campus, and enjoy at least one meal at the Lodge on campus that is run by the students.

This is a beautiful coe park on Table Rock lake. The help is very friendly and the park is kept very clean. Roads and pads are paved. The views from the campsites are great. The only negative thing I can say is the shower house is very hot and steamy during hot weather. The showers need an upgrade in the ventilation system or air conditioning. There is a boat ramp and play ground on site. We camped at Old Highway 86 Campground in a Travel Trailer.

This campground is right on Table Rock Lake. It is a really nice place that we have come to many times. The camp hosts keep the place super clean and are very helpful. This place is a popular campground and sells out early. We camped at Old Highway 86 Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Old Highway 86 is a jewel in the COE campground system. The sites are beautifully laid out, spacious, and the location on a spit of land into the lake gives nearly every site a great view. All services worked well. Interior roads are relatively easy to navigate. Those with a long RV will want to pick sites carefully to avoid difficulties in backing into their site. Campground staff were pleasant, knowledgeable about the area and very helpful. AT&T LTE worked well here. We camped at Old Highway 86 Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Beautiful site backed up to Table Rock Lake on three sides. Even had a large paved patio and adjoining table area. Great site but this park requires a 2 day stay and is very busy. We camped at Old Highway 86 Campground in a Travel Trailer.

The park has beautiful lake views on three sides. Most sites have shade all have 50 amp electric and water. Asphalt roads are easy to drive on all sites have level pads. This campground is very busy and may require reservations in advance to guarantee a spot. I highly recommend this corp of engineers park. Also this park has a nice boat ramp, swimming area, and playground. We camped at Old Highway 86 Campground in a Tent Trailer.

We camped here in a 40' motorhome. I would have given this a 10 score if it would have had sewer hook-ups. Great site spacing between sites; great views of lake; the electric and water worked well. Asphalt interior roads were easy to navigate in big rig, however, there were a few spots that had low hanging tree branches in the roadway that needed to be trimmed. Pads were asphalt and laid out well. Our Verizon phone got 3 bars consistently and my Millenicom MiFi got 4G LTE regularly. Park is located approximately 16 miles from Branson and for $10.50/night with senior America the Beautiful pass this is a deal. Would definitely stay here again. We camped at Old Highway 86 Campground in a Motorhome.

The rate reflects a 50% senior discount. Amazing campground. We were fortunate to get there just before prime season and get a prime site for our one-night stay. The sites are beautiful and many are right on the lake, as was ours. The park attendants were great, some of the best we have experienced. They were helpful and friendly. The site had good 50 amp service and water. It had great views of the lake, right on the water. Our Verizon service, both voice and data were good. The road getting to the campground is a bit hilly but doable. We will definitely stay here again, but will make reservations well in advance. We camped at Old Highway 86 Campground in a Motorhome.

Sites have been redone since last review. Sites are roomy and all have a view of the lake, most shaded. Lots of room to park boats and extra vehicles in boat launch lot and sometimes on site. Easy drive to Branson. Friendly hosts. Showers do not always have enough hot water and no sewer hookups, otherwise would have been a 10. We camped at Old Highway 86 Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Very nice Corp of Engineers facility that includes two swimming beaches, playground, beach volleyball net, basketball goal and boat launch. Sites were not real spacious, but enough room to move about. The swimming areas are very nice and clean. The campground sits on a peninsula so all sites are within 100 feet of the water with many sitting directly on the lake. Not very close to the attractions in Branson if that is what you are looking for. I will definitely go back again. We camped at Old Highway 86 Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Great campground with many lakefront sites to choose from. Good hosts that keep down the trouble should there be any. On the quiet side of the lake. Wish the two beach areas had sand instead of the small rock type beach that they have. Hard to get reservations, here so book early. We camped at Old Highway 86 Campground in a Travel Trailer.
