Beautiful, wooded, quiet and spacious. A smaller campground, but we like that! Campground hosts were very friendly and helpful, making several rounds every day. Hosts also brought firewood bundles to you ($5). We have a 18'-6" trailer, our site was plenty big. If you have a big rig, the campground road is indeed narrow with no shoulder, so experience might be an asset! There were several good size 5th wheels there though. Husband said the showers could have been cleaner, but that's really the only complaint. Highly recommend for quiet relaxation in a beautiful setting. We camped at Robertsville State Park in a Travel Trailer.

Overall Rating:

Campground host very friendly and helpful. Nice private shaded sites, although could be difficult backing in a large RV. Laundry room was clean and equipment worked well. Not much to do within walking distance of campground as playground required a drive to day use area, but was short drive. Overall, excellent camping sites and well maintained park. We camped at Robertsville State Park in a Tent Trailer.

It was "Very" cold that night to be in a tent, but we did fine. Park is nice. Attendant was very helpful. Would have been nice to have a shower, but probably too cold to use one anyway. Would definitely stay there again. We camped at Robertsville State Park in a Tent Trailer.

Overall Rating:

This is a very nice state park. Be aware the site information on the website as far as slope per 10 feet is not really accurate. Essentially all sites have a good bit of slope and are not level front to back or side to side. Sites are somewhat close but there is a lot of ground cover for privacy. Hosts are out and about a lot and seem to keep things quiet for the most part. Restrooms were very clean. The biggest downside are the roads to the park are extremely narrow, winding and hilly. The edge of the pavement drops off a foot or more in many places and if you get over too far you are going to damage your rig. I would say the roads you have to travel to get here are just plain dangerous. Trees on the road in and in the campground need to be trimmed as some will brush the sides and top of your rv. We camped at Robertsville State Park in a Travel Trailer.

Did not unhook as the roads going in and out of here are just too narrow, and dangerous.

Gem of a park. Facilities great. Lots of slopes to some of the sites and narrow road throughout. Would definitely stay again. Park is heavily wooded. We camped at Robertsville State Park in a Travel Trailer.

This was our first time here. Its an older state park, but its not run down. It's very wooded and most sites very private. We stayed on the buddy site 24 & 25 with some friends. Kind of a small buddy site, but it worked. Not a lot to do here, some hiking trails, a boat launch into the Meramec river. Overall, a nice clean park. We camped at Robertsville State Park in a Travel Trailer.

We loved this campground. Very quiet, good shade. Clean. Stayed two days, and drove into Union City, a very old and pretty town with many historic buildings and friendly people. There is Wi-Fi available in the town library. We camped at Robertsville State Park in a Travel Trailer.

This is a peaceful little campground. Campground hosts were wonderful. Plenty of space between sites and our site was fairly level. Bathrooms and showers were clean. Electric hookup but no water or sewer hookups. Several water spigots are located throughout the campground. We enjoyed our stay and will return to this campground in the future. We camped at Robertsville State Park in a Travel Trailer.

A very nice and quiet park. Each site has a nice concrete pad for the picnic table. On site ranger is very helpful and gave us the combination to the lock so that we could arrive after hours. We didn't explore any of the park amenities as we were sightseeing in St. Louis. We camped at Robertsville State Park in a Travel Trailer.
