Oct 2018 - $35.00
Off the beaten path, this park is about 12 miles from the I-44 exit. It's located right on the Gasconade River across from the Mark Twain National Forest. Flat level sites, mostly back in. Good power, both 30 and 50 Amp. Good water pressure. Wonderful managers, they were fantastic. We were late in the season so not a lot of occupants. Wonderful clear sky and excellent stargazing. Fun to watch the bats flying after insects just at dusk. Phone and Wifi reception is very sketchy unless you're by the office. Our jetpack was able to get 2 bars of service for AT&T. Some of the sewer connections were a bit far from the parking site, so make sure you have additional hose, I used 25' - Rae & Mark
Nov 2016 - $31.00
The campground is approximately 8 miles out of Saint Robert, right out of FLW, on cty. rd. PP. the last 1/4 mile is rough gravel. The setting is picturesque, set about 60 acres of pasture land and part of the campground bordering Gasconade River. Our site, C1, was 50amp full hookup. Water pressure was pretty weak, wifi was okay with signal being stronger in our rig with full line of sight. They do have a repeater in sites on river with a stronger signal. AT&T signal was acceptable, my Verizon cell signal got 1 bar in some areas. My husband, who had occassion to talk with owners, found them to be friendly and accommodating. There were two bath/restrooms with the office/shower, laundry being one and a "rustic" shower/restrooms serving river sites. The bath houses were not very clean, granted we were there at the end of season. The weather was unseasonably warm and we were warned they could turn the water off if the temperature dropped too low. Flies were horrible, fishing was good, setting was gorgeous. - lissahope
May 2016 - $31.00
Offers fishing, canoes, tubing, John boat rentals, cabins, tent and RV spaces right on the river. Full hookup service at most sites, with laundry room. Wonderful owners who try hard to make your stay enjoyable! - patty ann on wheels

Aug 2013 - $11.00
We spent a month at the campground. New owners are working hard to improve the property. Pros: Very friendly and helpful, music park on site, restaurant on site, electric, water and sewer all included in our monthly charge. Also free Wi-Fi Lots of grass, shade trees, and a fire pit at the site. We use AT&T and had good reception here. Cons: No laundry onsite but they do have bathrooms and showers. We didn't use them so can't comment on them. Closest laundry is in Dixon which is 7 miles away. Sites aren't totally level and are on grass. Closest Walmart is in Saint Roberts which is about 20 miles. - FullTimeRVers
Apr 2013 - $13.00
Park has new owners and they are making a lot of changes and upgrades. Nice folks and a nice area. Will stay there again if we are in the area. Lots of trees, they have a cafe with good food that is open for dinners, they have a stage for when they have Blue Festivals, and an airsoft course. Saw several deer and heard turkeys close by. - Edwin C
Sep 2012 - $24.00
This is an old park rejuvinated by new owners. They have music entertainment just about every Friday in the on site Grille. Friday special in Grille is Fried Catfish. It was good. Would stay here again. Park will be closed Nov - Feb opening for St Pats Day. A unique on site offering is a sophisticated AirSoft game played in the woods over 3 acres. Lots of fun! - Valentine39

Oct 2018 - $32.00
This was exactly what I was expecting and what I wanted. In the middle of St Robert, right off Highway 44. Concrete roads, gravel pad with 50 amp water and sewer. No cable but good over the air reception. - JeffK
Jul 2018 - $35.00
This tiny group of RV pads is behind the Motel 6 in St Robert, MO. We needed to be in town early one morning so decided to try out this park. There are 15 concrete pads in all; they advertise 12 being available; 5 are pull-through, the rest are back-in. All are claimed to be 65 feet long. Our 35-footer easily fit. There was room for slide-outs but not much left over if two RVs put out their slides next to each other. Some of the 15 may not have workable pedestals. We hooked up and were happy with that and did not try to exploit anything else, but supposedly the laundry and ice available in the motel are available to RVers too. The advertised WiFi was non-existent in the RV area. No table, firepit. The pool was drained. There was only a small trash can and the people before us left their trash in bags at our site, but overall it seemed okay. Getting to the park and navigating was fairly easy. The Motel 6 office people were mostly clueless but still helpful in getting the site paid for. These pads are right next to Interstate-44, so it was a bit noisy but not terrible. Generally speaking, if you're just looking for a place to park your RV in/near St Robert MO with full-hookups, but don't need anything else, this place is adequate. - RobtL
Mar 2017 - $35.00
Close to highway so it is noisy. Almost level concrete pads. Was wired for cable but was told there was no cable despite getting the cable listing channel. Asked for a discount and was declined. The price was the same despite being a Good Sam member. Don't bother with this place unless desperate. We planned on staying 35 miles East but couldn't get an answer on the phone. - Bwicks

Sep 2008 - $22.00
Only the second place that we ever pulled out of after seeing the place. A note on the door of the closed-up office said to pick a site and put some money in an envelope. We "shooed" our way through a herd of about 30 goats and made a circle around the so called resort. What we saw prompted us to retreat back over the 3+ mile wagon trail and go to the Wal-Mart in Rolla. A very good decision as the area suffered a torrential downpour (the remnants of Hurricane Ike) that night and I would guess the four RV's that were in the lowland park were either washed away or, at best, just flooded. I felt sorry for them and the goats. - campiflo
Jul 2008 - $20.00
Plan on a rather narrow, steep 3½ mile downhill trip to get to the campground. Located fairly close to I-44, so expect some road noise. Some of the park's gravel roads are less than flat and the gravel size is way too big. Hookups at our site were probably not to code and dangerous - the water and electric hookups were in the same metal box (which was also the site marker). The sites are down low enough that some cell phones and air cards won't get a good signal. There were little bits of litter around our campsite. We used this as an overnight stop - I doubt if we would do it again. - Muggsy
May 2008 - $24.00
Considering it had been fully flooded 2 months ago the park has made a great comeback. They are still graveling roads, and some sites are closed, but the access road is all paved (don't know what the earlier posts referred to). Pool was open, but landscaping needed to be done. And they could upgrade the dumps a bit. But look for this place to only get better. - LEHogie

DO NOT GO HERE IN AN RV. We were told that they had Rv camping available. They explained that there would be no electric or water hook ups. They said they only had primitive camping sites. I assumed, at the very least, I could be in the shade, be close to the river and have a fire pit. When we arrived, we were lead to a field with no grill, no fire pit, no access to the river, and absolutely no shade. When I told an employee that I could not stay there and wanted my money refunded, he insulted me and forced me to drive down their terrible road to get my money back. - corndog
Aug 2009 - $41.00
WE DID NOT STAY HERE. The roads approaching the campground are unpaved, narrow, have large holes, and have significant overhead branches low enough to damage big rigs (including ours). Once you start down the road, there is no place to turn around. When it rains it is very muddy. This campground is suitable only for very small rigs and tents. The main reason to come here would be to rent canoes. - Ken and Lee

Conveniently located near town. Quiet. Plenty of space. There is cellular coverage for AT&T. No OTA TV available. - Ken Camp
Jul 2015 - $20.00
Be sure to call the City of Waynesville before you plan on staying at this campground. The campground has been evacuated several times this season due to flooding, and is still closed as of 7/15/2015.
RVPR ADMIN NOTE: The campground is still open, but the shower house facility is temporarily closed. - Cameo2010
Jul 2012 - $25.00
This park was miserable. I was looking for a long-term stay and ended up only staying 2 nights. Camp was noisy and headlights coming through at all hours of the night. Impossible to relax or get sleep. They claimed to have shaded sites, but that was a lie. The facilities were not maintained well, and the staff was rude and didn't seem to care at all. Don't go here! - soldier1

May 2015 - $1.00
This is a pure dry camping park; there are no services. Also no cell service. The park is in a wooded area next to the Big Piney River. Although there are no fees (I had to put $1 in here, to satisfy the computer), you must check in at Outdoor Activities first to get a pass. The park is very pretty, especially the riverfront sites, and there is no noise except the sound of the river, the trees, and birds and the crickets. I didn't see it written anywhere, but because there were at least a dozen people camping there, and no one was using a generator, I presume they are not allowed at this location. If you like rustic, you will love this park. - KAP99

Oct 2014 - $125.00
We are full time Army and RV'ers. We found this little gem of a park that is totally unadvertised through word of mouth. The address is 22883 Savannah Lane, Waynesville, MO 65583. It has 15 sites that are for long term people. Mostly military and contractors. The monthly rate is $125.00 per month and includes trash, sewer and water. You have to pay for your own electric through the local power company. You also can have cable/internet set up through Centurylink. The campground is a no frills place but it is quiet and has a rural feel which we enjoy. They also have storage units on site if you need extra space and will rent you a unit at a discount if you rent one of the lots. The park has gravel pads that are mostly even and it is a nice thick layer of gravel. Each lot backs up to a large grassy area so you have a spot to sit out under the trees. The lots are wide so we are able to put out our awnings with no problems. I would not recommend this park for anyone who is overnighting but it is perfect for us as we will be here all winter and possibly longer. - njwashington

Owners were extremely friendly and accommodating. A small park, located close to I-44 but traffic noise was not an issue. Another yearly stop for us from now on. - Racer and Friend
Jun 2017 - $33.00
Tight park. The sites were somewhat uneven. The new owners are planning on some more improvements to the bathrooms and spacing of sites. - Na_Pen84
May 2017 - $13.00
The couple who own the park have been there only 8 months. They are working hard to get it fixed up. There are lots of things to do. Hopefully the bathrooms have been fixed up in June. The couple is very nice and the park is well located. We didn't flood when a lot of the area did. Some road noise. Will be a great park in a year. - Bet

Nov 2017 - $30.00
Spent one night passing through. About 6 miles off expressway. Nice couple owns the place. They were closing the store for the winter. Gave us a choice of several pull through sites. Our site was just long enough for the motorhome and toad without unhitching. We had a problem with power at the pedestal and owner came out right away to troubleshoot and fix. Unfortunately, we were unable to use the turn around without unhooking the car when we went to leave. We think it would be a nice place in-season. Verizon weak and couldn't pick up wifi. - cincychic
Sep 2017 - $30.00
Most of the sites at this campground are taken by long-term stays. It seems that there are only two that are available for overnighters. It is probably best to call ahead to make a reservation. The owner does not live on the property but has a camp host on site. We had little interaction with other campers, but did have a neighbor that decided to party a bit. It is right along Highway 63 about 15 miles outside of Rolla. There is some highway noise but it quiets down at night. There are a number of street lights, so it is rather bright in the park at night, which we found annoying. The sites are grass and gravel and most have enough slope, you may have an issue leveling. There is WiFi in the park but it was extremely slow so we gave up on it an used or Verizon Hot Spot, which worked well with 4g. There are a few trees, but we had no problem getting a DirecTV signal. We did not use the bathroom, but did use the laundry. A bit expensive at $1.75 each for wash and dry, but overall clean and functional with two washers and driers. There is a defunct swimming pool with mucky water. There are not a lot of options in this area, so we would likely stay here again. - TheJim
Jun 2017 - $25.00
This is a small park with a fair number of full time residents, but is very welcoming and friendly to even over nighters. The couple who run the park are great to work with and remembered us even though we have only stayed there for a single night on two different occasions over the last two years. Even though this RV park requires us to go about 16 miles out of our way, we will use Three Springs whenever we are headed south to Texas which we do at least annually. Not a lot of amenities, but a good place to stay with our travel trailer. - David642
